Fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions figures are used to compare different vehicle types under uniform conditions, and are not necessarily indicative of real-life driving conditions. Note that the actual fuel consumption and emissions levels will depend on many factors and are directly affected by the length of the journey; number of passengers and the amount of luggage carried; individual driving style; road conditions; weather conditions; vehicle age, mileage, condition and standard of maintenance; use of vehicle features such as air conditioning; and any modifications to the vehicle. Your fuel economy will vary based on these and other factors and, for these reasons, many drivers may not achieve the EU fuel economy figures in day-to-day driving, although the vehicle is technically capable of doing so.QualityWe design and build your Ford to feel as good after many years of service as it did the day you picked it up. And to drive just as beautifully too.GreenUsing advanced Ford technology, we’re committed to creating vehicles with improved fuel economy, reduced CO 2 emissions and a lower overall cost of ownership.SafeFord’s Intelligent Protection System uses sophisticated technology designed to help prevent an accident and, if one should happen, to protect you.SmartVehicles with smart intuitivetechnologies designed to connect your world, and many clever solutions from Ford that make life a little easier.Visit FordSouthAfricaEngineCylinders4444454 Displacement (cm³) 2 198 1 996 1 996 1 996 1 996 3 198 1 996 Power (kW @ rpm)118 @ 3 700132 @ 3 500132 @ 3 500157 @ 3 750157 @ 3 750147 @ 3 000157 @ 3 750Torque (Nm @ rpm)385 @ 1 500 – 2500420 @ 1 750 – 2500420 @ 1 750 – 2500500 @ 1 500 – 2000500 @ 1 500 – 2000470 @ 1 750 – 2500500 @ 1 500 – 2000Bore & stroke (mm)86 x 94.684.01 x 9084.01 x 9084.01 x 90.0384.01 x 90.0389.9 x 100.7684.01 x 90.03 Fuel requirement Diesel Diesel Diesel Diesel D iesel Diesel Diesel Compression ratio15.7:115.8:115.8:116.0:116.0:115.7.116.0:1 TransmissionType6-speed auto10-speed auto10-speed auto10-speed auto10-speed auto6-speed auto10-speed auto Final drive 3.73 3.31 3.31 3.31 3.31 3.73 3.31 Drive wheels Rear Rear Rear Rear4WD4WD4WD Terrain Management System ( Normal, Rock Crawl, Mud, Sand)----Std Std Std Electronic locking rear differential Std Std Std Std Std Std Std PerformanceFuel economy – NEDC L/100km (urban cycle)*7.37.17.17.67.68.27.6 CO2 emission combined (g/km)*193187187201201217201 SteeringElectric Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS) with drift compensation technology Std Std Std Std Std Std Std Turning circle (m)11.711.711.711.711.711.711.7 SuspensionFront suspension: independent with coil spring and anti-roll bar Std Std Std Std Std Std Std Rear suspension: coil spring with Watt links Std Std Std Std Std Std Std BrakesFront ventilated discs Std Std Std Std Std Std Std Rear solid discs Std Std Std Std Std Std Std Wheels & TyresTyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)------Std17 x 8.0” Alloy 265/65 R17Std------18 x 8.0” Alloy 265/60 R18-Std Std Std Std Std Opt20 x 8.5” Alloy 265/50 R20 - - - - - - Std Spare wheel – 17 x 7.5” Steel 265/65 R17Std Std Std Std Std Std Std Dimensions – ExteriorOverall height (mm) 1 837 1 837 1 837 1 837 1 837 1 837 1 837 Vehicle width (mm) 1 860 1 860 1 860 1 860 1 860 1 860 1 860 Vehicle length (mm) 4 892 4 892 4 892 4 892 4 892 4 892 4 892 Wheelbase (mm) 2 850 2 850 2 850 2 850 2 850 2 850 2 850 Overhang front (mm)905905905905905905905 Overhang rear (mm) 1 137 1 137 1 137 1 137 1 137 1 137 1 137 Approach angle (kerb) (0)29.529.529.529.529.529.529.5 Departure angle (kerb) (0)25252525252525 Ramp breakover angle (kerb) (0)21.521.521.521.521.521.521.5 Wading depth (mm)800800800800800800800 Ground clearance (mm)225225225225225225225 Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) (kg) 2 950 2 950 2 950 2 950 3 100 3 100 3 100 Gross Combined Mass (GCM) (kg) 5 700 5 900 5 900 5 900 5 900 5 800 5 900 Tare (kg) 2 220 2 286 2 286 2 286 2 387 2 408 2 446 Fuel tank (L)80808080808080 Gross payload (kg)750750750664713692654 Towing mass – braked (kg) 3 000 3 100 3 100 3 100 3 100 3 000 3 100 Towing mass – unbraked (kg)750750750750750750750*Fuel economy and emission figures obtained from controlled tests on a combined cycle. Testing and assessment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the course of awarding the GS mark
Preliminary observations On Aug. 4th 2014 the Product Safety Commission (AfPS) has assigned the requirements of PAH testing in the course of GS mark certification as specification according to art. 21 Product Safety Act (ProdSG) para. 1 no. 3. The implementation is achieved by means of this PAH document.
