MPI Cable Selection GuideMPI engineers focus to provide on optimal cable solutions taking into account a number of requirements specific for wafer-level measurement systems: optimal cable length, cable weight, magnitude, phase, and temperature stability, design, precision, and manufacturing quality of RF connectors, and the lifetime. As a result, MPI can offer two series of RF cables — the high-end MMC and the standard MRC — covering the entire frequency range starting from 18 GHz. This allows engineers to choose the optimal system configuration in dependence of the required measurement accuracy and budget restrictions. Together with the instrument drift, they define lifetime of the system calibration and therefore, the length of the RF calibration cycle, - the period between two system calibrations. Low-quality cables are sensitive to mechanical stress, like accidental hit by system operator that can happen when modifying settings of measured parameters on the instrument front panel. Such accidental stress of MMC cable was simulated on the wafer-level RF measurement system from MPI and its impact on the measurement error of all S-parameters was calculated using NIST calibration comparison method. Reference experiment was contacted on the same system setup for the high-end industry reference RF cables. The results pro-ved that excellent phase and magnitude stability of the MMC-series RF cables from MPI.Quality of connectors is another distinguishing feature of MMC-series of RF cables. 5.2红外单元步行测试:
1、把微波距离调到MIN(最小)
2、确认DIP开关SW-3打到ON(绿色LED作为步行测试指示灯)。
3、装好探测器的上盖。
4、走入探测器的保护区,观察保护区的边缘。每次触发探测器,绿色LED会闪烁5秒。
划、压、等意外损毁。
B、将底座打开至少1个出线孔,见图3,以2个螺钉、膨胀栓等固定在顶棚的所选位置。

4.2模式选择:
模式DIP开关位于电路板上,如图5。
它控制4个功能,如图5及表2所示。
5.设置
5.1设置红外脉冲计数
如果要最大限度降低误报,就把DIP开关SW-1打到ON,此时必需有2个脉冲才能触发红外单元。
环境要求:
工作温度:-10℃-- 50℃
储藏温度:-20℃-- 60℃
RFI防护:大于30V/M

3.2安装
选择适当的安装位置,确保保护区内的主要通道、目标在保护区域内,DUO-240最大安装高度为4.5米。
安装过程:
A、一手握住底座,如图2,另一手旋转上盖,对正缺口,取下上盖,放在安全处,以防
4、调节微波的探测距离(由MIN逐渐向MAX),通过步行测试,确认微波探测距离符合需要。
5、匀速穿过保护区域,确认您的移动被不断探测到。
5.4报警步行测试:
1、DIP开关SW-2和SW-3都打到ON(两个LED的功能都启动)。
2、暂时装好探测器的上盖。
3、从不同距离、不同方向走入探测器的保护区,确认在整个保护范围内的移动都能被探测到(红色LED会亮2-3秒)。

一、概述PDH120/240/480+100M系列综合业务传输设备是本公司使用自主开发的专用集成电路研制生产的综合业务传输设备。
它将标准的2M传统TDM业务接口、V.35业务接口与10/100BaseTx以太数据业务接口融为一体,并转变为高速光信号,在光纤上进行传输,同时支持双光路1+1无损保护,从而使高速数据业务和传统TDM业务在同一对光纤上传输成为可能,以最小的成本满足用户对高速数据业务和传统TDM业务综合接入的需求。

DescriptionCOMMTEST220and COMMTEST240are portable datacollector solutions that cater to non-hazardous environments.You can use these small form-factor,rugged devices to takevibration recordings and upload the collected data for detailedanalysis in System1*.The data collectors work in tandem with the S1Collector appwhich runs on an industrial smartphone hand-held device.Youcan collect vibration data,take pictures,send text messages,check your email,make phone calls and run other apps all onthe same hand-held device.The data collectors use Bluetooth to communicate with thehand-held device.The S1Collector app exchanges data withSystem1*using Wi-Fi,a cellular network,or a USB cable.You can set up your routes in System1*and sync up the datawith the app using remote communication servers.The industrial hand-held device eliminates the need for a PCor other software packages at the data collection site.It is theonly device you need to receive routes and send collected datafrom the field.You 软件操作说明
1.欢迎界面

