第十一章故障处理现在介绍系统可能发生的故障、故障原因、故障检查以及处理方法。

为了提高系统的可靠性,使用高质量器件,当然十分重要。

但是,系统中一旦出现故障,迅速查找故障、排除故障和及早恢复正常,也是非常重要的事情。

为了及早恢复正常运行,必须迅速准确地查找故障所在,采取正确方法去处理故障。

下面介绍必须注意的有关事项。

1) 注意观察请注意观察如下事项。

∙系统状态(停止状态和运行状态)∙电源On/Off- I/O 设备状态- 配线状态(输入、输出配线,扩展电缆以及通信电缆等)- 连接外围设备运行PLC,观察各显示器的指示状态(POWER LED, Run LED, ERR. LED, 输入、输出LED 等)和PLC的动作状态,并确认用户程序内容2) 确认故障通过以下操作进一步观察故障的变化情况。

∙将键开关置Stop 位置,On / Off电源开关。

3) 确定范围∙是PLC自身问题? 是外部设备问题?∙是输入、输出部分问题? 或者是其它问题?∙是PLC用户程序问题?现将以上内容归纳如下框图。

11.2.1 POWER LED指示灯熄灭时处理方法上电时或者在运行中Power LED指示灯熄灭,可参照如下框图查找故障。

11.2.2 ERR LED指示灯闪烁时处理方法上电时、开始运行时或者在运行中ERR LED指示灯闪烁,可按如下框图检查处理。

11.2.3 RUN LED指示灯熄灭时的处理方法上电时、开始运行时或者在运行中ERR LED指示灯熄灭,可按如下框图检查处理。

11.2.4 输入/输出动作不正常时处理方法。

在运行中输入、输出部分动作不正常,试举如下程序来说明,如何查找故障原因。

11.2.5 无法写入用户程序时的处理方法无法向CPU写入用户程序时,可按如下程序查找故障。

The device consists of a float (or displacer) with an at-tached magnet and a switch post to house the moving magnet and to support the switch mechanism. The switch post is mounted on either a top entry process connection or to the top of a mechanical cage or chamber. Process connections are typically flanges, NPT, or socket weld connections. Chambers have connections on the side and/or bottom to attach to the side of a tank. Movement of the float (or displacer) is typically limited to the range required to activate the switch mechanism at a specified level.The LS Series can be a float or displacer operated, magnetically coupled level switch. As the fluid level in the vessel rises or falls, the position of the float or displacer changes with it. Magnets inside the switch post, attached to the float or displacer, move with the changing level as well. A switch mechanism, attached to the exterior of the switch post, detects movement of the magnet past its location, and transfers the contact positions. Use of the LS Series in-stead of the conventional “bulky housing” cage switch allows easy access to the switch mechanism and there are no seals or diaphragms to wear out. Installation of isolation valves on the inlet and outlet of the chamber allows removalof the entire unit without draining the vessel.1.0 Standard Available DesignsLS Series Mechanical Level Switches are available for a range of industrial applications. An ATEX certified option for potentially explosive atmospheres is offered if configured with the MS41 switching mechanism (See Section 7.0).Design and specifications are subject to change without notice.4 LS Series Buoyancy Level Switch | Operating instruction manual3.0 FundamentalsFloat Operated Level Switches Model Series 500, 510, 600, 700The float rides on the process fluid and tracks with the liquid level movement. As the fluid level in the vessel (or external cage) rises or falls, the position of the float changes. Magnets attached to a float guide rod (located inside the sensing tube) also move with the changing level. A switch mechanism (electrical or pneumatic) attached to the exterior of the sensing tube is actuated by a rising level and de-actuated by a falling level.Floats can utilize multiple switching mechanisms. Consult the factory for special float switching arrangements.Displacer Operated Level Switches Model Series 550, 560, 800, 900Displacer switches offer an alternative means of fluid level measurement different from the traditional float device. While a float follows the liquid level, a displacer remains partially or completely submerged. The buoyancy of the displacer is increased as it becomes covered by more liquid. Therefore, when the displacer weight drops below the spring tension (rising level), the switch mechanism is actuated. Hence, when the displacer weight increases to that greater than the spring tension (falling level), the switch mechanism is de-actuated.Displacer switches can be utilized in some high pressure and low specific gravity applications where float designs are cost prohibitive or impossible to implement.Operating instruction manual | LS Series Buoyancy Level Switch 54.0 InstallationThe LS Series is mounted to the process vessel via the process connections provided on the device. When installing top mounted units, care should be used when lowering the float into the tank to avoid bending the rod that connects the magnet to the float. Bolting, sealants, and gaskets are provided by the customer. The LS Series is designed for a single-point level of operation and is factory set to the proper range of motion. The