1、及时准确提供酒店、机票、火车票信息，针对您所需的服

务项目第一时间的策划与报价。

Providing hotel, air ticket, train ticket information timely and plan and quotation for the projects you need.

2、如果您需要亲临现场考察，我们会有专人协助您的工作。We will appoint special personnel to assist you if you need visit the site.

3、完整确切的协议条款，在保证您所需的服务的前提下，保

护双方的合法权益。

Complete and exact terms of the agreement,Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of both you and company under the premise of ensuring the service you need.

4、会议一开始，提供会议报到台，并有专人协助会务组分发

资料，办理相关入住手续。

Registration desk and special personnel to assist meetings group with disseminating information and checking in

procedure.

5、会议期间及时叫早、叫醒服务使参会代表安心休息。

6、参会代表离店前，有专人协助办理离店手续节省大家时间，同时为部分延住、晚离酒店代办理相应手续。

7、会议期间，根据具体情况，适时提供会务人员部分免费房（1——2间）。

9、协助会务组完成相关工作（房，餐，会）。
