RMX 1000 V1.1 GettingStarted GuideGeneral Safety PrecautionsFollow these rules to ensure general safety:•Keep the area around the Polycom RMX 1000 unit clean and free of clutter and well ventilated.•Decide on a suitable location for the equipment rack that will hold the RMX 1000, ensuring that it is near a grounded power outlet. •Ensure that the leveling jacks on the bottom of the rack are fully extended to the floor with the full weight of the rack resting onthem. Always make sure the rack is stable before extending a com-ponent from the rack.•In a single rack installation, attach stabilizers to the rack. You can install the device in the rack or position it on an even surface.–Mount the RMX 1000 in the rack: Install the brackets supplied by the rack manufacturer on each side of the rack on which theRMX 1000 is placed. Secure the system by fastening fourscrews to the rack on the front panel.–Put the RMX 1000 on a safe, even, and clean surface.3Connect cables on the back panel of the RMX 1000:–Power Cable: Firmly insert the plug into the power socket to prevent poor contact.–LAN Cable: Connect to the LAN1 port of the RMX 1000.Configuration PreparationsObtaining Network InformationBefore the first time configuration, obtain the following information from the network administrator. This helps you to configure the RMX 1000 in your local network:•The IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway IP address of the RMX 1000 LAN port•(Optional) Gatekeeper address, and the H.323 prefix and E.164 number to be assigned to the RMX 1000Obtaining Product Activation KeyBefore using the RMX 1000, you need to register and activate the device. Follow the procedure below to obtain the product activation key. When you power on and log in to the RMX 1000 for the first time, the system displays the Product Activation dialog box, requesting you to enter a Product Activation Key.1Enter in the address bar of the browser to access the login page of the Polycom resource center.2In the login box, enter your Email address and password, and then click Sign In. If you are a new user, click the Register for an Ac-count link for registration.3Click Service & Support in the upper navigation bar on the inter-face. On the Service & Support page, click Product Activation in the left navigation bar.4Enter the Activate Your Product page. Enter the License Number and Serial Number of the product in the Single License Number pane, and then click the Generate button. You can find the license num-ber and serial number of the product from the document provided with the RMX 1000. 2、按下遥控器上的摄像机 现视频源选择的克风的静音:按遥控器上 的 静音按钮或麦克风中央的按钮可以打开 和关闭麦克风,麦克风处于打开状态亮绿灯, 麦克风处于关闭状态亮红灯。 2、鹅颈话筒或无线话筒可以通过各自的话筒 开关或调音台静音,也可以通过遥控器上的 静音按钮静音,要配合进行。

开机关机
1.设备通电后触摸设备的开机按钮或长按摇控的(拨号键),设
备蓝色指示灯闪烁,设备开机。
2.长按设备的开关键或遥控的结束键,设备显示关机后放开,设
备进行关机。
拨打视频会议操作:
1.按(拨号键),进入拨号界面
输入对方的IP地址,再次按键进行呼叫。
2.通过方向键可以查看通话记录。
选中选中通讯过的地址再次按键进行呼叫
3.通过方向键查看通讯录:
选择相应的通讯录按键进行呼叫。
注意:通讯录中的中梁上海1号会议室、2号会议室…为物理会议室,拨打是与相应的会议室进行点对点视频会议。
如需进行多方会议,请
拨打虚拟会议室。

会议,此操作必须播入虚拟会议室才可操作。
2.显示内容:当连接电脑后投影无像显示。
选择“显示摄像头2”。

可调整自己或对方的摄像头。
预设,根据需要设置摄像头照射的位置。
设置好摄像头照射的位置后长按相应的数字键,会记录相应的位置,视频时通过按相应的数字键就可以调整摄像头的位置。
0为设备开机的默认位置。