2. Basics PAH contamination of materials is primarily due to the use of: - PAH contaminated softening oils in rubber and flexible (soft) plastics - PAH-contaminated carbon black as a black pigment in rubber, plastics and paints. PAH contamination has previously been detected not only in rubber but also in various types of plastic, e.g. ABS and PP, and various paints/coatings, as well as in a variety of natural materials.

Ferrite BeadsAxial EMI Suppression FerritesSMD Power InductorsQ +productsAxial EMI Suppre SMD Power Induc 207/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Q +products have given rise to plenty of discussions since their launch. The most frequently asked questions: What advantage do these products give us? To whom may I sell them? And for which applications are they suitable?Q +products Benefits1Optimized construction4High process capability levelInternal structures of the products in the Q +products portfolio are very different from conventional ones. For example, the wire connec-tion between coil wire and component is not made with a conven-tional solder joint, but by means of a welding process. Another exam-ple is ferrite sleeves; compared with the conventional industry article, the surface form is optimized and this considerably simplifies the routing of lines.Process capability is determined by means of familiar statistics and describes the stability of a manufacturing process. A statistical eval-uation by itself will not make a manufacturing process more stable, however. This also depends on the added values of other Q +prod-ucts.3Automation vs. partial automation / manual process Increasing the degree of automation in the manufacturing process changes the variance of process parameters positively by eliminat-ing the influence of the operator. This also ensures even more effec-tive process controlling.Higher level of automation2AEC-Q 200 qualificationAll Q +products are qualified in accordance with the AEC-Q 200. The Automotive Electronics Council Qualification (AECQ) does not reflect the qualification standard of the automotive industry in all cases, but describes product quality very precisely only by means of a variety ofreliability checks. 307/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Q +products Benefi ts6Production on strictly defined production linesAdditional quality controls can be carried out efficiently only if theyare used for previously evaluated production lines. Even two identical manufacturing processes can have different results. So pro-cess-based influences are difficult to generalize, which is why we specially select and monitor the production lines.5Additional quality controls are geared specifically to the familiar, crit-ical quality features of the individual Q +products. These features are directly monitored, documented and qualified according to their re-quirements in the appropriate manufacturing step.Additionalquality controls7The market requires tough products. So we have already extended the temperature range of Q +products ferrite sleeves to -55 °C / +150 °C. We also aim to extend such increases in temperature range to include all Q +products.Extended temperature range 407/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Q +products Qualifi cation StandardThe qualification standard refers to the AEC-Q 200 and is performed for all products which are shown in this catalogue. For your reference, you can find in the following table a short summary of the performed tests for inductors / transformers.High Temperature ExposureStorage for 1000 hours to at rated operating temperature (according to the datasheet)Temperature Cycling1000 cycles at operating temperature (according to the datasheet, e.g. -40 °C / +125 °C). with an maximum dwell time of one minute.Biased Humidity1000 hours at 85 °C and 85 % RH without electrical stressOperational Life1000 hours at operating temperature minus self-heating tempera-ture under electrical stress (rated current)External VisualInspection of the device looking / construction, workmanship and marking.Physical DimensionThe mechanical dimension have to be in between the specificationTerminal Strength (SMD)The parts will be stressed with a pull of force of 17.7 Newton for 60 seconds. The focus is on the soldering joint.Resistance to SolventsThree different kinds of solvent do not have any impact to the device construction, marking and looking.Mechanical ShockMechanical shocks shall not have any impact to the device construc-tion or function. These shocks will be simulated 18 times, by a am-plitude of 100 g’s for 6 milliseconds.VibrationVibrations of 10 g’s in a frequency range from 15 up to 2000 Hz for20 minutes shall not have any impact to the construction of the device. This process will be done in 12 cycles for each of the Axis.Resistance to Soldering HeatA Reflow Oven Test for five times shall not have any impact to the deviceESDAn Electrostatic discharge of 6 kV with direct contact, 12 kV, 16 kV and 25 kV with air contact shall not have any impact to the device.SolderabilityThree different Soldering procedures will be gone through. In each case an impact to the device and construction isn’t allowed.Electrical CharacterizationParametrically test which shows in a summary the min, max, man and standard deviation at room temperature as well as at min andmax operating temperature.Board FlexAt surface mounted devices, an impact due to bending, flexing and pulling forces shall be not be given.507/14Würth Elektronik eiSos®Q +productsStandards by ComparisonAlthough it might seem much better at the first sight, it doesn’t mean, that the industrial parts are less