2. Self Check.
(1) Complete the chart with the correct forms of the numbers.
(2) Write the dates for these holidays in China. Learn the new
words “holiday, n ational”.
3. Studying 2b.
(1) Read the text in 2b.
(2) Study the words and expressions in 2b.
4.Discussion
(1) Work on 2c. Discuss the questions in 2c in pairs.
Ask some pairs to ask and answer before class.
(2) Check their homework. Ss take out their calendars
and talk about each other’s calendars like
