但是,有时也会出现考官“追问”的情况。
作为应试者,一旦遇到这样的情况,应当立即注意从三个方面把握好自己,避免失去不应该失去的分数。
要迅速摸清考官“追问”的意图。
考官对考生“追问”,一般有
三种情况:一是考生对问题回答得不够完整,考官希望通过“追问”让考生回答得更加完整。
尤其是一些需要运用发散型思维回答的问题,从命题的要求来说,必须回答出3~5种答案,但是,一些考生往往
只回答出1~2种答案,并反复进行论述,论证自己的观点。
这种时
候考官对考生进行“追问”,应当说,是对考生的关心,是善意的提醒,并不是恶意的“刁难”,考生要迅速作出判断,给予必要的补充。
二是考生对问题回答得过于简单,考官希望通过“追问”让考生回答得更加充分。
这样的“追问”一般出现在考生对题目理解不够,三言两语就回答完毕,而剩余时间又非常宽裕的情况下。
考官会对考生“追问”:“还有没有需要补充的?”提示考生再作出必要的补充回答。

是考生对问题回答得有新意,考官希望通过“追问”让考生回答得更加完美。
这样的“追问”一般出现在模拟情景题上,考生独到的见解、独特的思维方式,也会让考官的兴趣得到提升,从而让考官不由自主地进行“追问”。

二是心情突然紧张。
这也是很多考生的通常反应。
这样的反应多发生在性格内向、没有见过大场面的考生身上。
在面对考官的“追问”时,有的考生心情突然紧张起来,甚至打破了自己的原有思路,头脑轰鸣,不知所措。
作为这样的应试者,除了平时要加强面对公众场合讲话的锻炼外,还要注意在答题时,一定要思考半分钟,并迅速在面前的纸上列出答题提纲,不论考官是否“追问”,都能从容应对。
三是怕考官打“低分”。
这也是考生的一种正常的心理反应。
但是,这种心理反应应当说是完全没必要的。
前面已经说过,面试考官对考生进行“追问”,是考官对考生的关心和爱护,只要考生认真思考,从容应答,不仅不会丢分,而且还可能增加分数。
要从态度上配合考官的“追问”。
这是避免失去不应该失去的分
数的关键。
在考官“追问”后,一些考生表现三种不良态度:一种是一脸漠然,很冷淡。
有的考生直接回答:“没有什么可补充的。
”一种是答非所问、心不在焉。
有的考生回答“追问”偏离了主题,让考官感到很失望。
还有一种是口若悬河,极力表现自己。
有的考生夸夸其谈,借机极力推介自己,结果不仅没有得到考官的认同,反而引起了考官的反感。
考生的态度影响着考官的心理,从而产生“印象分”,这个分是没有标准去衡量的,只有考官自己清楚。
有时,也正是考官这瞬间的“印象”,决定了一个考生的面试成绩乃至未来的前途和命运。