qualified than the Q + Products. The difference in here is the higher reliable requirements which we going to prove accordance to the AEC-Q 200. To show the difference, the following table contrasts some main parts out of the industrial qualification standard of Würth Elektronik eiSos with the main necessary qualification standards out of the AEC-Q 200.High Temperature Exposure 500 hours 1000 hours Temperature Cycling 500 cycles1000 cycles Biased Humidity –1000 hoursMoisture Resistance 500 hours –Operational Life 1000 hours1000 hoursExternal Visual Physical Dimension –Terminal strength Resistance to solvent – 3 different SolventsMechanical Shock –VibrationResistance to Soldering Heat 5 time Reflow5 time ReflowESD –SolderabilityElectrical Characterization –Board FlexLow Temperature Exposure–✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓Legend to the table:✓ both of the tests are the same – not testedProduction SiteQuality & Design CenterWaldenburg (Germany)Taichung (Taiwan)Shenyang (China)Longgang (China)Seoul (Korea)607/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®CharacteristicsReliable Ni-Sn electrodes High rated current up to 5 A Recommended soldering: ReflowOperating temperature: -55 °C to +125 °CSize 0402ApplicationsPerfect as data lined filter and for uncoupling of distribution voltageType definition of SMD ferrites WE-CBAThe special SMD chip bead ferrites can be put directly on the printed circuit board. They offer excellent anti-EMI properties and low DC-resistance. Placed very close next to the interference source even with smallest size 0402, maximal impedance at 1000 Ω can be reached.High Speed:“High Speed” SMD ferrites WE-CBA have lower impedance in the lower frequency ranges thus they have only a low attenuation for fast signals.Application e.g. USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, LVDSWide Band:“Wide Band” SMD ferrites WE-CBA already show high impedance in low frequency range. Therefore they are wide band through the whole spectrum.Application e.g. control signals, RS232, RS422, DC/DC converterHigh Current:“High Current” SMD ferrites WE-CBA are designed for high current (over 1 A). The rated current refers to 40 K self-heating. High current SMD ferrites are available in all three types (High Speed, Wide Band and High Frequency).Application e.g. power supply, DC/DC converterAdvice: Pay attention for the use of SMD ferrites for high rated current >1 A and ambient temperature over +85 °C that the rated current has to be reduced when temperature is above +85 °C (Derating). The characteristic line in the right figure shows, that e.g. at +100 °C ambient temperature the maximal rated current has to add up to only 60 % of the data sheet value, without an overload of the component.Derating +85 °CDerating +105 °CElectrical propertiesOrder Code Z @ 100 MHz(Ω)Z max (Ω)Testcondition Z max(MHz)I R (mA)R DC (Ω)Type of Application 782 422 1011001805005000.30Wide Band 782 422 2212203304004000.30Wide Band 782 422 3313306403003000.50Wide Band 782 422 5115107303002000.80Wide Band 782 422 6016008003002000.80Wide Band 782 422 10210001200170200 1.00Wide Band 782 423 100101770015000.03High Current 782 423 7007014060010000.09High CurrentSize 0402Typical impedance characteristics Wide BandHigh Current 807/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Size 0603Typical impedance characteristics High Speed 907/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Size 0603Typical impedance characteristics Wide BandHigh Current 1007/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Size 0805Typical impedance characteristics High SpeedSize 0805Typical impedance characteristics High CurrentSize 1206Typical impedance characteristics Wide BandHigh CurrentSize 1806Typical impedance characteristics High CurrentCharacteristicsFerrite core made of NiZn, a material which worksin a wide frequency rangeMany different types for the best possibleinterference suppressionOperating temperature: -55 °C up to +150 °CApplicationsIn general for: wires, coaxial cables, wire-wrappingcables, multiconductor wiresData and signal linesOn board power supply lineMultimedia cable interfacesVarious, other cable interfacesElectrical propertiesOrder Code OD(mm)ID(mm)H(mm)Cable Diameter(mm)Z @ 25 MHz1 turn (Ω)Z @ 100 MHz1 turn (Ω)782 013 033 15012.0 3.5515.0≤ 3.3150205782 013 044 0959.5 4.759.5≤ 4.46084782 013 046 18511.5 5.018.5≤ 4.6135186782 013 046 25011.5 5.025.0≤ 4.6185255782 013 057 45012.0 6.145.0≤ 5.7255370782 013 059 28514.0 6.328.5≤ 5.9195270782 013 068 25014.07.225.0≤ 6.8150210782 013 069 15512.07.315.5≤ 6.970100782 013 069 28515.57.328.5≤ 6.9190270782 013 076 28516.08.028.5≤ 7.6170240782 013 076 50816.08.050.8≤ 7.6325460782 013 079 28514.08.228.5≤ 7.9140200782 013 086 28016.09.028.0≤ 8.6140205782 013 091 28517.59.528.5≤ 9.1150220782 013 100 28015.510.528.0≤ 10.0100150782 013 110 50819.011.550.8≤ 11.0235345782 013 125 28019.013.028.0≤ 12.595150782 013 125 28526.013.028.5≤ 12.5170240782 013 150 28526.015.528.5≤ 15.0130190Temperature rangeup to +150 °CTypical impedance characteristicsTypical impedance characteristicsSize 7332CharacteristicsWire connection: welding technologyOperating Temperature -40°C up to +125 °C Highes possible current loading for SMD Inductors Magnetically shielded version which results in a low leakage field High storage capacity Low self-losses Core Material: NiZnApplicationsMultimedia applicationsSwitching regulators with low operating voltages (Computer, Notebook, smart phones) Integrated DC/DC-converterPerfect suitable for switching regulators withextremely high efficiency (> 86 %)Electrical propertiesOrder Code L (μH)Tolerance (%)R DC (mΩ) max.I R (A)I Sat (A)784 778 010 1.020 %36 5.37 6.40784 778 022 2.220 %50 4.00 4.80784 778 033 3.320 %65 3.42 4.20784 778 047 4.720 %79 2.90 3.90784 778 068 6.820 %95 2.50 2.75784 778 0828.220 %103 2.2 2.4784 778 1001020 %126 1.83 2.20784 778 2202220 %190 1.40 1.40784 778 4704720 %350 1.10 1.00784 778 10110020 %7200.750.67784 778 22122020 %16200.540.42784 778 47147020 %33000.320.31784 778 102100020 %72000.200.18Inductance vs. Current0,11101001000111,0784778010784778100784778101784778102Rated current [A]I n d u c t a n c e [µH ]Size 7345Size 1260Size 1280Size 121007/14Würth Elektronik eiSos®21 2207/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Size 4532CharacteristicsOpen sizeCurrent capability up to 14 AOperating temperature: -40 °C to +125 °C Recommended solder profile: ReflowApplicationsSwitching regulators with low operating voltage (navigation system, air conditioning, entertainment, park assistance control) Integrated DC/DC-converterPerfectly suitable for switching regulators with extremely high efficiencyElectrical properties: Size 4532Order Code L (µH)Tolerance (%)R DC typ. The self-heating of the component must be taken into account at higher ambient temperatures in order that the permissible solder joint temperature is not exceeded or the wire insulation damaged. The wire used can withstand a temperature of up to +150 °C. The ferrite core itself may be used over a far greater temperature range (approx. -50 °C to +250 °C [Curie tempera-ture]). However, in this case, the tolerance limits of the inductor may be exceeded due to the temperature dependence of permeability.Current derating at ambient temperature of > 85 ºCInductance vs. DC bias current2307/14Würth Elektronik eiSos ®Size 4532 / Size 5848Land pattern (in mm): Size 4532Solder Resist4,5ref.1,5r e f .5,0r e f .1,75r e f .Dimensions (in mm): Size 5848Land pattern (in mm): Size 5848Electrical properties: Size 5848Order Code L (µH)Tolerance (%)R DC typ. 道康宁快干水性交通标线漆乳液 FASTRACK

Technical Data SheetFASTRACK™ 5408A Emulsion forWaterborne Traffic Marking Paints∙GlobalRegional ProductAvailabilityDescription FASTRACK™ 5408A Emulsion is a new generation of all-acrylic emulsion for fast-drywaterborne traffic marking paints with improved durability. Traffic marking paints based onFASTRACK™ 5408A Emulsion feature fast dry over a broad range of application conditionsand excellent durability in terms of retention of glass beads for night visibility and wearproperties over asphalt, concrete, and old markings.Advantages Features and Benefits of Traffic Paints Based on FASTRACK™ 5408A Emulsion∙Improved Durability–Exceptional wear properties over various bituminous andconcrete road surfaces∙Fast Dry–Fast dry-to-no-pickup and resistance to early rain showers under a wide rangeof climatic conditions∙Enhanced Retention of Glass Beads–Excellent long-term night visibility∙Environmentally Friendly– formulated V.O.C.s from 50-100 grams/liter∙User Friendly–Non-flammable, water clean-up, can reduce disposal costs, canincrease worker safety∙Technology that extends the striping window to include paint applicationtemperatures down to 35°F (and rising)PropertiesTypical PropertiesPerformance Advantages Conventional waterborne films that exhibit enough surface dry to help prevent the paint from being “picked-up” and tracked onto the road by traffic, may not be dry under the surface film. Waterborne traffic paints need to reach a surface dry and "dry-through" stage before they begin to withstand an early rain shower.Drying PerformanceFASTRACK™ 5408A Emulsion, like other FASTRACK TM Emulsions, will dry faster to "no pick-up" and "dry-through" than conventional waterborne polymers. The faster dry is particularly evident when the drying conditions are poor (high humidity, low air flow and temperatures). Furthermore, fast "dry-through" characteristics of waterborne traffic markings based on FASTRACK™5408A can make them much more resistant to damage from an early rain shower than those based on conventional waterborne polymers.Durability The service life of traffic markings also depends on the marking having good wearproperties. In road tests using transverse test lines to accelerate wear, waterborne markingsbased on FASTRACK™5408A Emulsion have shown excellent durability over both asphaltand concrete road surfaces in a variety of climates. FASTRACK™5408A has improved wearcharacteristics compared to FASTRACK™ 3427 and FASTRACK™ 2706.Glass Bead Retention Applications, Conditions and HandlingThe visibility of traffic markings at night requires retention of the glass beads applied to that marking. Night visibility can be monitored with a retroreflectometer that measures the low angle reflectance of light off the beaded marking. The following data (based on Fast Dry White Traffic Paint Formulation TP-08A-1) compare the loss of retroreflectivity of white waterborne traffic markings based on FASTRACK™5408A Emulsion with FASTRACK™ 3427. Note that the waterborne fast-dry markings based on FASTRACK™5408A retain their retroreflectance (hold onto reflective glass beads) considerably longer than the leading maintenance binder FASTRACK™ 3427.Pennsylvania Concrete Test Deck RetentionTransverse Line Accelerated Wear after 1 year – 12,000 ADT* in lane*average daily traffic (number of vehicles)FASTRACK™ 5408A Emulsion can be applied with airless, air-assisted, or conventional air-spray equipment to asphalt, concrete, or existing road markings that are adhering well to the pavement surface. Air and surface temperature should be above 35°F and at least 5°F above the dew point during application. Paints will require longer drying times