当代大学毕业生就业心理状况调查及对策研究
——以安徽八所高校为例
摘要
近年来,随着国家教育体制的改革和深化和高校不断扩大招生规模,大学生就业形势日益严峻,就业难成为大学生不得不面对的一个现实。就业形势的严峻,打破了高校毕业生的就业预期,这也意味着他们面临着越来越大的心理冲突和压力,由此所引发的心理问题日益增多,一些毕业生在就业过程中产生了一系列的心理障碍。本研究立足安徽省省情,采取问卷调查及分析的方法,对安徽省高校大学生就业心理问题及其影响因素进行深入探讨,并有针对性地提出解决对策。理论维度上,针对当前大学生就业过程中出现的心理问题进行分析研究,对促进大学生就业心理的健康发展具有十分重要的理论指导意义。实践维度上,通过研究探讨当前形势下大学生就业过程中存在的不良心理,提出解决不良就业心理的对策,对于了解高校毕业生的就业心理,指导大学生树立正确的就业观念,促进大学生顺利就业提供帮助,为高校就业指导工作提供现实的借鉴。
本文采用访谈法和问卷调查法,选取了中国科学技术大学、安徽大学、安徽师范大学、安徽农业大学、安徽中医学院、安徽职业技术学院、安徽商贸职业技术学院、新华学院等8所高校,以问卷和群体座谈的形式对大学毕业生的就业心理状况进行调研,分析了大学生就业的心理现状,从社会环境、高校环境及其他方面等因素分析了引发大学生就业心理问题的诱因,并建构了大学生就业心理干预体系,这一体系主要涵盖社会支持、教育引导、素质拓展及实践锻炼等四个方面的内容。

Abstract
In recent years, with the national education system reform and the deepening and expanding college enrollment, college students increasingly serious employment situation, employment is difficult as students have to face the reality. Employment situation is grim, breaking the employment of college graduates expected, this also means that they face increasing psychological conflict and stress, psychological problems caused by this increasing. In this challenge and pressure, the number of graduates in the employment process produced a series of psychological barriers. Based on this study, Anhui Province, China's national conditions and circumstances, to take surveys and analysis, the employment of college students in Anhui Province and its influencing factors of psychological depth, and to focus on countermeasures, in theory, for the current students employment occurred during the analysis of the psychological issues, to promote the healthy development of employment psychology students have very important theoretical and practical value. Practice, through the study is to explore the existence of the employment of graduates under the adverse mental and psychological measures to resolve adverse employment, the employment of college graduates for the understanding of psychology to guide students to establish a correct concept of employment and employment to help promote the successful students for college Employment Guide for reference.
In this paper, interviews and questionnaires, select University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui University, Anhui Normal University, Anhui Agricultural University, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine , Anhui Vocational and Technical College, Anhui Vocational College of Commerce, Xinhua College and other 8 universities to in the form of questionnaires and discussion groups on the psychological status of employment of university graduates to conduct research, analysis of the psychological status of students employed in the undertaking, from the social environment, college environment and other aspects of
