➢一般情况在词尾加er。例如:tall—taller
➢以字母e结尾的形容词在词尾加r。例如:nice—

➢以重读闭音节结尾,且末尾只有一个辅音字母
的词,先双写这个辅音字母在加er。例如:
big — bigger
➢以辅音字母加y结尾的词,先将y改为i,再加er。
例如:happy—happier