when the relative humidity exceeds 80% with minimal air flow.Clean-up is accomplished with clean or soapy water to remove wet paint from equipment. Stainless steel equipment should be used, and typical paint solvents can assist if removal of dried paint from tools and equipment is necessary. All solvents and solventborne paint should be removed from tanks and spray equipment prior to handling waterborne paints to avoid contamination, and equipment should be cleaned after each use. An ammonia solution can be floated on the surface of stored paint to prevent skinning.Safe Handling Information Dow Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) contain pertinent information that you may need to protect your employees and customers against any known health or safety hazards associated with our products.Under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, workers must have access to and understand MSDS on all hazardous substances to which they are exposed. Stand for her believe and try to pursue independence and freedom. Strive to avoid being oppressed by the patriarchal s o c i e t y.
Their pursuit of freedom, the yearning for sincere sentiments, the desire for the liberation of their own personality, as well as the spirit of daring to sacrifice for the liberation of their personality, inspired generations of women, and provided great spiritual inspiration with the later women's liberation movement.

X20(c)DI9371 12通道1-线连接数字输入模块说明书

X20(c)DI93711 General InformationThe module is equipped with 12 inputs for 1-wire connections. The module is designed for sink input wiring.•12 digital inputs•Sink connection•1-wire connections•Software input filter can be configured for entire module2 Coated modulesCoated modules are X20 modules with a protective coating for the electronics component. This coating protects X20c modules from condensation and corrosive gases. The modules' electronics are fully compatible with the corresponding X20 modules. For simplification purposes, only images and module IDs of uncoated modules are used in this data sheet. The coating has been certified according to the following standards:•Condensation: BMW GS 95011-4, 2x 1 cycle•Corrosive gas: EN 60068-2-60, method 4, exposure 21 days2.1 -40°C starting temperatureThe starting temperature describes the minimum permissible ambient temperature when the power is switched off at the time the coated module is switched on. This is permitted to be as low as -40°C. During operation, the conditions as specified in the technical data continue to apply.Information:It is important to absolutely ensure that there is no forced cooling by air currents in a closed control cabinet, for example using a fan or ventilation slots.3 Order dataTable 1: X20DI9371, X20cDI9371 - Order data4 Technical dataTable 2: X20DI9371, X20cDI9371 - Technical dataTable 2: X20DI9371, X20cDI9371 - Technical data5 Status LEDsFor a description of the various operating modes, see section "Additional information - Diagnostic LEDs" of the X20 system user's manual.6 Pinout179X 20 D I 9371110112234568r e 7 Connection exampleDI8 Input circuit diagram9 Input filterAn input filter is available for each input. The input delay can be set using register "ConfigOutput01" on page 7. Disturbance pulses which are shorter than the input delay are suppressed by the input filter.10 DeratingBe aware of the derating values below for the simultaneity factor. Derating of simultaneity factor at 24 VDC input voltageDerating of simultaneity factor at 28.8 VDC input voltage11 Register description11.1 General data pointsIn addition to the registers described in the register description, the module has additional general data points. These are not module-specific but contain general information such as serial number and hardware variant. General data points are described in section "Additional information - General data points" of the X20 system user's manual.11.2 Function model 0 - StandardFixed modules require their data points to be in a specific order in the X2X frame. Cyclic access occurs according to a predefined offset, not based on the register address.Acyclic access continues to be based on the register numbers.11.3 Function model 254 - Bus Controller1)The offset specifies where the register is within the CAN object.11.3.1 Using the module on the bus controllerFunction model 254 "Bus controller" is used by default only by non-configurable bus controllers. All other bus controllers can use other registers and functions depending on the fieldbus used. For detailed information, see section "Additional information - Using I/O modules on the bus controller" of the X20 user's manual (version 3.50 or later).11.3.2 CAN I/O bus controllerThe module occupies 2 digital logical slots on CAN I/O.11.4 Digital inputsUnfilteredThe input state is collected with a fixed offset to the network cycle and transferred in the same cycle.FilteredThe filtered status is collected with a fixed offset to the network cycle and transferred in the same cycle. Filtering takes place asynchronously to the network in multiples of 200 µs with a network-related jitter of up to 50 µs.11.4.1 Digital input filterName:ConfigOutput01This register can be used to specify the filter value for all digital inputs. The filter value can be configured in steps of 100 μs. It makes sense to enter values in steps of 2, however, since the input signals are sampled every 200 μs.11.4.2 Input state of digital inputs 1 to 12Name:DigitalInput orDigitalInput01 to DigitalInput12This register indicates the input state of digital inputs 1 to 12.Only function model 0 - StandardThe "Packed inputs" setting in the Automation Studio I/O configuration is used to determine whether all of the bits from these registers should be set up individually as data points in the Automation Studio I/O mapping ("Digi-talInput01" to "DigitalInput12") or whether this register should be displayed as an individual UINT data point ("Dig-italInput").Bit structure:Register 0Register 111.5 Minimum cycle timeThe minimum cycle time specifies the time up to which the bus cycle can be reduced without communication errors occurring. It is important to note that very fast cycles reduce the idle time available for handling monitoring, diagnostics and acyclic commands.11.6 Minimum I/O update timeThe minimum I/O update time specifies how far the bus cycle can be reduced so that an I/O update is performed in each cycle.。

