This tool is useful when trying to balance the overall level from input to input while switching preset buttons. The device trim range is from -15dB to +15dB in 1dB increments.Analog Input TrimAn adjustment of analog input signals utilizing a clip indicator to display and adjust the incoming signal level for fine tuning. Often there are analog signals that have exceptionally high output that may overload or clip the S-1200/ 1200U’s input stage. This would require the input trim or even the Anti-clip circuit.NOTE: A Device with an analog source configured needs to be selected first in order to enable the Analog input trim function. Select the device button preset and proceed to the OSD Menu.A. Anti-Clip - The anti-clip function measures the signal level and prevents the inputsignalfrom overloading (clipping) the analog-to-digital converters. The Anti-clip option is ON or OFF.OSD OperationA. OSD On Time - Adjusts the amount of time the OSD stays on the active screen after abutton is pushed. The OSD on time can be adjusted from 0 to 10 seconds in 1 secondincrements.B. Line Number – Adjusts the starting position of the OSD text. Every video display hasvariances in where displayed images are placed respectively to the viewable area. When the OSD is active it may be necessary to change where the text starts on the screen. The line number can be adjusted from 1 to 12 lines down in 1 line increments.C. Menu Bkgnd – Adjusts the way OSD is displayed on the video display. The options areTransparent and Solid.1. Transparent – Displays only white text over whatever image that is currently on thevideo display.2. Solid – Displays a blue screen with white letters masking the image on the videoA. To begin, turn the volume control to select a command. The command appears on thefront panel display window.B. Place the programmable remote in program mode (see the learning remote user manual).C. Place the infrared sensor of the programmable remote so that it faces the infrared emitteron the S-1200/ 1200U front panel.D. Press and hold the save button on the S-1200/ 1200U front panel until the programmableremote has learned the code (see the learning remote user manual for information on the actions required to learn code).E. Select and save as many commands as required.F. Press the recall button on the front panel to return to the Program Remote Screen and exitfrom the Program remote mode.c. Notch – Notch FilterBelow is a graph of the Notch Filter. The graph also shows what happens when you change the Shape parameter of the Notch filter. Notice how the width of the notch changes. The Frequency parameter of the notch filter moves the notch across the frequency band.d. Lshlf – Low Shelf FilterThe Low Shelf filter is the same as the High Shelf Filter except the LEVEL parameter changes the level of the frequencies below, instead of above, the crossover point specified by the FREQ parameter.Pking – Peaking FilterBelow are two graphs of the peaking filter. The peaking filter is similar to the notch, but the peaking filter has the ability to vary the depth of the notch using the LEVEL parameter. The depth can be changed to the point that it offers boost instead of cut. The first graph shows what happens when you change the Shape parameter of the Peaking filter with the LEVEL parameter set at +6. Notice how the width of the peak changes, if the LEVEL parameter was set negative there would be a notch instead of aFrequency - The Center/Cutoff Frequency can be specified for all of the filters. Thirty frequencies, up to 16K, which are the standard ISO 1/3 octave center frequencies are used as the Center/Cutoff Frequency Settings.Shape – The shape parameter used with the Notch and Peaking Filter, controls the bandwidth of the filter. The Shape parameter can be adjusted from 0.4 to 9.0. Level - The Peaking, High Shelf and Low Shelf filters require a level adjustment. The input level to the filter is reduced allowing the filter to pass full scale input at the filter’s peak level without clipping the signal. The level difference is made up in the volume control so the peak of the filter is really above/below the un-filtered level and the un-filtered levels are the same as they were before filtering. Level can beThe S-1200 Preamp/ Processor with matching S-1500 multi-channel amplifer。

9V NEDA 1604(Eveready 216或等效产品)电源替换
TRANSMITTER BATTERY REPLACEMENTReplacement battery - 9 volt NEDA 1604 (Eveready 216 or equivalent). The battery in the transmitter can be checked or changed by removing the front lower half of the transmitter. Refer to the directions under “accessing the code switch” for battery replacement.TO REPLACE OR ADD A SETA replacement or new transmitter or receiver may be purchased by specifying the Model Number and the RF frequency designated on the identification label. The RF frequency is set at the factory and must not be adjusted in the field. The digital code can be matched to the companion receiver or transmitter by following the above procedure.OPERATIONAL CHECKTo check operation, move back a reasonable distance (about 50 feet) and press the transmitter button. Operation should be reliable at this distance but environment and location of both the transmitter and receiver will affect the range. If the transmitter is stowed well out of sight, it may be necessary to remove it from its mounting and hold near the windshield. Try different locations and positions. If operation is still unsatisfactory, the problem maybe isolated by: 1 .Checking the door operator. If the door will not open when the wall button ispressed, the problem is likely to be the operator. If the door will open by pressing the wall button, but not when the radio control button is pressed, the problem is probably in the radios.2.Replacing the transmitter