10-位 PWM 输出模式是连续输出所测物体温度的标准配置,测量物体的温度范围为-20…120 °C,分辨 率为 0.14 °C。PWM 通过修改 EEPROM 内 2 个单元的值,实际上可以根据需求调整至任何温度范围,而这对 出厂校准结果并无影响。
传感器的测量结果均出厂校准化,数据接口为数字式的 PWM 和 SMBus(System Management Bus) 输出。
作为标准,PWM 为 10 位,且配置为-20˚C 至 120 ˚C 内,分辨率为 0.14 ˚C 的连续输出。
传感器出厂默认,上电复位时为 SMBus 通信。

PWM 引脚也可配置为热继电器(输入是 To),这样可以实现简单且性价比高的恒温控制器或温度报警(冰 点/沸点)应用,其中的温度临界值是用户可编程的。在 SMBus 系统里,这个功能可以作为处理器的中断信号, 以此触发读取主线上从动器的值,并确定精度条件。
传感器有两种供电电压选择:5V 或 3V(电池供电)。其中,5V 也可简便的从更高供电电压(例如 8 至 16V)上通过外接元件调制。(具体请参考“应用信息”)

This means that during one single clock cycle, one ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit) operation is executed. Two operands are output from the register file, the operation is executed, and the result is stored back in the register file -in one clock cycle.Six of the 32 registers can be used as three 16-bits indirect address register pointers for Data Space addressing -enabling efficient address calculations. One of the three address pointers is also used as the address pointer for the constant table look up function. These added function reg-isters are the 16-bits X-register, Y-register and Z-register. The ALU supports arithmetic and logic functions between registers or between a constant and a register. Single reg-ister operations are also executed in the ALU. Figure 4 shows the AT90S2313 AVR Enhanced RISC microcontrol-ler architecture.In addition to the register operation, the conventional mem-ory addressing modes can be used on the register file as well. This is enabled by the fact that the register file is assigned the 32 lowermost Data Space addresses ($00 -$1F), allowing them to be accessed as though they were ordinary memory locations.The I/O memory space contains 64 addresses for CPU peripheral functions as Control Registers, Timer/Counters, A/D-converters, and other I/O functions. The I/O memory can be accessed directly, or as the Data Space locations following those of the register file, $20 - $5F.The AVR has Harvard architecture - with separate memo-ries and buses for program and data. The program memory is accessed with a two stage pipeline. While one instruction is being executed, the next instruction is pre-fetched from the program memory. This concept enables instructions to be executed in every clock cycle. The program memory is In-system Programmable Flash memory.With the relative jump and call instructions, the whole 1K address space is directly accessed. Most AVR instructions have a single 16-bit word format. Every program memory address contains a 16- or 32-bit instruction.During interrupts and subroutine calls, the return address program counter (PC) is stored on the stack. DESCRIPTION
ML9XX31 series are DFB (Distributed Feedback) laser diodes with a monolithically integrated EA modulator, suitable light source for 10Gbps or 2.5Gbps application (Single channel / DWDM). Available wavelengths are from 1530nm to 1565nm with 0.8nm spacing. ML9SM31 is supplied with the chip-on-carrier type package. FEATURES
