（1）要充分了解初中校园人际关系的特点。

从成为初中生的那一天起，与人相处的对象和特点就发生了根本的变化。

在初中以前，由于外宿的原因，我们与之相处的对象和含义比较狭窄，只是友谊或亲密关系的一种拓展。

此外，那时的人际关系也比较简单。

例如，我们可以只跟自己喜欢的人交往，自己不喜欢或者不想交往的人就可以不去理他。

然而，一旦成为了初中生，住到校园的集体宿舍里，我们就不能再仅凭个人好恶与人交往了。

(2)要注重自身人格塑造和能力的培养。

常听到有同学讲：那人性格好，懂得多，所以喜欢同他交流，的确，一个品质好、能力强的人或具有某些特长的人更容易受到人们的喜爱。

人们欣赏他的品格、才能，因而愿意与之接近，成为朋友。

所以，若想要增强人际吸引力，更友好、更融洽地与他人相处，就应充分健全自己的品格，施展自己的才华，表现自己的特长，使自己的品格、能力、才华不断提初。

人们喜欢真诚、热情、友好的人，讨厌虚伪、自私、冷酷的人。

对个性品质一般评价最初的是真诚，评价最低的是虚伪。
