5.组织委员、宣传委员、文娱委员负责决赛节目编排、背景音乐编辑。

6.副班长负责申请活动教室。

七、具体内容:1、英语演讲比赛a)报名:面向2013级商务英语所有同学,各班有意愿者向团支书报名。

b)初赛:所有报名学生在107教室进行命题演讲比赛,由3名专业老师跟班主任担任评委,根据其表现现场打分,最终分数位于前5名的同学进入复赛,初赛时间暂定为4月10日。

c)复赛:由初赛选出的5名同学在职业技能大赛时进行复赛,评委跟据其现场表现打分,具体评分细则见附件1。

2、商务会议a)初赛:全专业同学自行组队参加,每组6人,模拟与商务有关的会议,由评议小组选出表现突出者6名参加决赛。

b)形式:同学担任某公司总经理和各部门经理的角色模拟商务会议。

c)会议内容:各部门(财政部、人力资源部、销售部、生产部、研发部等)经理讨论上一年度工作业绩及宣布下一年工作计划。

商务英语专业技能系列大赛赛事章程-哈尔滨学院附件一:“百威英博杯”第六届黑龙江省商务英语技能系列大赛暨东北三省邀请赛赛事章程二○一五年三月三十日一、赛事性质“商务英语专业技能系列大赛(The Business English Contests, BEC)”(以下简称大赛)是面向黑龙江省高校在校学生的公益性竞赛活动。

大赛由黑龙江江省教育厅高教处、黑龙江省商务英语学会、高等教育出版社、黑龙江省对外贸易企业协会、北京词网有限公司联合主办,黑龙江大学应用外语学院承办,哈尔滨市百威英博城市发展基金会提供赞助,北京词网有限公司提供技术支持。

二、赛事宗旨大赛旨在创建“以赛促教、以赛促学”的专业实践教学机制,倡导研究性学习,培养学生的探究意识和创新精神,提高学生的语言技能、实践技能、学术能力与创新思维能力,重点培养学生基于体裁的商务英语话语能力,促进校际联合与校企联合的协同教育创新模式,推动商务英语专业建设的全面发展。

大赛通过基于现代技术创建的赛事平台提高教学与学习的有效性,推动商务英语教学环节的发展与完善,促进研究性学习,满足新时期国家与社会对复合型外语人才培养的需求。

三、赛事特点(一)教育性:大赛秉承“全面人”的教育理念,坚持“知、情、行”的统一,通过赛事实现语言技能、专业知识、文化素养和心理素质全面建构与发展。

(二)知识性:大赛考核参赛学生的语言知识、专业知识及百科知识,创新知识检验的方式,推动商务英语专业基础与理论课程环节的新探索。

(三)创新性:学生利用所学知识,针对现实中的问题进行调查研究,提供相应的方案、计划或报告,开创商务英语专业实践课程环节的全新模式。

(四)实践性:学生将课堂习得的知识与技能用于解决实际问题,鼓励学生参与各种形式的专业实践,全面提高专业话语实践能力。

商务英语技能竞赛规程2023年岳阳市中等职业小学技能大赛商务英语技能比赛规程一、比赛项目1.听力测试2.翻译与商务英语函电写作3.口语测试4.主题演讲二、比赛内容及要求1.听力测试:现场播放听力材料(一段容易对话、一段复杂对话和一段文章,题目形式为挑选题和填空题),参赛者按照所听内容回答问题,一共20道题目,总分40分。