Use of PE-SiON or PE-OXIDE for contact or via phot

专利名称:Use of PE-SiON or PE-OXIDE for contact orvia photo and for defect reduction withoxide and W chemical-mechanical polish发明人:Chen-Hua Yu,Syun-Ming Jang,TsuShih,Anthony Yen,Jih-Churng Twu申请号:US09263563申请日:19990308公开号:US06228760B1公开日:20010508专利内容由知识产权出版社提供专利附图:摘要:A method forming a protective (SiON or PE-Ox) dielectric anti-reflective coating(DARC) over a di electric layer after a chemical-mechanical polish dielectric layer planarization process and before a chemical-mechanical polish of a conductive layer used in a contact or via plug formation. A dielectric layer is chemical-mechanical polished thereby creating microscratches in the dielectric layer. The invention's protective SiON or PE-OX DARC layer is formed over the dielectric layer whereby the protective SiON or PE-OX DARC layer fills in the microscratches. A first opening is etched in he protective layer and the dielectric layer. A conductive layer is formed over the protective layer and fills the first opening. The conductive layer is chemical-mechanical polished to remove the conductive layer from over the protective layer and to form an interconnect filling the first opening. The protective SiON or PE-OX DARC layer is used as a CMP stop thereby preventing microscratches in the dielectric layer.申请人:TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY代理人:George O. Saile,Stephen B. Take suitable precautions (e. g. gloves, goggles or gas mask). Observe all safety regulations.2When toxic gases or vapors are pumped, an exhaust line must bef itted in accordance with the safety regulations relating to protection against poisonous vapors.3Contaminated parts can be detrimental to health and environment. Before beginning with any work, first find out whether any parts are contaminated.Adhere to the relevant regulations and take the necessary precau t ions when handling contaminated parts; For example wear gloves, face protection or breathing protection. If there exists a potential hazard, the filter or the separator must be decontaminated before starting with any maintenance work. The filter pot may be as hot as 90 °C. There is the danger of receiving burns. Wear suitable protective clothing. For professional decontamination we recommend our service.4The equipment must be packed in such a way, that it will not be dam-aged during shipping and so that any contaminants are not r eleased from the package.5 When disposing of used oil and spent filter and filter elements, please observe the relevant environmental protection regulations.6The ARS can be operated with perfluoropolyether (PFPE) as lubricant. When handling PFPE you should observe the following:During thermal decomposition at temperatures over 290 °C toxic and corrosive gases are released. When handling PFPE keep it away from open fires. Do not smoke with PFPE on your fingers.Touch the inner sections of the pumps only while wearing clean gloves, and use clean tools;do the necessary work in clean and dry rooms;after having removed the pump from its packaging, start it up as quickly as possible;as cleaning agents solvents based on hydrofluorether compounds may be used..0.2 Risk of damaging the device 1 The filter element should be changed regularly, depending on the oper-ating conditions.Clogged filters will increase the pump’s temperature.2Only original filter elements guarantee the function of the pressure relief valve.DANGERNOTICEDescription5GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum 1 Description1.1 Design and FunctionThe ARS is part of the TRIVAC SYSTEM. It is an exhaust filter with oil feed-back controlled by a float-actuated valve. It is connected to the exhaust port of a TRIVAC B/BCS pump.Connection of the ARS does not affect the easy modification of the pump inlet port (vertical or horizontal installation) or the functioning of the pump’s anti-suckback valve.Oil mist and aerosols are trapped by the filter element, while volatile and aro-matic substances pass through. The oil trapped in the ARS housing is allowed to collect. When it exceeds a certain level, the built-in float valve opens and releases the inlet aperture. The oil is drawn out of the collector of the ARS and returned to the lubricat-ing circuit via the feedback pipe (2/12) and the adapter (2/6) beneath the inlet port (2/9), because when the pump is running the pressure in the collector is higher than that beneath the inlet port. The float then drops and closes the exhaust aperture. The oil level now gradually rising again leads to the forego-ing procedure being repeated.Impurities and cracking products of the oil may clog the filter elements during operation, thus causing an overpressure in the pump.To prevent the pressure from exceeding a specific value (approx. 