初中英语期末模拟测试题（二）听力文件无病毒去放心打开听力理解听力技巧指导（十）我们在前面对英语听力解题技巧作了详细的分析，那么，如何才能提高英语听力理解能力呢?有许多同学似乎也在听英语，但英语听力就是提不高，英语听力测试的分数不理想，故而对英语听力望而生畏。
如何切实有效地提高英语听力，还是有方法的。
1. 先听读课文前先听课文。
大部分同学都是先读课文，再听录音。
不妨反过来，先听课文录音，反复听好几遍，等到自己确实基本听懂了，再翻开书读课文。
读时留意原来没有听懂的地方，然后合上书再听。
这样，新知识掌握了，听力也提高了。
2. 精听仔细认真听，而且必须要全部听懂，句句听懂。
精听时必须思想高度集中，力图听懂每个词语、句子，捕捉信息。
3. 泛听泛听如英语泛读一样，只求听到某些信息，不求甚解，只求量的增加与积累，不求听懂每个句子。
听的量增加了，有些语言情景与单词短语经过反复听，自然也就慢慢地听懂了，英语听力也就提高了。
4. 测听用测试的方法来自我检测，评定自己的听力水平。
听英语录音、看英语电视毕竟不是英语听力考试，它还有个熟悉考试题型的问题。
为在不同的听力考试中获得高分，还得备一两套相应的听力测试磁带，以了解自己的听力应试水平。
在听的时候要模拟考试的情景，认真地听，然后再参照答案给自己打分。
“先听”对理解课文、提高听力很有裨益。
而“精听”、“泛听”、“测听”应相互交替进行，也就是不分哪个阶段，同时把三种听结合在一起，坚持数月，乃至一年，定会取得显著进步。
听力的提高与训练的时间成正比，与年龄成反比，年纪越大见效越差，年纪越小进步越快。
八年级的同学正处在学听力的最佳年龄，在合适的时候用正确方法攻克英语听力关，一辈子受用。

如何切实有效地提高英语听力，还是有方法的。
1. 先听读课文前先听课文。
大部分同学都是先读课文，再听录音。
不妨反过来，先听课文录音，反复听好几遍，等到自己确实基本听懂了，再翻开书读课文。
读时留意原来没有听懂的地方，然后合上书再听。
这样，新知识掌握了，听力也提高了。
2. 精听仔细认真听，而且必须要全部听懂，句句听懂。
精听时必须思想高度集中，力图听懂每个词语、句子，捕捉信息。
3. 泛听泛听如英语泛读一样，只求听到某些信息，不求甚解，只求量的增加与积累，不求听懂每个句子。
听的量增加了，有些语言情景与单词短语经过反复听，自然也就慢慢地听懂了，英语听力也就提高了。
4. 测听用测试的方法来自我检测，评定自己的听力水平。
听英语录音、看英语电视毕竟不是英语听力考试，它还有个熟悉考试题型的问题。
为在不同的听力考试中获得高分，还得备一两套相应的听力测试磁带，以了解自己的听力应试水平。
在听的时候要模拟考试的情景，认真地听，然后再参照答案给自己打分。
“先听”对理解课文、提高听力很有裨益。
而“精听”、“泛听”、“测听”应相互交替进行，也就是不分哪个阶段，同时把三种听结合在一起，坚持数月，乃至一年，定会取得显著进步。
听力的提高与训练的时间成正比，与年龄成反比，年纪越大见效越差，年纪越小进步越快。
