ATCC菌种活化步骤
1. Open vial according to enclosed instructions
2. Using a single tube of medium #416 broth (5 to 6ml), withdraw approximately 0.5 to 1.0 ml with a pasteur or 1.0 ml pipette. Rehydrate the entire pellet.
3. Aseptically transfer this aliquot back into the broth tube. Mix well
4. Use several drops of the suspension to inoculate a second tube of broth, a agar slant and/or plate.
5. Incubate the tubes and plate at 30℃for 24 to 48 hours
1. 根据随附的说明打开小瓶；
2. 5~6ml＃416肉汤培养基于试管中灭菌冷却待用，吸取0.5~1.0ml培养基，水化整个冻干粉颗粒；
3. 无菌条件下将水化菌液转移回试管，混合均匀；
4. 吸取数滴菌体悬浮液，接种至斜面或平板。
5. 在30℃条件下孵化培养24~48小时