2. 翻译与商务英语函电写作:⑴翻译部分包括五道英译汉题目和五道汉译英题目,每题3分,总分30分。

⑵同学按照评委要求现场写作一篇商务英语函电,函电体裁限制在个人简历、介绍信、申请信、投诉信之内。

此部分分值为30分。

3.口语测试:测试内容包括朗读单词、句子和文章以及图片描述。

参赛者现场从预先预备的五套试题中随即抽取一套试题举行测试。

选手不得交头接耳、不行携带手机等通讯工具进入候赛区,不能透露或示意所在小学和姓名,也不能将比赛内容泄露和转告他人。

3.选手在竞赛过程中,小学领队、指导老师不得与其联系或指导,离开会场或候赛室时,要由工作人员伴随。

4.选手在每一环节竞赛过程中均会得到时光提醒,超时选手将被中止竞赛,并按照评分标准扣分。

5.参赛选手无必要求暂时修改演讲稿内容。

在线测评部分竞赛内容为测评通用职业场景下的英语综合语言应用能力。

情境交流部分竞赛内容为参赛选手对与日常生活或将来工作紧密相关的图片进行描述,并与评委就图片主题及描述内容进行互动问答。

职场应用部分竞赛内容为每支参赛队的2名选手分工合作完成一个通用职业场景中的工作任务,包括公务接待、求职面试、商务旅行、公司介绍、产品介绍等。

竞赛样题见附1。

二、竞赛方式本赛项为2人小组赛,分服务类专业组(服务类专业目录见附2)和其他类专业组(其他类专业目录见附3),两组竞赛分别进行,参赛选手不得跨专业类参加比赛。

在线测评环节使用计算机在线测试平台完成,测试内容均为客观题,选手提交试卷后由系统判分。

情境交流和职场应用比赛中,评委均当场独立给分,参赛选手得分计算方法:去掉一个最高分,去掉一个最低分,取其他分数的平均分,计算至小数点后2位数(四舍五入)。

在线测评选手提交试卷后由系统判分,即时公布选手答题结果及成绩,每支参赛队2名选手卷面成绩的平均分乘以相应系数为此环节最终成绩。

情境交流和职场应用比赛的前3支参赛队比赛完,评委集中商议后统一公布选手成绩。

其余参赛队比赛完,评委当场判分并亮分,由计分人员统计分数,并通报前一位选手的成绩。

附件四商务英语口语技能竞赛方案一、参赛对象职业院校、本科院校各选派1名学生参赛。

竞赛分设中职组和高职组(暂含本科院校)。

注:根据本科院校报名情况由组委会决定是否单独设立本科组。

二、竞赛方式和内容竞赛分初赛、复赛和决赛三个环节。

(一)初赛1. 竞赛方式采用机考方式。

采用组委会指定的英语听说测试软件,利用键盘和麦克风答题,软件将详细记录选手答题情况(含录音)并自动评分。

测试目标包括听力和口语两项。

特别提醒:组委会将在赛前举办指导教师培训,培训时间和地点请注意外经贸行指委网站通知。

2. 竞赛程序(1)准备阶段选手上机,在裁判员的引导下对软件、设备和环境进行适应性训练,时间不超过20分钟。

(2)竞赛阶段竞赛开始后,测试时间约为50分钟(暂定)。

(二)复赛1.竞赛方式采用口试方式。

每个赛场设裁判员2名,共同对每名选手进行口语测试,每个选手的测试时间为10分钟。

共有10套题目,选手从中任意抽取一套作答。

中职组和高职组使用同样的竞赛试题。

2.竞赛程序(1)赛前10分钟:各赛场第一名选手从10套考题中任意抽取一套,隔离进行准备。

(2)正式开赛:开赛后,第一名选手完成第一部分阅读内容后,裁判员收回选手的试题,选手继续后面部分的测试。

同时,各考场第二名选手从10套考题中任意抽取一套,隔离进行准备。

(3)开赛后10分钟:各赛场第一名选手考试结束离场,第二名选手上场。

同时,各赛场第三名选手从10套考题中任意抽取一套,隔离进行准备。

竞赛依此顺序进行,直至结束。

3.竞赛内容每套赛题均由四道题组成,内容和要求如下:第一题:朗读短文并回答问题。

选手朗读经贸类短文一篇,然后口头回答短文后面的问题。

根据时间情况,裁判员可以要求选手只读短文的部分段落。

要求:语音语调准确,朗读流利,断句合理。

第二题:英汉口译。

由五个英文句子组成(其中三个关于业务交际,两个关于日常交际),裁判员随机朗读,选手口译成中文。

根据时间情况,裁判员可以选择不使用全部句子。

二、竞赛内容及要求
1.听力测试:现场播放听力材料(一段简单对话、一段复杂对话和一段文章,题目形式为选择题和填空题),参赛者根据所听内容回答问题,一共20道题目,总分40分。

2. 翻译与商务英语函电写作:
⑴翻译部分包括五道英译汉题目和五道汉译英题目,每题3分,总分30分。

⑵学生根据评委要求现场写作一篇商务英语函电,函电体裁限制
在个人简历、介绍信、申请信、投诉信之内。

此部分分值为
30分。

3.口语测试:测试内容包括朗读单词、句子和文章以及图片描述。

参赛者现场从预先准备的五套试题中随即抽取一套试题进行测试。

三、竞赛用时
1.笔试部分:
听力测试:40 分钟
翻译与商务英语函电写作:60分钟
2.口试部分:
口语测试:15分钟
主题演讲:10分钟
四、赛场设备和器材
赛前另有技术文件公布。

五、竞赛纪律
1.选手必须在规定时间报名完毕,并按时进入各赛区候赛,逾时报道将被取消参赛资格。

2.选手在候赛区待赛和竞赛期间,必须按工作人员指引的位置就座或在指定侯赛室等候。

选手不得交头接耳、不可携带手机等通讯工具进入候赛区,不能透露或暗示所在学校和姓名,也不能将竞赛内容泄露和转告他人。

3.选手在比赛过程中,学校领队、指导教师不得与其联系或指导,离开会场或候赛室时,要由工作人员陪同。

4.选手在每一环节比赛过程中均会得到时间提示,超时选手将被中止比赛,并根据评分标准扣分。

5.参赛选手无须要求临时修改演讲稿内容。

若参赛选手现场主题演讲内容与预报名演讲内容有变化,评委打分以现场演讲内容为准。

六、评判与计分
1.评判
选手总成绩竞赛由听力测试、翻译与商务英语函电写作、口语测试和主题演讲四部分组成。

2.计分
选手按抽签分为A、B二组,每组依次参加口试和笔试两个环节的比赛,每个环节比赛结束后,由评委独立打分,并当场亮分。

两个
环节总分均为100分。

总分计算方法:去掉一个最高分,去掉一个最低分,取其分数的平均分计入总分,精确到两位数。

八、申诉与仲裁
1.参赛选手对不符合竞赛规定的设备、工具和备件,有失公正的检测、评判、奖励,以及对工作人员的违规行为等,均可提出申诉。

2.选手申诉均须通过本代表队领队按照规定时限向仲裁委员会
提出。

仲裁委员会受理之后,处理意见通知领队或当事人。

3.仲裁委员会的裁决为最终裁决,参赛选手不得因申诉或对处理意见不服而停止竞赛,否则按弃权处理。

九、名次排列
最后三项总分按折算分值累加计算并决定名次。

最后若总分相同,则根据主题演讲的分数高低决定名次;如再次相同,则名次并列。