开启设备总电源开关,屏幕显示欢迎界面及自检进度条,如图一所示,大约2秒钟后进入治疗模式选择界面。
11.Factory Setting:
工程相应的语言是否被显示,选择no则不被选中,选择yes则被选中。
6.专业模式
本控制系统具有专业模式,可以使用更多的治疗模式进行治疗。
具体方法:在系统上电前按住最左边的按键,系统上电等待六秒钟,进入工程模式菜单,选择第九项,如图十一。
可调整的选项参数一共有11项(图示见图十):
1.Reset HR Counter:
清除脱毛光头的计数器;
2.Reset SR Counter:
清除嫩肤光头的计数器;
3.System Reset:
系统治疗参数复位;
4.Water Current Checking:
水流检测功能选项,YES为开启,NO为关闭;

在选择相应的治疗模式后,按“ENTER”键,电源进行充电,如图三所示,电源充电结束后,系统自动进入治疗界面,如图四。

系统充电完成后,进入治疗界面,如图四所示,在治疗界面中,我们可以进行治疗参数的调整。按“SIMM”键可直接退出治疗画面,关闭光头,按“ENTER”键可返回“治疗模式选择菜单”选择其他治疗模式。

EM240使用说明
EM240模拟量输入模块使用说明书EM240是PLC Partner的成员之一,含4路差分16bit的模拟量输入模块。
模块外观如图1所示。
可以螺钉固定,也可以35mm导轨安装。
图 1 模块外观1、端子1.1M所有M端子内部相连,0V电平;1.2L+为电源输入,接+24V电压;1.3C+、C-为时钟脉冲输出,信号极性:脉冲电流从C+流入,C-流出;光耦隔离。
1.4D+、D-为双线传送模式时的数据脉冲输出,信号极性:脉冲电流从D+流入,D-流出;光耦隔离。
EM304模块使用说明1.5SW18位拨码开关,用于定义模块特性(驱动程序也必须相应地调整)。
SW1_1:A通道,OFF=电压输入,ON=电流输入(RA和A+短接);SW1_2:B通道,OFF=电压输入,ON=电流输入(RB和B+短接);SW1_3:C通道,OFF=电压输入,ON=电流输入(RC和C+短接);SW1_4:D通道,OFF=电压输入,ON=电流输入(RD和D+短接);SW1_5:OFF=差分输入,A+/A-、B+/B-、C+/C-、D+/D-组成四个差分输入;ON=单端输入,A+、A-、B+、B-、C+、C-、D+、D-分别和M公共端组成八个单端输入通道。
SW1_6:接线方式选择,OFF=单线方式,仅有C+/C-接至PLC;ON=双线方式,C+/C-和D+/D-均接至PLC。
SW1_7、8:脉冲速率选择,组合如下:SW1_8 SW1_7OFF OFF 正常速度OFF ON 慢速ON OFF 最慢速ON ON 高速(此选项不适合PLC,用于驳接单片机系统)1.6RA、A+、A-A+/A-组成一对差分输入,当SW1_5=ON时,则A+和A-拆分为两个相对于M端的单端输入,可以使输入通道加倍。
RA和A-之间内部接有一个高精度的250欧电阻,当用作0-20mA输入时,请把RA和A+短接,利用内部的250欧标准电阻,将电流信号转成电压后输入至A+、A-之间。

