bstract
As one of the core technology of virtual reality, the main task of virtual assembly is to use visual means to study and solve the assembly of the product problem, is the assembly design of technological innovation. The use of computer design process will be extended to assemble three-dimensional virtual space and dynamic products can be observed in all the details. Based on this advantage, rapid development. This paper takes the automatic oil installations of the test bench of fuel injection pump as an example, the use of SolidWorks physical design model building, described SolidWorks modeling method, the document into VRML model for analysis, VRML animation to achieve, to interfere in the assembly inspection, to complete its virtual assembly process, and made for the Web browser. The programme provide a virtual assembly can learn from the techniques and methods for complex mechanical products. Through this design, we can do some virtual assembly design of simple parts, and truly realize HCI, with a truly interactive feeling. 摘 要
作为虚拟现实的核心技术之一, 虚拟装配的主要任务是使用可视化手段研究和解决 产品的可装配性问题,是装配设计的技术革新,它利用计算机将装配设计过程扩展到虚 拟三维空间, 能动态观察产品的各个细节。 基于这种优势, 人们对其产生了浓厚的兴趣, 由此,虚拟装配得到了迅猛发展。 本论文就是以喷油泵试验台自动量油装置为例,利用 SolidWorks 建立模型,阐述 SolidWorks 建模方法, 并对转化成 VRML 模型文件进行分析, 确定其装配顺序, 实现 VRML 动画,完成其虚拟装配过程,并制成网页形式以供浏览。此方案为复杂机械产品的虚拟 装配提供了一种可借鉴的技术与方法。 通过这次设计,能够对一些简单零件进行虚拟装配设计,真正实现了人机交互, 使 人有身临其境的感觉。 词:虚拟装配,Solidworks 实体设计,VRML,人机交互 关键 关键词
