他们并不是“朽木不可雕"的差生.他们的差主要是行为、习惯、态度等方面的缺陷.根据后进生的形成原因特制定计划如下：一、和学困生交朋友，多做他们的思想工作，帮助他们分析自己的优势与不足,指出前进的方向.要对学困生的内心世界有了一定的了解,我发现转化学困生首要的工作是尊重他们做一个快乐的人,一个自强不息的人。

英语后进生辅导计划

一、指导思想
树立“转化一个后进生和培养一个优生同等重要”和“教师不应该选择自己教育的学生，而应当创造适合于不同学生的教育”这一正确观念。
“后进生”的转化一直是我们最费心思的工作，作为老师，我们必须对“后进生”有一个正确的认识。
“后进生”是暂时的，正因为他们现在的学习成绩不很理想，才更需要老师的帮助。
只要他们愿意学好，按照一定的方法进行训练，是完全可以在短期内转化的。
二、目的要求
帮助差生取得适当进步，让差生在教师的辅导和优生的帮助下，逐步提高学习成绩，并培养较好的学习习惯，形成英语基本能力。
三、后进生情况
英语后进生是一个特殊群体，具体表现为性格孤僻、自卑甚至无所谓，以致不愿表达自己的意见，不懂装懂，日积月累，他们对英语学习已渐渐失去兴趣，因为他们无法体会到成功的喜悦。
四、具体措施
（1）动之以情，消除戒备心理。
消除戒备心理的唯一途径，是教师对后进生要爱得真，爱得深，将严格要求渗透在爱之中。
当学生体验到老师对自己的一片爱心和殷切期望时，他们就会变得“亲其师而信其道”。
（2）晓之以理，增强后进生分辨是非的能力。
教师应晓之以理，提高后进生的道德觉悟和上进心，培养后进生是非观念。
坚持正面诱导，以理服人，切忌简单粗暴，以势压人。
（3）教授学习方法。
后进生普遍存在基础不扎实的情况。
从简单的、他们有能力接受的方法去做。
减少作业量，认真改错。
课堂上创造机会，用优生学习思维方法来影响差生。
（4）利用课堂时间随时辅导。
对后进生有进步的学生，多提问一些有针对性、启发性题。
多提问一些基础知识，促使他们不断进步。
当后进生作业出现较多错误时，教师要当面批改，指出错误，耐心指导。
另外，课堂上对他们降低难度提问，或让他们帮老师做些力所能及的事，例如担任课代表等，这样都能使他们有自我表现的机会，从而增强他们在各方面都进步的愿望。
（5）生帮生。
优生担任小老师帮助后进生，教授知识和合理的学习方法。
甚至优生还可以督促那些不自觉的学生完成家庭作业，如果有所进步都会给予奖励。
（6）建立后进生名册，并对单元检测、期中、期末的成绩及时填写，期末进行总结、评比。
定期召开总结会，帮助后进生总结阶段表现，指出并表扬他们的优点，提出还存在的不足，帮助他们明确下一阶段进步的目标。
（7）个别谈心。
对那些因学习和生活受挫折而改变学习态度的同学，要及时找他们谈心，帮他们排忧解难，使他们“重整旗鼓”。
而对那些有特殊爱好和兴趣的同学，则要帮助他们把爱好和兴趣与学习结合起来。
（8）树立典型。
在辅导后进生的过程中，及时发现好苗头，在班中推广，对他本人，对全班，无疑是一个极大的鼓舞。
（9）树立自信心、提高学习兴趣。
自尊心是人的自我意识的重要标志之一，是进步的动力之一。
教师应当唤起他们的自尊心，培植自信心。
在后进生转化过程中，教师应特别注意以下几点：首先，对后进生要求要适度。
要求过高，他们会认为高不可攀，望而却步；要求过低，不利于培养后进生的学习毅力和克服困难的能力。
其次，让后进生获得成功。
只有当他们真正体验到经过努力而获成功的欢悦时，才能树立起进步的信心和愿望。
第三、在课堂上平等对待优生和后进生，不要总把目光停留于优等生。
多表扬、少批评。
他们有时会犯一些老毛病，批评要把握分寸，言语不要太刻薄就好了。
老师的循循善诱，有时反而让他们很感动。
第四、在平时密切注意他们的言行，他们每个人都有自己的闪光点，适时适度地进行表扬，有时一两句赞扬之词胜过一顿严厉的说教，会让他们记忆终生。
促进后进生转化是我们为人之师应尽的“长善救失”的责任，是每一位教师面临的课题，也是一个严峻的挑战，希望以上的方法能够有所成效。