1.5 bar, 7 psig), a pressure relief valve is incorporated in each exhaust filter element. If the filter becomes clogged, the built-in pressure relief valve opens and the filter is bypassed, thus avoiding damage caused by overpressures. The ARS has a differential pressure indicator (2/3) to allow easy checking of the condition of the filter elements (green: filter OK; red: change filter) .All ARS parts that come into contact with the pumped medium are surface-protected.1.2 Supplied EquipmentThe ARS exhaust filter with oil feedback is supplied complete with a pump inlet adapter, connection piping with banjo bolts and all required O-ring gas-kets as well as long fastening screws for the pump inlet port. The ARS is pre-cleaned so that it can be used with either mineral oil (e.g. LVO 100) or perfluoropolyether (PFPE, e.g. LVO 400). For shipping it is sealed airtight in foil, together with silica gel.Description6GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold VacuumFig. 1 Dimensional drawing of ARS mounted on a TRIVAC BCSType b b 1 h h 1ARS 16-25 mm ~360 176 282 264Installation7GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum2 Transport and StoringThe equipment must be packed in such a way, that it will not be d amagedduring shipping and so that any contaminants are not released.3 InstallationBefore installing disconnect all electrical connections. You must reliably prevent the pump from running up.The ARS is freed of any oil and grease so that it can be used with either min-eral oil or perfluoropolyether (PFPE). It is shipped in an airtight bag to prevent corrosion.Touch the interior of the ARS only with clean gloves or tools.Work in rooms that are as clean and dry as possible.Do not open the packaging of the ARS until immediately before use; after opening, install the ARS as quickly as possible and start up the pump. When using PFPE, employ only Freon ®1)-113 or Frigen ®2)-113 as cleaning agent.Since mineral oil and PFPE emulsify on coming into contact with one another, the ARS has to be completely cleaned and equipped with new gaskets and filter elements when changing the type of oil. It is recommend-ed to let Leybold do this work.Observe Safety Information 0.1.5.If a CFS and ARS are both connected to a TRIVAC B pump, it is advisable to replace the pump’s rubber feet with antivibration elements. The TRIVAC BCS already has antivibration elements.®1) Registered trademark of DuPont de Nemours ®2) Registered trademark of Farbwerke Hoechst AGTools neededAllen key 6 mm, 8 mm open-jaw or ring wrench 13 mm, 19 mm Remove the inlet port (2/9) of the TRIVAC B/BCS pump.Check that the O-ring in the inlet port is in perfect condition; if not, replace it by the new ring supplied. In the inlet port of the TRIVAC 16/25 B/BCS there is a plate acting as sealing surface for the anti-suckback valve. Remove this plate.Clean the sealing surface of the pump and then install the adapter (2/6) with a clean O-ring (2/5).Mount the inlet port (2/9) with an O-ring (2/7) that is in perfect condition and fasten it using the long screws supplied (2/8).WARNINGCAUTIONNOTICETransport and Storing / InstallationInstallation8GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold VacuumConnect the ARS to the pump’s exhaust port using the centering and clamp-ing ring (2/4).Loosen the lock nut (2/2) on the support bolt of the filter housing and adjust the bolt by hand so that it rests firmly against the pump housing, thus sup-porting the housing of the exhaust filter. Tighten the lock nut.The surfaces of the connecting flanges must be parallel to each other and not at an angle!Mount the feedback pipe (2/12) with two banjo bolts (2/11) each having two O-rings (2/10). The feedback pipe with screwed elbow joints fits precisely and has been checked for vacuum tightness. The quality of the couplings can be checked by measuring the pump‘s ulti-mate pressure. The latter must not be higher with installed feedback pipe than without. Also fill in at (3/10) the remaining amount of oil specified in the Technical Data.Even when connecting the ARS, an exhaust line in accordance with safety regulations is indispensable if toxic or other hazardous gases or vapours are pumped.WARNINGFig. 2 Installation of ARS 40-65 (ARS 16-25 similar)10aOperation and Maintenance9GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum 4 Operation and MaintenanceBy connecting the ARS, the pump‘s oil consumption becomes negligible. This does not affect the service life of the oil. It thus remains necessary to check the condition of the oil and change it.PFPE does not have to be changed under normal operating conditions.Since the ARS has a lower operating temperature than that of the pump, condensate may gather in the ARS when pumping vapours.Feedback of condensate (e.g. water) into the pump causes a deterioration in the oil quality. Please consult us in cases of doubt.Whenever changing the pump‘s oil, change the oil in the ARS as well. To do so, remove the oil drain plug (3/2) after the pump has been shut down and drain the used oil into a suitable container.Reinsert the oil-drain plug (check the gasket and replace it, if necessary). Also fill the remaining amount of fresh oil specified in the Technical Data into the pump at (3/10).4.1 Replacing the Filter ElementsThe filter element(s) (3/5) has/have to be replaced from time to time, depend-ing on their conditions of use and the pump’s operating mode. The dirtier the operating conditions and the hotter the pump gets, the more often they have to be replaced. The filter elements have to be replaced when the differential pressure indica-tor (3/8) moves from green to red.Under normal operating conditions, the filter becomes clogged by cracking products of the oil (not PFPE). A clogged oil filter is thus a sign of a deteriora-tion of oil quality. Whenever replacing the filter elements, the oil and any chemical filters should also be changed.