switching mechanism mounted on the switch post can be adjusted slightly up or down the post to account for specific gravity changes, but the immersion depth of the float must be known in order to accurately move the switch. Please refer to the Switching Mechanisms and Housings in Section 7.0 for more details. Any adjustment of switch position should be accompanied with a functional test to verify that the magnet can move sufficiently past the switch to cause it to transfer. Connections to the switch are provided in the manual for the switch that is specified.WARNING!! Hydrostatic testing of the tank should be performed with the chamber blocked off or with the float removed. The floats are designed for the maximum pressure in operation, and hydrostatic testing usually exceeds the limits of the float. Damage to floats due to over pressurization is not covered in the warranty.6.0 Handling and Storage RequirementsThere are no special handling and storage requirements associated with this device.5.0 MaintenanceThe LS Series does not require any routine maintenance in normal day to day operationWARNING!! If there is a need to take the switch out of service or disconnect it for any reason, then make sure the circuit is de-energized, or insure that the area is known to be non-hazardous!7.0 Switching Mechanisms & HousingsThe switch point of LS Series level switches is dependent upon the specific gravity of the process fluid and other fac-tors. As specific gravity decreases, the distance between the centerline of the upper process connection and the fluid level at which the switch transfers decreases. This is due to the additional amount of fluid required to make the float buoyant at the lower specific gravity. This means that actual fluid levels at the switch transfer point vary with specific gravity.The function of the LS Series level switch depends upon the movement of a magnet assembly within the switch post to activate an external switch. In order to begin moving up with rising fluid level, a small amount of static friction must be overcome. To facilitate this additional force, the floats are designed with reserve buoyancy to provide force for move-ment and to provide buoyancy with deceases in specific gravity. This reserve buoyancy is in the form of the amount of float that is above the fluid level. In order for the reserve buoyancy to be useful, it must be located where fluid may actually reach it. As a standard, we design the floats so that the top is even with the centerline of the upper process connection when the magnet assembly is all the way to the top of the sensor tube. This allows standardization of all chambers for manufacturing. The fluid level at switching is then a function of the specific gravity and the float selected. Dead-band of a magnetically operated switch is the distance a magnet must travel to transfer from one state to an-other. Switch transfer dead-band is a function of the type of switch selected and the strength of the magnetic field. The reed switch variety have only a small dead-band, while the cam actuated switches have larger dead-bands. Because the dead-band is different for each switch type, we set LS Series switches to either the High (rising fluid (standard)) or the Low (falling fluid) reference point on the LS Series sensor tube per the customer’s requirements. The operation of the switch in the opposite direction is the dead-band distance. The location of the on/off points for each type of switch is consistent for that type, and is therefore known and placed on the sensor tube at the reference point on the sensor tube.The LS Series is constructed such that sufficient over-travel past the switch point occurs to ensure proper operation no matter what switch type is used. This allowed over-travel increases the distance from the centerline of the upper process connection to the fluid level at the high switch point. This value is fixed at 11/16” for existing switch require-ments. A difference of 13/16” between the high and low reference points has also been established due to existing switch requirements. Therefore, the high switch point is determined by the 11/16” over-travel plus the length of the float above the fluid level at the specific gravity specified. The low switch point is determined by the 11/16” over-travel plus the 13/16” difference between the reference points and the length of