一、命题双向细目表简介 命题双向细目表是一种考查目标（能力）和考查内容之间的列联表。
双向细目表的制作应该和《考试大纲》或《考试大纲的说明》要求的考查目标（能力）和考查内容具有一致性。
一般地，表的纵向列出的各项是要考查的内容即知识点（模块），横向列出的各项是要考查的能力，或说是在认知行为上要达到的水平，在知识与能力共同确定的方格内是考题的题型、题号和所占分数。
因此，这种命题双向细目表具有三个要素：考查目标、考查内容以及考查目标与考查内容的比例。
表中所列的各种能力水平的依据，最早是美国教育学家布鲁姆关于教学认知目标所分为由浅到深的六个层次，即识记、理解、应用、分析、综合和评价，前一类是后一类的基础，后一种类别包括了前一种类别。
目前，高中全国普通高考各个学科在《考试大纲》或《考试大纲的说明》中都有不尽相同的阐释。

高考英语口语考试说明及评分标准
一、考试内容和要求
根据普通高等学校外语及相关专业对新生英语能力的要求，依据中华人民共和国教育部2000年颁布的《全日制高级中学英语教学大纲试验修订版》，并考虑英语教学实际情况，确定本学科口语考试内容。试卷共分朗读、回答问题、看图说话三个部分。
二、评分标准：
英语口语成绩实行等级制，以优、良、及格、不及格四个等级呈现。
表达比较顺利，语句较连贯，语流中断现象较少。
能较好地完成题目所规定的交际任务，能较正确使用会话技巧，表达过程中语用失误较少。

发音基本标准；语调基本正确。
能基本正确地使用口语词汇和多种句型，无重大错误。