MNPV Installation InstructionsIMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONSSave these instructions – This manual contains important instructions for Models MNPV12, MNPV12-250, MNPV16, MNPV16-250Configurations:The MNPV12 and MNPV16 combiners are listed for outdoor use. These PV combiners are designed for combing PV strings up to 150 & 300 VDC using MNEPVXX circuit breakers, and up to 600VDC using MNTS touch safe fuse holders.The MNPV12 comes with a 200 amp plus busbar thatworks with up to ten fuse holders or twelve 150VDCcircuit breakers. Two busbars can be joined together, orseparated to create two systems up to 5 strings of fuseholders or 6 strings of breakers each. The pictures tothe right show breakers on the top row and fuse holderson the bottom row.The MNPV12-250 comes with 168 ampbusbars that work with up to six of theMidNite 300VDC breakers. The MNPV12-250 busbars may be joined toaccommodate 6 strings or separated for twoindependent sets of three strings.MNPV Installation Instructions (continued)The MNPV16 comes with a 240 amp plus busbar toaccommodate up to 16 touch safe fuse holders.The MNPV16-250 comes with a 240 amp plus busbar thataccommodates up to twelve 300VDC circuit breakers.Note: The amperage rating of the plus busbars is noted above to help insure that the maximum current rating is not exceeded in any field configuration.The MNPV series of combiners may be used as a DC load center as well as a PV combiner.Note: Touch safe fuse holders should never be opened under load! This is not one of those warnings to gloss over! If opened under load, you WILL have a fire and it will not stop until the wires burn in half. There is a good reason we make the enclosures out of metal.Features:All aluminum powder coated housing. You must first remove the lid in order to remove the dead front.The installation of a PV combiner is fairly straight forward. Select the location to install your combiner first. Some systems have the PV modules located close to the inverters and or battery system. If this is the case, youMNPV Installation Instructions(continued)can elect to mount the MNPV inside and run each PV string down to the MNPV inside the building. This is convenient for trouble shooting and upgrading. For longer runs the combiner will be mounted outdoors on a pole for pole mounted PV arrays or similar mounting for rack mounted arrays. The combiner can be mounted in the vertical position or slanted backwards to accommodate up to a 3/12 roof pitch. All unused holes should be blocked using RTV sealant or some similar goop in order to keep rain and bugs out of the enclosure. It is very common for critters to enter through an unused mounting hole and take up roost. They will eventually degrade the performance of your system to say nothing of the yuk factor upon discovery of their nest.The following dimensioned drawings show the enclosure size andlocation of knockouts available on the MNPV12&16. Lightningarrestors may require a locknut on the outside in order to clear the lid.Two 7/8” knockouts (1/2” conduit openings) are located on the sides of the MNPV12. These are primarily intended for lightning arrestors. One 1 ¼” conduit knockout is located on the backmounting surface.MNPV Installation Instructions(continued)PV input knockouts for these combinersare a dual concentric knockout that canaccept bulkhead mount MC cableconnectors. Configuring these enclosureswith the bulkhead mount connectors inadvance can save time in the field. Severalbrands will fit the ½” diameter knockouts.MNPV Installation Instructions (continued)Internal wiring MNPV12-250 busbars joined Wiring diagram for MNPV12-250 (joined & separated) The MNPV12 has 2/0 box lugs for the plus busbars and 1/0 openings on the PV minus and ground. Note: the MNPV12-250 has special busbars that are made exclusively for the MidNite 300 volt breakers. These breakers take up the space of two regular 13mm wide breakers. The 300 volt breakers are used for high voltage off-grid PV arrays that will employ the MidNite Classic 250 MPPT controller. The 250 volt busbar is rated for up to 168 amps continuous.MNPV12 with MNTS fuse holders MNPV12 wiring diagram with MNTS fuse holders The regular MNPV12 comes with a 1/8” thick reversible copper busbar. This busbar may be used with fuse holders above or with 150VDC breakers shown below. The busbars are rated for up to 200 amps.MNPV Installation Instructions (continued)MNPV12 with breakers combined MNPV12 breaker wiring diagram-combined busbars Some PV Panels now require a 20 amp series fuse (breaker). The MNPV12 can support ten high voltage 20 amp fuses or breakers. This combiner can accommodate all twelve positions when using 15 amp or less breakers.When selecting breakers for use with the MidNite combiners, first check with the PV manufacturer to determine the proper “series fuse”. The term fuse is used even though you are probably using breakers. This is a carry over from UL terminology.MidNite Solar offers PV combiner breakers rated up to 150VDC and 300VDC. The 150V version come in these current ratings. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12, 15, 20, 30,40, 50 and 63. The 300V version is available in 10,15, 20,30 and 50 amps. Other sizes are available on special order.Part numbers for breakers are as follows:MNEPV10, MNEPV15, MNEPV20 etc for 150 volt breakers. Part numbers for 300 volt breakers are MNEPV10-250, MNEPV15-250 etc.The MidNite MNPV12 can utilize touch safe fuse holders and fuses rated for up to 600 volts DC for high voltage strings. The MNPV12 comes with a special busbar that has reversible legs to accommodate ten of these USM1 type fuse holders made by Ferraz Shawmut. Fuses are available from 1 to 30 amps.MNPV Installation Instructions(continued)To remove the dead front:Pry off the lid as shown using something like a screwdriver asa lever.The dead front will then come out easily.Use the hardware supplied to connect the terminal box lug to the busbars. 1 10-32 x 3/8” screw, one star washer and one box lug. ●开机顺序:请先打开所有受控制的电脑灯电源,然后再打开控制器电源,否
则易损坏控制器。
●注意防潮湿、防水、防尘、防静电、定期维护清洁。

四、通讯电缆
●采用特征阻抗为120欧双绞屏蔽线,如电缆超过200米或灯数量较多,应加
信号提升放大器并在最后一台灯加接终端电阻(120欧姆/1W)。
●通讯电缆1脚为地(GND),2脚为信号正,不可接反接错。
●通讯电缆应单端接地屏蔽。
●通讯电缆应避免同强电一齐布线。

