4.删繁就简法——防止重复，删除多余

1.去次留主法——围绕中心，突出重点
要做到语言简明，首先是每一句话都要围绕既定
中心，不要节外生枝，游离中心和话题的内容应删去。
不过仅仅围绕中心还是不够的，还应该突出重点。俗
话说“简明扼要”，从表达上说，只有扼住“要”，
才能做到简明。
2.巧用替代法——善于概括，巧用指代 无论是书面表达还是口头表达，都不能总是具体 叙述而不作必要的概括。只有把必要的叙述和概括结 合起来，表达才能简明。再者，运用必要的复指成分， 也是表达中不可少的。不用复指成分，就会啰嗦。

3.消除歧义法——避免含糊，消除歧义 在语言运用中，由于运用多义词或语序不当、标 点不当产生了歧义，从而影响了语意表达。为达到语 意明确清晰的目的，就要消除歧义，注意遣词用句， 避免语意含糊。
消除歧义可以采取如下方法： （1）添加语境法。如“班长说服了我和王佳一起去