the float above the fluid level at the specific gravity specified.The following “magnetically activated” switching mechanisms in Table 1 are available and ready for use with the LS Series Switches. It is designed to be easy to use with a simple GUI, voltage sense and current sense output. Usually discussed in amps per microsecond. SR=I stept riseRise Time– The time required for a signal to rise from 10% to 90% of the steady state values.Load Transient– A sudden change in load current.Output Impedance– How well the DUT can maintain voltage regulation over frequency. DUT (Device Under Test)– The DC-DC solution.3O PERATING THE L OAD S LAMMER P RO3.1P HYSICAL C ONNECTION TO DUT3.1.1Placement LocationPlacement of the LoadSlammer Pro on the DUT (Device Under Test) is crucial. Forbest results, place the LoadSlammer Pro as close to the load as possible toinclude all the effects of the PDN. Placing the LoadSlammer Pro directly at theoutput of the regulator does not adequately test the real-world application.Do not connect the LoadSlammer Pro using wires. Wires increase the inductance of the system which prevents high slew rates. The results will not be valid.3.1.2Connection OptionsThere are several ways to connect to a DUT. Using a connector provides ease of use and reduces wear on the PCB but adds inductance and resistance to the power path. These factors may limit your maximum slew rate. Soldering directly to the PCB helps minimize inductance which can provide a cleaner signal and a faster slew rate. Additionally, LoadSlammer offers custom passive adapter design services to provide a higher level of confidence in the test results.3.1.2.1Design in ConnectorThe connector provides ease of use for quickly testing different DUTs.Drawings are available on our website detailing pinout and keep out regions.The preferred connector is the Samtec HSEC8-130-01-L-DV-A-WT-K-TR, however it does require through holes. If design requirements prohibit through holes, there is a surface mount only variant: Samtec HSEC8-130-01-L-DV-K-TR.Due to the design of card edge connectors, the socket does not support the card rigidly. There is a stabilizer accessory that prevents the device from tilting in the connector.3.1.2.2Solder DownTo solder the slammer to the DUT, find a large ground and power plane buttingup to each other, scrape some solder mask off, then solder it down with copper braid. Alternatively, if your PCB has many ceramic capacitors in a row, it ispossible to solder directly on top of them.3.1.2.3Passive AdapterPassive adapters are the best way to connect the LoadSlammer to a DUT. The adapter sits in place of a large BGA package to allow connection of the LoadSlammer on an application board. LoadSlammer offers custom passive adapter design services to provide a higher level of confidence in the test results, from design reviews to turnkey development for your application.3.1.2.4Active AdapterActive adapters are currently used with LoadSlammer Pro Orac-Jr only. Vender specific solutions up to 2000 Watts, 1500 Amps, and 600 Volts available upon request. Contact us at ***********************.3.1.3Test Equipment SetupUse the following steps to get started with the LoadSlammer Pro:1.Make sure DUT (Device Under Test) and LoadSlammer are both powered off2.Install LoadSlammer unit onto DUTNote: Make sure you observe proper polarity. The case has polaritymarked with “+” and “–“3.Connect the USB cable from LoadSlammer to PC4.(optional) Attach current & voltage monitoring of LoadSlammer tooscilloscope using an SMB cable. Make sure the oscilloscope channels areset to high input impedance5.(LSP1000/LSP1000RS/LSP only) Power on the LoadSlammer by plugging inthe 24V power adapter provided6.Connect to the LoadSlammer though the GUI. Refer to LoadSlammer ProGUI Guide for further assistance.7.Adjust test parameters to desired values8.Hit the “Run” button to start slamming3.1.3.1Oscilloscope ConnectionThe current sense output on the LSP1000 has a gain that depends on the maximum amount of current and power dissipation. The other LoadSlammer Pro devices have a fixed current sense output gain.Ensure the input impedance is set to 1MΩ or high impedance for both sense inputs. There is a 50 ohm series termination resistor on the LoadSlammer. The current sense output has an offset, so it should be zeroed out before taking measurements.3.1.3.2DC MeasurementsWhile the