第三册第1单元种族界限标识1 每个种族都有确定或表达其成员身份的方法。
所谓的种族界限标识就是用来展示或表明某一特定种族的外在因素。

然而，这并不意味着语言相同那么种族身份就是相同的，同时也不意味着语言不同的人种族身份就不同。
例如，南斯拉夫塞族人和克族人都说塞尔维亚—克罗地亚语，然而他们却是两个不同的种族，而且自古以来两个种族就相互敌对。
相反，爱尔兰人的母语既可能是盖尔语也可能是英语。

但在很多情况下，宗教信仰与种族或多或少有一些关联。

除了上述情况之外的其他情况下，不同的宗教信仰或许是最重要的种族身份标识。
像前面所提到的，塞族和克族讲同样的语言，而两个种族之间最重要的区分标识就是：塞族人信仰东正教，而克族人则信仰天主教。
与此相反的是，中国人的种族标识超越了宗教信仰的界线，不论是伊斯兰教徒、基督教教徒、道教教徒、佛教教徒还是马克思无神论者，都可以是中国人。

社会压力比许多人想象的要强大。
你现在穿什么?你的同学穿什么?
它们看起来有多相似?现在想想一个典型的办公室。
人们通常穿什么?
我们可以看到社会压力对人们的穿衣风格、情绪和休闲活动的影响。
因此，服从社会规范的压力是很大的。
但它是否足够强大，足以让人们改变主意，表达一种完全错误的观点?心理学家在这一领域发现的一种现象是Asch效应。
Solomon Asch进行了心理学上最著名的实验之一(Solomon Asch，1940年，1956年)。
大学生被告知他们将参与关于视觉感知的研究。
他们显示三行不同长度的卡片，并要求他们指出与另一种标准长度相同的长度。
正确的答案是非常清楚的。
但当学生们被安排在一群人都给出错误答案的时候，结果却相当令人惊讶。
在每个实验中，都进行了大量的试验。
在每一次试验中，南方联盟(那些知道实验的真正目的的人)给出了他们的答案。
这个实验的唯一真正的主题总是最后一个。

它阻碍了人们在各个方面做出正确的决策，从家庭讨论到公司决策和政府辩论。
然而，阿希效应不是能够影响每个人。
一致性研究人员经常发现独立派。
这些人不喜欢与大多数人对抗，但当他们看到他们的时候仍然会指出错误，即使其他的团队成员不喜欢他们，因为他们不是“团队成员”。
在进一步的实验中，Asch确定了三个因素，影响了人们对群体压力的影响:(1)大多数人的大小，(2)一个不同意大多数人的人的存在，以及(3)正确答案和大多数人的立场之间的区别。
他发现，如果只有3个人接受了错误的答案，那么个人倾向于服从，但如果他们只面对1或2个人，他们就不会服从。
然而，即使是在一个很大的群体中，给这个人一个不同意多数意见的盟友，也大大降低了一致性。
有了这样一个“合作伙伴”，几乎所有的受试者都拒绝了服从的压力。
然而，值得注意的是，一些人甚至在与伴侣一起的时候仍继续给予他们。
所有的人都低估了社会压力的影响和他们从众的频率。