根据多方会议的点数进行调整画面显示的方式。
调整音量和摄像头焦距:
音量键,调整声音大小。

宝利通M100软件终端的安装配置及使用
宝利通高清视频软终端M100安装使用说明书宝利通高清视频软终端M100安装分两步:一、安装视频插件软件(AdobeAIRInstaller),二、安装视频软终端M100。
安装完毕后需对软件进行初次设置和激活,只有激活完成后才能正常使用该软件,否则只有30天的试用期,试用期到期后,软件将不能正常使用。
一、插件安装打开“M100安装程序”文件夹,找到安装程序“AdobeAIRInstaller”,双击软件图标,弹出如下界面:选择“我同意”后,程序开始自动安装,直至弹出如下对话框:点击“完成”,完成插件的安装。
二、M100安装打开“M100安装程序”文件夹,找到安装程序“m100-2013-06-26_r38916_6452-setup.exe”,双击软件图标弹出如下对话框:单击“Next”,进入下一对话框:选择“I accept the terms in the license agreement”后,选择“Next”,进入下一对话框:软件默认安装于C盘,如果要安装到别的分区上,请选择“Change”,选择要安装的路径。
如果使用默认,直接单击“Next”,进入下一对话框:单击“Install”程序开始自动安装,直至弹出如下对话框:勾选“Launch Polycom Telepresence m100”(默认为勾选)并选择“Finish”完成M100程序安装,M100软件会自动启动。
安装完成后,软件会自动在桌面生成快捷方式图标。
三、M100激活安装完成后,程序会自动进入软件激活页面,如不激活,该软件只能使用30天。
激活界面如下图:单击“Activate”按钮,进入下一界面:License Number: XM029-3360-6005-5441Activation Key: XDE0-2594-96B0-0000-0000(江苏群力提供)字母不区分大小写,输入完毕后,单击“Activate”。
如果license和Key输入无误,软件自动弹出对话框提示激活成功,如图所示:至此,完成M100的激活工作。

视频会议系统MCU会议操作手册一、会前准备各分会场应提前开启主会场视频终端电源,检查网络连接情况,电视是否有显示本端会场画面,主屏幕下方是否显示“我的IP地址”。
检查用于MCU操作的电脑是否正常,网终连接是否正常。
二、会议操作1、进入MCU管理界面打开IE浏览器界面,在地址栏输入MCU地址:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX,回车即可进行MCU的管理员界面,如下图:分别输入用户名和密码后点击登陆;用户名和密码由信息中心统一发放,默认情况下为用户名和密码均为POLYCOM;管理员管理界面介绍:如下图2、新建会议点击会议列表左上方的,出现如下图:点击新建会议后,会出现如下图的对话框,左边是会议属性列表,右边是会议属性的配置选项:“常规”选项:在常规属性里面,可以进行如下配置:会议名称可输入需要召开的会议名称,这名称会在会议中显示出来;会议模板会议模板有832K速率视频会议和1.2 M速率视频会议,如有双流会议,建议先择1.2M速率视频会议模板;会议时长可以定义会议召开的时长,默认为8小时,会议最长不得超过24小时会议号码此号码用于区别不同的会议,供于终端呼入MCU选择需要加入的会议时使用;会议密码设置加入会议的密码;主席密码设置会议主席密码;“与会者”选项:点击“从地址薄添加”,打开地址簿选择与会者;选择与会者;“组播”选项:本属性用于开启会议组播;如需组播,把“启用组播”打勾,把“LAN1”上的勾去掉,把“LAN2“打勾就完成;“信息”选项:本属性用于输入本会议的一些附加说明或计费信息,如无特别说明一般为空;当以上设置完毕时,会议正常召开,整个界面如下图所示;3、会议控制1、邀请与会者:呼叫与会者,从MCU向终端进行呼叫,如下图:2、断开与会者:挂断与会者,把MCU与终端之间的呼叫挂断,如下图:3、静音:在MCU端把下面对应的会场静音(相当于在MCU上关闭与会会场的麦克风,中止该会场的声音发送到MCU)取消静音:关闭该会场的静音功能(相当于打开与会会场的麦克风)4、闭音:在MCU端把下面分会场的音箱关掉(中止MCU把其它会场的声音传送给该会场)取消闭音:关闭掉闭音功能(让MCU把其它会场的声音传送到该会场)4、视频设置如果需要对正在召开的会议进行设置变更,请参照如下详细说明,下图为当前会议界面;如上图,在当前会议名称下(红框部分),鼠标双击或按右键显示菜单选择“属性”,出现会议的属性对话框,显示“常规”情况,会议模板已设定好,无需变更,如下图;“高级”选项,在新建会议时已设定,在会议过程中无需变更,如下图;“视频质量”选项,在新建会议时已设定,对话框里各参数显示灰色状态,在会议过程中无法变更,如下图;“视频设置”选项,可根据开会需要,选择“分屏模式”和多画面显示,如下图;进行视频设置选项,可根据需要在右边选择一种分屏模式;可选择相同分屏和演讲者模式;演讲者模式:所有与会者终端将全屏显示演讲者,而同时演讲者终端将按照此处设定的布局显示其他与会者。

