第7章 PLC硬件配置硬件配置软件(HWC)是VersaPro软件中的一个独立的功能块.它包括以下产品的配置信息:系列90-70, 系列90-30, VersaMax, VersaMax Nano/Micro, 和系列 90 Micro PLC.还包括以太网全局数据配置(EGD).还提供以下工具包:系统耗电监视.IO地址分配信息等。

进入HWC软件包时的默认机架和CPU配置可以通过在VersaPro软件工具栏中的选项中选定。

配置信息必须同系统的物理硬件相匹配。

PLC硬件配置步骤如下:1 机架类型和电源模块的配置;2 为PLC系统选择和配置CPU模块.或者为VersaMax远程IO机架选择和配置NIU模块;3 配置模块和模块参数设置.以符合系统应用需求;4 如果需要.配置EGD 数据交换;5 保存HWC.用作VersaPro软件向PLC下载的文件;对于模块的详细配置信息可以查看软件的在线帮助。

要访问这些信息.首先打开模块的参数编辑窗口(用鼠标双击模块).然后选择Help菜单中的Help。

HWC 信息画面包括:CPU 硬件配置.模块耗电统计图表。

硬件配置中使用的参考地址列表.HWC 事件记录表等。

硬件配置工具栏要显示配置工具栏.在View 菜单栏中将工具栏一项打上标记即可。

使用参数编辑窗口当我们添加或更换模块时.参数编辑窗口将自动弹出.在此可以编辑模块的配置参数。

打机架视图记录视图状态条 参考地址视图 电源消耗视图模块耗电视图开参数编辑窗口的方式如下:1、鼠标指向模块.点右键.选择配置参数;2、双击模块;3、从编辑模块操作子菜单中选择配置参数。

设置LD编辑器栅格单元宽度:
VersaPro允许改变LD编辑器栅格的宽度能够看到变量的信息。只有单元宽度改变,而 单元高度和字体大小保持不变。 1.从工具菜单中或从LD Editor CSM中选择选项。则出现选项对话框。 2.选择梯图条。 3.在栅格单元宽度下,向右拖拉滑块增加栅格的大小,或向左拖拉滑块减少其大小。 4.点击OK,LD编辑器栅格改变为新的大小。

本文档使用范围仅限于PhoenixPro量产工具使用用户。

整个量产工具由认证文件、固件包和量产软件组成,认证文件和固件包默认情况下存放在key文件夹中,PC端USB驱动程序默认存放在UsbDriver文件夹中。

为了提高生产效率,PhoenixPro量产工具支持无USB HUB和有USB HUB情况下多台样机升级,理论上最多可以支持127台样机同时升级,为了保证量产工具升级的正确性建议7台同时升级,建议不要超过8台,设备过多,量产速度会因为USB通道速度限制而下降。

7台同时升级且固件包大小为100M情况下,平均每个样机的升级时间约为10s。

连接 PC 并通话
1 开启耳机。
2 将蓝牙 USB 适配器直接插入 PC 的 USB 端口。 LED 将会闪烁, 然后一直亮起蓝灯, 表示耳 机已与 PC 连接。 如果未处于通话中, LED 将呈蓝色常亮。 注意: 不要直接插入对接站或集线器。
注意: 在建立连接前看到 LED 在启动时闪烁很正常。 3 下载 Plantronics 企业级软件, 方法是访问 /software 并单击 4 检查音频设置。 确认 PC 网络电话的扬声器和麦克风设置已设置为 Plantronics BT300。 Windows 7 的 PC 音频设置 (要访问此屏幕: “控制面板” > “声音” )

