本项目的特别之处在于，其建筑风格是ART DECO,也就是常说的现代装饰主义风格，而景观风格为现代东南亚风格。如何能够使两种迥异的风格和谐共存，是这个项目对于设计者的最大考验。我们在设计的过程中，着重在两种风情间营造互动效应，即在不弱化现代装饰主义的同时，将东南亚景观风格符号化的融入其中，在东西方两种不同的美学特点间找到平衡，带给人们全新的视觉感受

How to integrate the two different styles and make them harmonious coexistence is a great challenge. The design creates interactive effect, taking in Southeast Asian elements and symbols, while strengthening modern art deco style,
which will be balanced among two
different aesthetics features. They
