活动内容:讨论姚彩梅老师的送选优质课
具体内容：
(一)英语组成员评课：
王雅玲：姚老师运用了多种英语技能和方法，锻炼了学生的听说读写能力。
赵代娣：课件较好的运用了多媒体技术，把信息技术和英语课堂有机结合起来。
郭伟伟：在本课教学活动中，姚老师设计了比较多而且比较有趣的课堂活动，吸引了学生的注意和兴趣，激发了他们学习的兴趣。
陈红霞：但是本课也存在这样的问题，学生究竟从这节课可以学到什么。
到底本课的重点在哪里，该怎么解决？
史小茹：本课还有很多细节问题，如板书啊，以及最后课堂上学生的输出啊，应注意。
(二)建议措施:
史小茹：我们的母语没有良好的语言环境因此我们学生对提高英语的听、说能力感到相当的困难，尤其我们农村中小学英语教学的条件受到了限制，导致学生根本没有英语的运用能力。
所以我们认为在英语
教学中培养学生听、说能力至关重要。
在这方面大家要在教学中继续加大力度。
单文敏：用直观教具，为学生创造良好的听说环境实物、图片、简笔画、幻灯片等是英语教学中常用的直观教具。
除教师制作直观教具外，还可以发动学生自己制作教具。
音标教学、单词教学、对话教学、课文教学等都可以让学生自己做一下教具。
这样安排不仅有利于我们进行听说训练，而且也能促使学生动脑动手，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂效率，教学效果会更好。
王雅玲：扮演角色，进行会话表演，把表演带进课堂或经常在课堂上把句型、对话、课文编成短剧，让学生表演，把讲台变成舞台，学生是演员，教师是导演，或师生共同表演。
尽量让学生把所学内容，按设定的情景结构演出来，做到声情结合，使学生得到大量的听说机会。
陈红霞：我认为应从以下几点指导学生课堂表演：１、要让学生模仿原声带中的语音、语调。
２、老师领读时声音、语调要有感情色彩，要把各个角色的性格、特点淋漓尽致地表现出来。
３、随着情节的发展，要有逼真表情和贴切的动作，使学生有身临其境之感。
４、要做些头饰之类的简单道具；尽量使学生在表演时更有真实感。
姚彩梅：刚才认真听取了大家的意见和建议，都很诚恳。
我一定在刚才谈论的基础上再次备课，取众家之所长，使课程符合“学生主体性”的课标理念，让课程更加合理。