LoadSlammer Pro has limited power dissipation, preventing efficiency measurement s, the LoadSlammer can create a ‘shoulder’ of current before each load transient. This allows the DUT to settle to a steady state before the load transient.An external DC load unit can be connected to the DUT if additional continuous power is needed.3.2C ONNECTIONS TO L OAD S LAMMER3.2.1USB Data ConnectionThe LoadSlammer Pro Mini devices require only a USB 2.0 type-C connection; no external power is required. The LoadSlammer Pro 1000 requires external 24V power in addition to the USB 2.0 Mini-B connection.3.2.2 Voltage SenseThe voltage sense output on the LoadSlammerPro is a passive single ended, 50 Ohmtransmission line. The transmission line is seriesterminated, so ensure oscilloscope input issetup as high-impedance input. Note the SMBmonitor is not differential. The voltage sense tothe LoadSlammer ADC is differential. If youwish to measure hi di/dt voltage excursions withan external oscilloscope you should measuredirectly.3.2.3Current SenseThe current monitor output is derived from the current shunt. There is a fundamental L/R time constant that limits the maximum bandwidth. For the LSP1000 and LSP200, the maximum bandwidth is limited to approx. 750 kHz.On the LSP1000, there are 5 parallel ‘channels’ with 5 current shunts summed together in the analog domain.3.2.4ParallelThe LoadSlammer Pro 1000/1000RS supports the ability to parallel multiple devices to support very high current requirements. A parallel cable is required to link the devices together.To operate the devices in parallel, simply connected the parallel cable to each device. Power all the devices through their respective DC barrel jack, then connect only one device to USB (this will be referred to as the master device). With the GUI open, all the ‘slave’device s’ status indicator light will turn green indicating the device is in slave mode and ready to test.The voltage measurements are taken only from the master device.3.3T EST M ODESThe LoadSlammer Pro family has several modes of operation and is field upgradeable to offer additional functionality.3.3.1TransientTransient mode is the most basic mode of operation. In this mode, the main goal is to understand the step response of the DUT. A load transient is applied to the DUT to determine the output voltage response. Some of the primary measurements are the Droop and Liftoff amplitudes, and the recovery time of the regulator. Additionally, the load line can be calculated, and the recovery response gives an indication of phase margin.3.3.2Pulse TrainPulse Train mode is very similar to the transient mode. The main difference is the current step from the transient pulse is modulated with a square wave to give a specific frequency and duty cycle. This allows for the frequency and duty cycle to be swept over a range to generate a 3D graph or frequency alone to look for resonant modes.[Shot of Pulse Train]3.3.3ImpedanceImpedance mode applies a sinusoidal load transient and measures voltage amplitude to determine the large signal impedance.There are several ways to interpret this data. One way is to look at the amplitude response of the voltage over frequency, known as output impedance. Complementary, analyzing the spectral content at each applied frequency can inform on where the non-linarites of the system are located.The amplitude of the sin wave and the offset are set via the GUI. Determine the values to sweep are based on target load currents, step sizes and PDN goals.3.3.4ArbitraryArbitrary mode lets the user configure a custom pattern. STORE CONDITIONS
The Master-Bilt GEL cases are designed to operate in the controlled environment of an air-conditioned store. The store temperature should be at or below 75°F and a relative humidity of 55% or less. At higher temperature or humidity conditions, the performance of these cases may be affected and the capacity diminished. It is not uncommon in a newly constructed store for the temperature and humidity to be above design conditions. These excessive conditions may produce sweating in the case until the store is operational and the ambient environment is more desirable.
This case is designed to be open to the front (customer side) of the case and open at the rear (server side) of the case. This case should not be placed against a wall that closes off the front or the rear of the case.