物理连接1.1 物理连接RMX1800、RMX2000和RMX4000的物理连接不同,下面分别展开叙述:(1) RMX1800,有两个网口,LAN1和LAN2,LAN1口是管理网口,LAN2口是媒体/信令网口,需要两个IP地址,并且两根网线分别连接1800和交换机,配置时选择LAN1的管理网口。
(2) RMX2000,背面有三个网口,但配置时只用第二个网口,因为支持内部交换板卡,所以配置时只需要一根网线连接网口2进行配置,IP地址需要三个,分别是管理地址、媒体地址和信令地址.(3) RMX4000,可以支持四块媒体板,有四个媒体地址,另外RTM板卡还需要配置一个管理IP、信令IP和机箱IP。

视频会议会场使用手册一、日常应用1、I P设置点击主页按键,选择“系统”-“管理设置”-“LAN属性”。
选中连接到我的局域网和允许IP呼叫。
输入本机的IP地址、子网掩码、网关地址,选择局域网速度(推荐选择“自动”),选择双工模式(推荐选择“自动”)。
按遥控器的主页键,选择是,重新启动机器。
注意:完成IP设置后,系统必须重新启动,设置才能生效。

➢应答呼叫如果在菜单中没有将自动应答打开,当有呼叫需要应答时,请点击按键应答呼叫,系统正常设置使用自动应答。
➢结束呼叫点击遥控器按键,出现结束呼叫菜单,再点击按键,结束当前呼叫。
➢设置呼叫带宽选择“系统”-“管理设置”-“常规设置”-“主屏幕设置”-“呼叫质量”3、调整音量要对音量大小进行调整,点击遥控器声音按键显示屏上将显示当前的音量等级。
4、调整摄像头位置★必须使用遥控器调整摄像头位置按遥控器上的箭头按钮,将摄像机向上、下、左或右移动。
按变焦来推远或拉近。
5、预置镜头位➢存储预置镜头位将镜头移动到目标位置,长按遥控器数字键的0 - 9➢调用预置镜头位直接点击遥控器数字键的0 – 9,调用相关预设位。
6、双显仿真进入“系统”-“管理设置”-“监视器”-“监视器”,选择“双监视器仿真”。
遥控器的显示按键用于切换双显仿真的画面布局。
注意:如果用户使用双显仿真的方式显示图像,将没有画中画功能。
7、麦克风静音如果不希望远端站点听到您的讲话,可以将麦克风静音。
要将麦克风静音或取消静音,请执行下列操作:按遥控器上的静音,也可以按麦克风上的将呼叫设为静音。
此时,屏幕右下角显示本地静音,再按一次遥控器的静音键或麦克风上按钮取消静音。
二、常见问题1、系统不能启动,也不能以任何方式做出响应原因:电源开关关闭,或者未连接电源线。
措施:打开系统以及系统连接的所有设备的电源开关;确保系统电源线就位,并且已连接到电源插座。

视频会议系统MCU会议操作手册一、会前准备各分会场应提前开启主会场视频终端电源,检查网络连接情况,电视是否有显示本端会场画面,主屏幕下方是否显示“我的IP地址”。
检查用于MCU操作的电脑是否正常,网终连接是否正常。
