CR3、TL R2、TL R4、D ectin21、甘露糖受体,但是由于多糖结构的多样性和复杂性,可以想象,多糖受体也是多样的,今后还会有更多的多糖受体被揭示。
多糖作用的信号转导机制也是今后研究的重要课题,其研究策略将是以作用的受体为信号传入的起始点,以某种细胞效应(如吞噬、趋化、合成或分泌细胞因子)为终点观测指标,确定其中的信号转导通路。通过研究有望发现新的药物作用靶点,为建立新的药物筛选模型提供信息。References:

摘 要:从愈伤组织的诱导及培养、试管苗再生、悬浮培养、反应器培养及转基因器官培养等5个方面介绍了人参属药用植物组织与细胞培养的研究进展。日本和韩国已经分别实现了人参悬浮细胞和不定根培养的工业化;我国尽管已经开发了人参愈伤组织的一些产品,但在人参属药用植物组织和细胞培养的工业化方面还有一段路要走。
