They provide excellent shielding and isolation against electro-magnetic interference (EMI), or act as a low impedance ground path between PCB traces and shielding media. Physically tough, these elas-tomers minimize the risk of gasket damage, in contrast to thin-walled extrusions or unsupported molded gaskets.Silicone-based CHO-SEAL 1310and 1273 materials offer excellent resistance to compression set over a wide temperature range, resulting in years of continuous service. CHO-SEAL 1310 material is filled with silver-plated-glass particles, while 1273 utilizes silver-plated-copper filler to provide higher levels of EMI shielding effectiveness.EMI Spacer GasketsThe unique design of Chomerics’EMI spacer gaskets features a thin plastic retainer frame onto which a conductive elastomer is molded. The elastomer can be located inside or outside the retainer frame, as well as on its top and bottom surface. EMI spacer gaskets provide a newapproach to designing EMI gaskets into handheld electronics such as dig-ital cellular phones. Board-to-board spacing is custom designed to fit broad application needs. Customized cross sections and spacer shapes allow for very low closure forcerequirements and a perfect fit in any design or device.Robotic InstallationSpacer gaskets can be installed quickly by robotic application. Integral locater pins in the plastic spacer help ensure accuratepositioning in both manual and pick-and-place assembly. The Vectra A130 material described in Table 1 has excellent heat deflection temperature character-istics (489°F, 254°C). For weight con-siderations, the LCP has aspecific gravity of only 1.61. This unit specializes in elastomer finite element analysis (FEA) using MARC K6 series software as a foundation for FEA capability.Benefits of FEA include:•Quickly optimizing elastomer gasket designs•Allowing accurate predictions of alternate elastomer design concepts •Eliminating extensive trial and error prototype evaluationTypical use of FEA in EMI spacer gasket designs is to evaluate the force vs. deflection requirements of alternate designs.For example, onespacer design features a continuous bead of con-ductive elastomer molded onto a plastic spacer. An alternative designemploys an “interrupted bead,” where the interrup-tions (gaps left on the plastic frame) are sized to maintain the requiredlevel of EMI shielding. Figure 4illustrates these alternative designs.Gasket DeflectionFigure 5 compares the effect of continuous and interrupted elastomer gasket designs in terms of the force required to deflect the conductive elastomer. 国际RFID标准

国际化RFID常用协议标准射频标签的通信标准是标签芯片设计的依据,目前国际上与RFID相关的通信标准主要有:ISO/IEC 18000标准(包括7个部分,涉及125KHz, 13.56MHz, 433MHz, 860-960MHz, 2.45GHz等频段),ISO11785(低频),ISO/IEC 14443标准(13.56MHz),ISO/IEC 15693标准(13.56MHz),EPC标准(包括Class0, Class1和GEN2等三种协议,涉及HF和UHF两种频段),DSRC标准(欧洲ETC标准,含5.8GHz)。

a) ISO/IEC 14443 近耦合IC卡,最大的读取距离为10cm.ISO/IEC14443协议的读写器读取距离较近,基本为近距离。

其中,ISO/IEC 14443A主要应用在生产自动化、门禁考勤、安防、一卡通和产品防伪等领域;ISO/IEC 14443B主要应用是我国的二代身份证;b) ISO/IEC 15693 疏耦合IC卡,最大的读取距离为1m.ISO/IEC 15693协议读写器读取距离较远,可远距离通信。

它的应用范围较广,生产自动化、医疗管理、珠宝盘点、资产管理、停车场管理和产品防伪、门禁考勤、会议签到、无障碍通道、资产管理、物流及供应链、图书管理、医药管理和门禁门票等领域。

现在按频率对一些常用标准做一些简单介绍(并附带介绍一下接触式IC卡的协议标准):1、ISO 7816:对接触式IC卡进行了一些规范。

2、125KHz~135KHz:ISO18000-2,对低频识别RFID进行了一些规范。

举例:EM4100:只读低频芯片。

EM4469/4569:11个块,44个字节,512bit存储空间。

ATA5567:7个块,28个字节,330bit存储空间。

ATA5567是e5550、e5551、e5554、T5557的升级产品。

Introduction Auiliues are very important
synthetic intermediates and are used widely in the preparation of
pharmaceuticals, dyes, pesticides and heterocyclic compounds. It is therefore important that methods exist for the efficient synthesis of novel anilines on laboratory to manufacturing scales, and that new methods are developed for the synthesis of less accessible derivatives. Historically,’ aniline synthesis was carried out mainly by electrophilic aromatic substitution in two steps (Scheme 1): nitration or nitrosation, followed by catalytic hydrogenation or reduction with a metal salt. These procedures have found large scale use, but have some limitations, such as the use of strong acidic or oxidizing reaction conditions, and ortho/para mixtures may be obtained. Aromatic nucleophilic substitution’ has the potential advantage of being a single reaction step, but until recently was restricted* in synthetic use to substrates containing an electron withdrawing group (EWG), and also in most cases to ortholpuru substitution patterns, with neta-substitution giving poor synthetic yields.