电脑灯程序(场)的编辑
1. 按[BLACK]键,使该LED 熄灭:
2. 扫[EDIT/RUN]键,使该LED 亮,进入编程状态:
3. 按数字(P1—P12)中任意键一次,选择要编程的程序(场)编号,显示在LCD 的Chase[ ]
中。
4. 再按数字(P1—P12)键,选择出受控的电脑灯,使用权之对应的LED 灯亮,若对应指示
灯不亮,则表示该灯未选中,不受第5步的影响。
5. 推动(CH1—CH8)调节电脑灯各对应通道数据,或按SA/SB 键,推动CH9—CHD16调
光对应的电脑灯效果(如果已经设置了X 、Y 运动方向扫描通道转移,则其中有两个直滑电位器推杆不起作用,您可操纵右下角摇摆电器获取数据。
) 6. 重复4、5步,调节其他电脑灯,使之所需电脑灯场景达到预定效果。
7. 推动[SPEED]、[CROSS]电位器,调节好场景停留时间及场景过渡时间。
8. 按[ + ,记忆此步场景效果,并进入下一步编辑。
(若按[ - ] 键,可查看上一步的场景,重复4、5、6、7步修改,再按[ + 贮存。
) 9. 重复4-8步,编辑其他场景(程序步)。
10.按[EDIT/RUN]键,使该对应指示灯熄灭,记忆并退出编辑状态,进入运行状态。
11.重复2-10步,编辑其他程序场。
十二、 电脑灯程序的运行
1. 按[EDIT/RUN]键,使该对应LED 灯熄灭。
2. 按数字键(P1-P12),选择程序(场)编号,使之运行,若该程序(场)未被编辑,则按此
键号时对应的LED 灯不亮。
3.调节[SPEED]及[CROSS]电位器,改变场景与场景之间的停留时间及场景渐变运行速度,若[SPEED]或[CROSS]电位器处于下部份AUTO区域,则自动运行已编辑好
的场景停留及场景过渡时间。
4.按[CROSS MODE]键,可转换运行模式,详见:九、双功能键区说明
5.若想执行手动或自动混合运行程序,则可按下述步骤设定运行。
a)首先释放通道:按[CHANNELS]键,再按(P1—P8)键(或按[SHIFT],再按PCH9—PCH16),
释放对应通道,把F变成O,最后再按[CHANNELS]键,记忆退出。
(F:代表该对应通道,
在程序运行中不、接收手动数据,受已编程序控制。
O:代表该对应通道在程序运行中,
已不再受程序控制,接受手动推子数据。
)
b)选好要运行释放通道的灯:按[MANUAL]键,再按(P1—P12)键,选出要执行手动控制
的灯号,随机推动相应已释放好的电位器推子,执行手动+自动混合运行程序,按[MANUAL]
退出手动选择。
6.按[BLACK]可使运行程序(场)做暂停/启动选择,对应键LED灯灭时则输出运行正常。
十三、特殊场景表现
在运行程序状态下(即[RUN/EDIT]键对应指示灯熄灭),按[RUN SCENE]键,再按P1—P12中任意键,可调出已编程的第1号程序场中的前12个场景,所以我们建议第1号程序场的前12个场景在编程时,最好有特殊定义,可作一些特技表演效果。
十四、如何设置、取消摇滚杆电位器
设置摇滚杆电位器设置:按[RUN/EDIT]键,使该指示灯点亮,紧接着按[SET X/Y]键,根据液晶屏的提示,从(P1-P8)或按SA/SB键,从(PCH9—PCH16)中选取出两个对应电脑灯X、Y运行方向的扫描通道,转移到胀摇滚杆电位器去控制绿色指示灯,随即点亮,如果输入错误,按[DELETE]键取消输入,重新键入正确的对应通道,再按[SET X/Y]键记忆退出。
取消摇滚杆电位器设置:在[SET X/Y]状态下,按[DELETE]清除输入数据,绿色指示灯随即熄灭,再按[SET X/Y]键记忆退出。
十五、常规调光控制
点控:按动P13-P24控制调光的206-217通道,指示灯亮时表示输出100%,指示灯灭时输出0%。
分控:在非编程状态下,按SCAN/LIGHT键使指示灯亮,进入调光状态,按SA/SB/SC选择调光控制的通道页面,推动推子区的各个推子调节调光输出。
