一、说教材
我所说的内容是人教版英语Go for it 八年级英语Unit5 What were you doing when the rainstorm came Section B 2a-2e;这节课主要学习的是一篇阅读文章;它体现了本单元的话题主题;其题目为 Do you remember what you were doing它讲述的是1968年4月美国的重要历史人物Martin Luther King被杀和2001年9月美国纽约世贸中心被恐怖份子摧毁这两个重要事件发生时;某些人正在做什么事情;文章主要渗透了语法过去进行时的用法;体现了本单元学生学习的重要内容.. 二、说教学目标
本课的教学目标有:
知识目标:新单词passage; pupil; completely; shocked; silence; recently; terrorist;

Ⅰ. Material analysis
本节课建议用两课时上完。主要活动为Section B 的1a和2a。
本课通过Steve询问Kangkang Mr. Brown不快乐的原因,继续谈论本话题的主题:描述情绪与表达情感。重点呈现本话题所要学的语法重点:Linking verb + adjective,并呈现了新出现的连系动词seem, 复习了用love, favorite 和like best 表示喜好,同时在对话中复习了交际功能用语:What’s the matter with…?。在2a中让学生观察学会分组记忆单词,并正确掌握以-ed结尾的形容词和以-ing结尾的形容词的用法上的区别。要求学生在学会课本语言知识的同时,在闲暇时间有安康向上的个人爱好,陶冶情操,提高个人的自身修养,并培养他们的互助互爱的精神,在能够正确处理个人情绪的同时帮助他人排解不良的情绪。
Ⅱ. Teaching aims
Knowledge aims:
1. 学生能掌握-ing和-ed在词尾的读音,及此类单词的重音位置;能在朗读中正确读出连读和句子的语调,并能区分出和读准需要重读的实词。
2. 学生能正确拼读并运用单词表中的黑体单词seem, 并正确运用以-ed结尾的形容词和以-ing结尾的形容词。
3. 学生能正确运用“linking verb+ adjective〞构造造句。
4. 学生能自如地运用系表构造的句子进展交流来谈论情绪。
Skill aims:
1. 能听懂有关情绪的询问与表达的简单对话和陈述。

1、地位与作用
仁爱英语八年级下册的Unit5Topic1Section B讲述了李老师因没买到票而感到的失望和遗憾,进而引出各种感情,集中表达了有关感情的形容词及一些短语,是本话题的核心,起着承上启下的作用。今天我说课的具体内容是Section B的1.,2,3a,and 3b。目的是学会如何表达自己的感情或他人的感情。语法是学习由连系动词+形容词构成系表结构。

(1)学情分析
这是一节阅读课。文章借助过去进行时态讲叙了2个过去发生的故事:马丁路德金被谋杀和世贸大厦被袭击。对于初二的孩子们来说,他们刚学习过去进行时态,无法很好的掌握和运用,仍需要学习和巩固。同时,文章中的这两件事情与他们距离太远,他们无法切身体会到当时的心境,需要老师渗透文化背景教育以帮助学生更好的理解文章。由于孩子们阅历尚浅,他们很少经历过类似的事情因此无法表达出相关的东西。因此,老师需要引导学生以身边的事情或者新闻为题材,拓宽思路。
(2)教材分析和整合
本节课的重点是借助各种阅读技巧理解文章并进行相关的表达。在教学方面,教者做了以下整合:1、增加音乐和视频和图片材料作为输入的素材,让学生在愉快的气氛中学习本节课的重点知识。2、由于文章大量运用了过去进行时态,教者在引导学生阅读文章前加入了用过去进行时态对话的环节,起到承上启下的作用。3、为了改变阅读课一般比较沉闷的现状,教者把文章2d 的练习题改造成游戏竞赛的形式,吸引学生的兴趣,活跃课堂气氛。4、以2b的文章为载体,引导学生联系自己的实际生活,讲述类似的事情,表达自身的感受。为了帮助学生更好的完成任务,教者引导学生用填表格的形式先把事情发生的时间、地点等要素写出来,再有条理地用过去进行时态讲述事件的整个过程。
(3)教学安排
本节阅读课为整个单元的第四课时。本单元的主题是借助各种阅读技巧理解文章并进行相关的表达。
