做游戏：找朋友。先请4位同学到讲台前面自选一张图片拿好并说出英文单词，然后再请4位同学到前面自选一张单词卡，并站到手拿相对应的图片的同学旁边站好。教师指着每一张单词卡问学生：Is it home/room/school/classroom?让学生回答：Yes, it is. No, it isn’t.判断每组同学的图片与单词卡是否相符。
3．让学生想一想，说一说所学过的单词中还有哪个词属于room?引出classroom.可进一步问学生：What’s in the c学生：Is it a room? Is it a home?让学生回答：No, it isn’t. It’s a school.
学生四人一组用图片拼出一套房子，然后结合课文所给句型进行描述，看哪个组的房子

趣味操练，符合小学的心理特点，能激发学生的兴趣与参与意识，使学生能长久处于英语学习的兴奋状态。在本课中我采用了猜一猜，做一做，等竞争性教学游戏，让学生在宽松的氛围中体验到英语学习的乐趣，同时享受到成功的乐趣。比如在新授完单词后，设计了一chant，充分调足了学生参与的热情，很好的操练了单词.
同时该课还有很多遗憾之处：
1．Fridge, phone发音不到位，要引起注意
2．增加连一连的活动，使学生做到音，形，意的结合。
3．教学步骤可以更紧凑，使学生在房间设计完后有时间进行展示。
（二）呈现新课（Presentation）
