探讨心理干预在肝硬化护理中应用效果

摘要：目的研究分析肝硬化护理中心理干预的应用效果及护理体会。方法此次

研究的对象是选择2015年1月～2017年12月68例肝硬化患者，将其临床资料

进行回顾性分析，并根据入院不同时间分为观察组和对照组，各34例。对照组

给予常规护理方法，观察组给予常规护理联合心理干预的护理方法。对比两组临

床疗效。结果观察组显效26例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为94.1%；对

照组显效19例，有效10例，无效5例，总有效率为85.3%，两组患者总有效率

比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组非常满意25例，满意9例，不满意0例，总满意率为100.0%，对照组非常满意12例，满意6例，不满意16例，总满意率为52.9%，两组患者护理总满意率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在常规的护理基础上采用心理干预护理方法对肝硬化患者进行护理，对患者

的临床护理效果、护理对患者造成的印象等都大大的改善，驱散患者心理阴影，

为患者心房输入阳光，帮助患者树立与病魔抗争的勇气和信心意义重大。

Objective to study the application effect and nursing experience of psychological intervention in the nursing of liver cirrhosis. Methods the subjects of this study were

68 patients with cirrhosis from January 2015 to December 2017. Their clinical data

were retrospectively analyzed，and they were divided into observation group and control group according to admission time，34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods，and the observation group was given routine nursing combined with psychological intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results in the observation group，26 cases were markedly effective，6 cases were effective，2 cases were invalid，the total effective rate was 94.1%，the control group was markedly effective in 19 cases，effective in 10 cases，ineffective in 5 cases，the total effective rate was 85.3%，the total effective rate of two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The observation group was satisfactory in 25 cases，9 cases were satisfied，not satisfied with 0 cases，the total satisfaction rate was 100%，the control group was satisfactory in 12 cases，6 cases were satisfied，not satisfied with 16 cases，the total satisfaction rate was 52.9%，compared two groups of patients nursing satisfaction rate，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion the nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis by using the nursing methods of psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care，the nursing effect of clinical nursing care，patients with

the impression are greatly improved，dispel the psychological shadow of patients，

for patients with atrial input sunshine，help patients establish disease resistance and the courage and confidence is significant.
