实践活动教学设计方案
教学目标分析:
本节课的内容是通过学习一则对话,引入有关地点和交通的话题;通过学习方位词,借助图片准确辨别方向和描述方向;通过运用方向词和交通方式进行综合对话和交流。

知识目标:
1、学习对话。

2、学习方位词和交通方式词。

能力目标:1、用“be+ directions+of +place”谈论相对的地理位置;
2、能用方向词和交通方式词进行对话和交流。

情感目标:教会学生在陌生地能通过看地图时来辨别和描述方位,选择合适的交通工具,以培养学生的自立能力;当遇到陌生人问路时,能主动帮助,发扬品
质;同时通过pair work培养学生的合作意识,提高人际交往能力。

学习者特征分析(结合实际情况,从学生的学习习惯、心理特征、知识结构等方面进行描述):
现在的学生对旅游很感兴趣,本课的话题对他们而言,很有吸引力;本课时不仅仅是简单地教学英语,它还考查了同学们的地理学科的知识;通过学习本课时的内容,学生能学会用英语表达方位和交通方式,以增强他们外出旅游的信息和能力。

教学过程(按照教学步骤和相应的活动序列进行描述,要注意说明各教学活动中所需的具体资源及环境):
一、Free talk
师生通过图片自由谈论季节、名胜,导入对旅游地的讨论。

即:If you have lots of money and time, would you like to go there?
二、Comic strip
1、通过图片教学生词:on the top of the hill; follow
2、听录音,回答问题。

①Where are Hobo and Eddie standing?
②Will they have to go up the hill again?
3、读对话,回答问题。

①How does Hobo go down the hill?
②What does the sign say?
4、朗读对话,并表演对话。

(准备道具:旅行包、地图、设置场景;要求能模仿语音语调或进行发挥。


三、Welcome to the unit
1、通过问题①Do you think Hobo know the way? ②If you go to a strange place for a trip and you don’t know the way, what will you do? 引入学生对地图的认识。

2、通过图片教学8个方位词
3、呈现学校的图片和它的相对参照物,引入be+ directions+of +place句型。

4、通过家乡的图片,操练be+ directions+of +place句型。

5、完成书上Part A 。

并在原有地图上添加其它地点,加以巩固。

6、鼓励学生发现地图上的交通工具图标,根据PartB谈论交通方式。

四、Practice
呈现阳光镇的景点和交通方式图片,按照以下对话进行综合操练:
A: Where is _________? B: It’s ________ of ______.
A: How can you go there? B: We can go by ______.
五、Consolidation
1、本课语言点归纳。

2、课堂巩固练习。

六、Homework
1. 背诵生词和对话。

教学资源(说明在教学中资源应用的思路、制作或搜集方法):
本课时书本内容很少,如果单单学习问路会很枯燥,但结合旅游的话题,能比较吸引学生,因此通过网络收集旅游景点的图片,能开阔学生的眼界,激发学生的英语学习兴趣。

通过图片搜索,查找家乡的名胜图片,并运用英语交流,加强学生的爱乡之情。

评价方法或工具(说明在教学过程中将用到哪些评价工具,如何评价以及目的是什么):一、整节课将学生分为4组,对回答问题的学生给与小组计分,及时发现新面孔,让英语学困生能得到小组帮助,并通过计分来调动他们的学习兴趣,力争使课堂上人人都参与,凡小组中的成员全体参与了本节课的提问和表演,小组将有额外计分。

二、为了让学生能提升语音语调,在Eddie 和Hobo对话时增设最佳表演分,以刺激学生发挥想象力和模仿力,调动气氛,激发兴趣。

三、在综合运用语言的环节中,提供平等的表现机会和竞争机会,让学生能更积极地运用所学知识,进行巩固性练习。
