一、实验目的
1.掌握实验室制备聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的方法 2 了解乳液聚合的配方及乳液中各组份的作用。
二、反应原理
聚醋酸乙烯乳胶广泛应用于建材,纺织,涂料等领域,主要作为胶粘剂使用.。这 种用途要求其具有较好的粘接性,且粘度低,固体含量高,乳液稳定。用一般乳液聚 合的一次加料方法很难做到。通常采用种子聚合方法,即分两步加料反应。第一步加 入少许(如约1/3,1/5,1/10)的单体、引发剂和乳化剂进行予聚合反应,可生成颗 粒很小的乳胶粒子,即种子。第二步,继续滴加单体或乳化剂单体、引发剂,在一定 的搅拌条件下使其在原来形成的种子上继续长大,由此得到乳胶粒子,不仅粒度较大, 而且粒度分布均匀。这样方能保证在固体含量较高的情况下,仍有较低的粘度。根据 种子聚合技术,近年来具有核壳结构的高分子复合乳液有了较大发展。利用不同性能 的单体制备出核、壳结构不同的聚合物,可赋予该聚合物较好的力学性质。例如:研 究较多的苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液,醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液,都有很优异的性 能。

SONET/SDH products comply with the Japanese standards?AnswerHow do the Japanese SONET/SDH standards differ from Bellcore SONET and ITU-T SDH standards?In the past,Japanese communications equipment vendors were governed solely by NTT,who have their own proprietary specifications.These older NTT standards are available only to network equipment vendors who have contracted with NTT and have paid a membership fee for access to the standards.In general,the older NTT standards were significantly different from current international standards.More recently,the Japanese government has established the Telecommunication Technology Committee(TTC)in order to create competition in the carrier market.The TTC created specifications more in-line with international standards.It produced the Japanese SDH standards JT-G707and JT-G783,which are very closely based on ITU-T G.707and ITU-T G.783.The most significant differences are the addition of STM-0,an additional usage for the F1byte,and the deletion of certain tributary mappings.An English-language list of the differences is available from the(http://www.ttc.or.jp/e/summary/index.html)TTC website.NTT has kept their own proprietary specifications with some requirements that are not part of the TTC or ITU-T standards.However,support for the NTT functions is no longer required by many new carriers in Japan who only require Each of these three entities are represented by a life-cycle describing possible phases an entity can be in throughout its life span from identification to decommission. This means that a network can create VEs in its operational life-cycle phase and, correspondingly, that a VE can create one or more products and / or services in its operational phase. In other words, the life-cycle activities of the VEs are prepared in the network phases up to and including implementation and set up in of the network. Likewise the life-cycle of the product or service is prepared and subsequently created in the operation phase of a VE. It should in this connection be accentuated that a network can establish several VEs, just like a VE can produce several products or services.
