如何满足激烈的市场竞争和主机厂的严格要求,对每一个汽车零部件供应商来说是严峻且紧迫的问题。只有不断提高运营效率和能力才能使企业立于不败之地,而优秀的新产品投产流程则是制胜法宝。本文以T公司新产品投产流程管理为研究对象,基于T公司新产品投产流程现状,分析了当前的问题及原因,并综合运用项目管理相关知识和流程管理技术,建议运用并行工程、流程导向设计、BOM管理模型和戴明环机制来进行优化。最后,本文从理论基础和实践前景两方面叙述了T公司优化流程管理的可行性,同时结合EBC460项目进展现状,期望优化的流程管理可以在持续改进、不断完善的过程中确保T公司新产品投产成功并最终实现战略目标。