The Versatile-JD Bridge is designed to bridge the communication between a Versatile tractor (autosteer ready) and a John Deere display (1800, 2600, 2630, or 4640). This allows a JD display to create maps in the John Deere format and provides straight AB-Line autosteer.The operator used the JD display to create AB-lines. The current position is determined by a John Deere receiver and all this information is used by the Versatile-JD Bridge to create steering instructions for the tractor. All conditions for autosteer such as minimum speed, steering enabled etc. Must be met by the Versatile system before the autosteer engage option in the tractor can be activated.NOTICEThis manual is not intended to replace the manuals for the tractor or the John Deere system. The operator must read and understand the manuals and instructions of these systems, before using the Versatile-JD Bridge.Parts Overview1. Versatile-JD Bridge2. Cable for outside cab connections3. Cable to JD componentsInstallation of the Versatile JD Bridge Step 1: Outside the CabLocate the existing Sauer Danfoss valve, the wheel angle sensor plug and the transducer plug.The valve is behind the right back wheel towards the front of the cab.The wheel angle sensor is behind the front axle on the right side of the tractor.Carefully run the wheel sensor cable along the side and under cab. Secure the cable.The valve and transducer are located under the cab. It can be reached from the right side in front of the rear wheels.The valve has a 4-pin deutsch connector (1). Thetransducer has a 3-pin deutsch (2) pointing up. After you connected the wheel angle sensor, the valve and the transducer, find the green 12-pin deutsch connector at the back of the tractor. It is a pass-through connector and you find the other end inside the cab underneath that big cover behind the seat.Connect the 12-pin end of the outside harness to this 12-pin green deutsch connector.Step 2: Inside the cabFind the green 12-pin deutsch connector inside thecab. It is located behind the seat under the plasticcover.Check in the very right rear corner of the cab.Connect the "cable for inside cab connections"here.Also connect it to the "Armrest" 12-pin black deutsch connector by opening that connection andinserting the male/female part of the adaptor.The other 12-pin gray connector must be connected to the Versatile-JD Bridge module.Find a secure location and mount the Bridge.Step 3: Mounting the JD DisplayThe mounts for the JD display are NOT part of theVersatile-JD Bridge, however they can either beordered as an optional item from Agra-GPS or directlyfrom RAM.The JD-display may be mounted many different ways.You may use the standard JD mounts or a RAMmount. RAM-270U + 2 * 1.5" balls (RAM-202U) + 4"double socket arm (RAM-201U). It fits JD displays2600 and 2630./part/RAM-270UUse the "cable to JD components" cable to connect JD display and JD GPS receiver. Versatile-JD Bridge Autosteer Engage/DisengageYour Versatile tractor has a RESUME button (1) inthe armrest. It activates the autosteer.Note: Autosteer can only be activated when thehydraulic is enabled (2)!Also your John Deere display must be in …SteerON“ mode.If you have your signal lights ON, autosteer doesnot work as it is assumed you are on the road.Autosteer must only be used in the field!The Versatile-JD Bridge also supports severalrecording sources on the John Deere display.When selected in the equipment menu theserecording options trigger coverage on and off.Using the JD display you may adjustyour steering performance. Most machines will perform optimally with all JD settings at 100. If a change is required, find an open area where you can travel at target speed and adjust one parameter at a time until you aresatisfied with the steering performance.Step 5: ISO ApplicationThe Versatile bridge comes with an ISO application that will be loaded onto the John Deere monitor. The app should automatically store itself on the monitor after the first few minutes of the initial startup. On subsequent runs the app will load itself from memory as soon as possible. The Versatile app includes:–Calibration–Option to change work recording mode–Option to change the machine type–Help pageWhere to find the Versatile ISO application on the John Deere monitor:–On a John Deere 4640the application will beloaded in the ISOBusVT section on themain page of thedisplay.2600, 2630 theapplication will be shownin the side menu of theJohn Deere display. Theside menu is opened byclicking the button on thebottom right of thedisplay.and 2600 monitors do notshow a loading bar forISO applications, while2630 and 4640 monitorsdo.If the ISO application is not loaded:–Try clearing the monitor's memory. On 2630 monitors this can be done in the Message Center in the side menu. Go to the Cleanup tab, check controllers, then Begin Cleanup. On 4640monitors this can be done in the info page of the ISOBus VT. Navigate to the ISOBus VTwindow and click the info button at the top of the page, then press Clean Up ISO Bus VT.–Do a hard reset of the John Deere monitor (Unplug it, then plug it back in).–Do a full restart of the machine. Remember the app may take a few minutes to load.Calibration of the Versatile JD Bridge | ISOAppSection – Steering Valve: Allows the user to set the left and right max of the Versatile machine. To calibrate, steer as far left as possible and press, “Set Left”. Then, steer as far right as possible and press,“Set Right”.Section – Transducer: Allows the user to set the steering wheel movement detection. While the machine is running, ensure the wheel angle is straight and the machine is in park. Then, press, “Set Transducer”.Section – Deadband: Allows the user to calibrate the deadband of the valves. Ensure the perimeter around the machine is clear and the machine is in park, then press the Start/Stop button to begin. An indicator will blink yellow while calibration is in progress and will take approximately five minutes.。