(Description below for ARS 40-65; ARS 16-25 similar, but only one filter ele-ment).Tools neededAllen key 6 mm, 8 mm open jaw or ring wrench 10 mm Shut down the pump.Operation and Maintenance10GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold VacuumHazardous substances may escape from the filter and the oil. Take suitable precautions (e.g. gloves, goggles or gas mask). Observe all safety regulations.Drain the oil (3/2) and reinsert the oil-drain plug.Support the filter housing by placing, say, two wooden strips (3/1) under-neath.Remove the 4 screws (3/9) and put down the filter housing.Loosen the small-flange connections to the pump’s exhaust port and exhaust line and remove the lid (3/7).Loosen 2 nuts (3/3) on the base (3/4) and remove the base.Replace the used filter elements with new ones. Make sure that the vulcan-ised on seal of the filter elements is seated in the centering groove in the housing cover. When disposing of used oil and spent filter elements, please observe the rel-evant environmental protection regulations.Fasten the base again with the aid of the nuts, making sure that the filter ele-ments fit properly into the apertures in the base and the lid.Fill oil into the filter housing (for quantity, see Technical Data).Operation and Maintenance11GA01297_002_A1 - 11/2014 - © Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum Connect the filter housing lid (3/7) to the pump’s exhaust port and exhaustline.Mount the lid (3/7) with a gasket (3/6) that is in perfect condition.Torque for the screws (3/9) is5 ± 0.5 Nm for Part Nos. 18956 and 18957 and12.5 Nm for Part No. 18957V3 (FPM sealed).Change the pump’s oil and any chemical filters installed (see relevant operat-ing instructions).4.2 Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum ServiceWhenever you send a pump to Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum, indicate whetherthe pump is contaminated or is free of substances which could pose a healthhazard. Reflection occurs at an air–material interface. The development of antireflection schemes, which aims to cancel such reflection, is important for a wide variety of applications including solar cells and photodetectors. Recently, it has been demonstrated that a periodic array of resonant subwavelength objects placed at an air–material interface can significantly reduce reflection that otherwise would have occurred at such an interface. Here, we introduce the theoretical condition for complete reflection cancellation in this resonant antireflection scheme. Using both general theoretical arguments and analytical temporal coupled-mode theory formalisms, we show that in order to achieve perfect resonant antireflection, the periodicity of the array needs to be smaller than the free-space wavelength of the incident light for normal incidence, and also the resonances in the subwavelength objects need to radiate into air and the dielectric material in a balanced fashion. Our theory is validated using first-principles full-field electromagnetic simulations of structures operating in the infrared wavelength ranges. For solar cell or photodetector applications, resonant antireflection has the potential for providing a low-cost technique for antireflection that does not require nanofabrication into the absorber materials, which may introduce detrimental effects such as additional surface recombination. Our work here provides theoretical guidance for the practical design of such resonant antireflection schemes. © 2014 Optical Society of America

Fig. 1. Nanostructure array at an air–dielectric interface for resonant antireflection. The blue region represents a dielectric whose refractive index is greater than that of air. The yellow regions represent subwavelength structures that support optical resonances. Here, for concreteness, we draw a square lattice; other lattices can be used as well. The lattice constant or periodicity is a in all dimensions. Light is incident from top, and the wavelength is λ.

Mie resonances. This approach has several unique potential beneficial characteristics compared to other approaches [36–40]. First, unlike the tapering geometry (for the adiabatic impedance matching) that is commonly done by etching into the active material, which may increase surface recombination, the resonant antireflection can be achieved by simply coating the surface with nanoparticles without an etching process [24,28,41]. Second, the optical resonances might in addition provide light trapping functionalities [28,41–47], might enhance the broadband antireflection performance indirectly, for example, by influencing the material dispersion [48], and might allow tunability of the spectral range of antireflection [49].
1. INTRODUCTION
Reflection occurs at the interface between air and a dielectric. In many applications, for example, solar cells and photodetectors, such a reflection is detrimental to system performance and thus an effective antireflection strategy is required. A standard approach includes single- or multi-layer interference [1–6], and adiabatic optical impedance matching [7–16], frequently at the nanoscale [17–23]. In recent years, a new approach for antireflection has been proposed and widely adopted [24–33]. In this approach, one places arrays of nanoparticles at or near the air–dielectric interface (Fig. 1). These particles support Mie resonances [34,35]. The antireflection effect is associated with the exciI FAN1,*
