概况

蛋白质纯化系统是我们开发的具有自主知识产权的产品，主要包括高压梯度层析泵、进样阀、多波长紫外检测器、电导、pH、温度检测器等硬件，以及用于仪器控制、方法编辑、数据及用户管理的多界面智能化计算机软件。可进行离子交换层析、疏水作用层析、反相层析、亲和层析等不同层析模式操作，用于各类疫苗、抗体药物、酶、天然产物有效成分等的分离纯化。