Keep the shipping carton and packing materials for futureuse.PLACEMENTSince the installation of a subwoofer can be somewhat morec omplicated than installation of full-range speakers, it is essentialthat you read this section very carefully prior to connecting thes ubwoofer to your system. Should you have questions relating toyour installation, it is advisable to call your dealer or distributor foradvice.The performance of the subwoofer is directly related to itsp lacement in the listening room and how you align the subwooferwith its satellite speakers. Setting the volume of the subwoofer inrelationship to the left and right speakers is also of criticali mportance because it is essential that the subwoofer integratesmoothly with the entire system. Setting the subwoofer’s volumelevel too high will result in overpowering, boomy bass. Setting thevolume level too low will negate the benefits of the subwoofer.Here are several additional facts on installation that may proveu seful. It is generally believed by most audio authorities that lowf requencies (below 125Hz) are nondirectional and, therefore,p lacement of a subwoofer within any listening room is not critical.While in theory it is true that the larger wavelengths of extremelylow frequencies are basically nondirectional, the fact is that, wheninstalling a subwoofer within the limited confines of a room,r eflections, standing waves and absorptions generated within theroom will strongly influence the performance of any subwoofers ystem. As a result, specific location of the subwoofer becomesimportant, and we strongly recommend that you experiment withplacement before choosing a final location.Placement will depend upon your room and the amount and qualityof bass required (for example, whether or not your room permitsplacement of the subwoofer near either satellite).Figure 1.This example shows the subwoofer positioned behind theright-channel satellite speaker to re-create the actual location ofbass instruments in an orchestra and/or add impact to movie sound-tracks.INSTALLING SPIKED FEETFour metal spikes are supplied for use when the speaker is to beplaced on a carpeted surface; using them decouples the speakerfrom the floor to prevent unwanted damping. To insert the spikes,gently lay the speaker on its side (not its front or back) on a soft,nonabrasive surface, and unscrew the rubber-tipped feet (store in asafe place). Each spike then screws into the threaded insert in eachcorner. Make sure all four spikes are screwed in completely for sta-bility. To protect the surface of uncarpeted floors, set each spike intoan included metal coaster.NEVER drag the speaker to move it, as this will damage the spikes,the feet, the wood cabinet itself, and/or the floor. Always lift thespeaker and carry it to its new location.JBL® LS120P POWERED SUBWOOFER34REAR PANELCONTROLS AND CONNECTIONSSYSTEM CONNECTIONSIf you have a Dolby ®5“Normal.”POWER ONPlug your subwoofer’s AC cord into a wall outlet. Do not use theo utlets on the back of the receiver.Initially set the Subwoofer-Level Control 2to the “min” position. Turn on your sub by pressing the Power Switch 6on the rear panel. Turn on your entire audio system and start a CD or movie soundtrack at a moderate level.AUTO ON/STANDBYWith the Power Switch 6in the ON position, the Status LED 4on back will remain lit in red or green to indicate the On/Standby mode of the subwoofer.RED = STANDBY (no signal detected, Amp Off)GREEN = ON (signal detected, Amp On)The subwoofer will automatically enter the Standby mode after approximately 10 minutes when no signal is detected from yours ystem. The subwoofer will then power ON instantly when a signal is detected. During periods of normal use, the Power Switch 6can be left on. You may turn off the Power Switch 6for extended periods of nonoperation, e.g., when you are away on vacation.GETTING STARTEDTurn your Subwoofer-Level Control 2up to the halfway position. If no sound emanates from the subwoofer, check the AC-line cord and input cables. Are the connectors on the cables making properc ontact? Is the AC plug connected to a “live” receptacle? Has the Power Switch 6been pressed to the “On” position? Once you have confirmed that the subwoofer is active, proceed by playing a CD, record or cassette. Use a selection that has ample bass information. ADJUST LEVELSet the overall volume control of the preamplifier or stereo to ac omfortable level. Adjust the Subwoofer-Level Control 2until you obtain a pleasing blend of bass. Bass response should not over -power the room but rather be adjusted so there is a harmonious blend across the entire musical range. Many users have a tendency to set the subwoofer volume too loud, adhering to the belief that a subwoofer is there to produce lots of bass. This is not entirely true.A subwoofer is there to enhance bass, extending the response of the entire system so the bass can be felt as well as heard. However, overall balance must be maintained or the music will not soundn atural. An experienced listener will set the volume of the subwoofer so its impact on bass response is always there but never obtrusive. PHASE CONTROLThe Phase Switch 0determines whether the subwoofer speaker’s pistonlike action moves in and out with the main speakers, 0˚, or opposite the main speakers, 180˚. Proper phase adjustment depends on several variables such as room size, subwoofer placement and listener position. Adjust the phase switch to maximize bass output at the listening position.CROSSOVER ADJUSTMENTThe Crossover Adjustment Control 3determines the highestf requency at which the subwoofer reproduces sounds. If your main speakers can comfortably reproduce some low-frequency sounds, set this control to a lower frequency setting, between 50Hz and100Hz. This will concentrate the subwoofer’s efforts on the ultradeep bass sounds required by today’s films and music.If you are using smaller bookshelf speakers that do not extend to the lower bass frequencies, set the Crossover Adjustment control to a higher setting, between 120Hz and 150Hz.NOTE:This control will have no effect if the LFE/Normal Selector 1 is set to LFE. If you have a Dolby Digital or DTS processor/receiver, the Low-Pass Frequency is set by the processor/receiver. Consult your owner’s manual to learn how to view or change this setting.The enclosure may be cleaned using a soft cloth to remove finger-prints or to wipe off dust.The grille may be gently vacuumed. Stains may be removed with an aerosol cleaner, following its instructions. Do not use any solvents on the grille.All wiring connections should be inspected and cleaned or remade periodically.