battery. If, after performing the above operational checks, the controls still do not function, they should be returned to your dealer for repair or replacement or they may be returned, postage prepaid.CAUTION: Any c hanges or m odifications in intentional or unintentional radiators which are not expressly approved by LINEAR CORPORATION could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment. This applies to intentional and unintentional radiators certified per part 15 of the F.C.C. rules and regulations.LINEAR CORPORATION2055 Corte del Nogal • Carlsbad, CA 92008(760) 438-7000Copyright © 1999 Linear Corporation214961 AInstallation Instructions GARAGE DOOR RADIO CONTROLSModel 3089 TransmitterModel 1090 ReceiverWARNING:•Disconnect power before any installation or repair•Wear safety glassesYour MULTI-CODE™ Radio Controls are designed specifically to remotely control a garage door from within an automobile and to give years of dependable service without adjustment. The transmitter/receiver combination utilizes the MULTI-CODE™ scheme which permits the selection of as many as 1024 code combinations of the owner’s personal choice. Because all radio controls are set with the even numbered switches in the “ON” position when they leave the factory, it is recommended that a different code be selected and set at the time of installation. Please refer to the “Accessing the Code Switch” section for instructions. The radio frequency (RF) portion of the controls, however, are tuned to standard frequencies and are thoroughly tested at the factory. This permits the addition or replacement of either the transmitter or the receiver by spec if ying the M odel N um ber and the R F frequency designated on the identification label. No RF adjustments are needed nor should any be attempted.RECEIVER INSTALLATIONThe receiver is designed to mount directly to the operator. It can be remotely installed if the operator terminal strip is not accessible, or if power for the receiver is not obtainable from the operator. To direct mount the receiver, simply loosen the terminal screws on the operator and insert the two-way lugs from the receiver under the screw heads along with the wall button wires), and tighten the screws (See Fig #1).Place the antenna (an 11 inch white wire) in a vertical position as far from any metal as possible.®For remote installation the receiver may be mounted near the operator head on a joist or the ceiling by using the mounting tab. Order Model 1092-06 adapter, which permits connection between the operator terminal and the two-way lugs on the receiver.Slip on connectors at one end of the adapter connect to the flat side of each spade lug on the receiver, and spade connectors at the other end connect to the operator terminal. Connect the wires as follows:(a)White wire to terminal “1” or “24v”(b)Black wire to terminal “2” or “Relay”(c)Red wire to terminal “3” or “Common” (“Radio Power”)(d) Connect push button wires to terminal “1” and “2” (See Figure #2). Where power for the radio receiver is not available from the operator order aM od el 1092-01 po w er t r an s f o r m e r ad ap t or f or c o nn e ction betw een the operator and the remote receiver.ACCESSING THE CODE SWITCHUsing a small screwdriver, pry the rectangular hatch from the receiver for access to the code switch. On the transmitter the entire front lower half of the case is removable. Grasp the front lower half of the case near the bottom on both sides and pull upward away from the transmitter, this will disengage the lower end. Then pull down ward to remove the lower cover, this will expose both the code switch and battery compartment. Set both switches to the code of your choice, being sure both are set the same since a different setting of just one switch will prevent operation. The digital code is determined by the position of 10 s m al l s w it c h es n um be r e d 1 t h rou gh 10 loc ated in the receiver and transmitter. Any combination of “on” or “off” positions can be selected by using a pencil or ball point pen. (Note: The switches are in the “on” position when the switch is depressed toward the number.) See Figure #3.Once the codes have been set, check operation and reinsert the hatches. TRANSMITTER INSTALLATIONThe transmitter is completely self contained, including battery, and can be operated while mounted in the car. It is supplied with a clip for attaching to the sun visor, if desired. If the clip is used attach to the case by sliding it into the recess provided on the back of the transmitter until the small dimples fit into the holes in the clip.CAUTION:Keep the clip flat when pushing it into position so that is doesn’t extend down into the case where it could touch the circuit board and cause damage.OPERA TOR TERMINA L24 VOLTRELA Y COMMON 1 2 3WA LL B UTTON 2 - WA Y LUGSCODE SWITCH MA TCHMOUNTING TA BA NTENNAFigure 1OPERATORTERMINALSTRIPTO WALLPUSH BUTTONSWITCHWhiteBlackRed WhiteBlackRedFigure 212345678910Figure 3OPEN。

These are generally known as “DOWN”, “MIDDLE” and “UP”. They are briefly explained below.Master SwitchThe MASTER switch functions in a unique way, with the following switch logic:1.When the MASTER switch is DOWN, all battery power is off. There will beno electrical power provided to the aircraft.•Note: The engine CANNOT be shut down when the master switch isoff. Electrical power must be present for the engine to turn off.2.When the MASTER switch is in the MIDDLE (Engine Start) position, limitedsystem functionality will be present. The backup battery will be activatedand power the following systems:•Primary Flight Display•Compass•AHRS (Attitude Heading Reference System)•Radio3.When the MASTER switch is UP (Normal Operation), full electrical supplywill be provided to the aircraft. The following systems will be powered on: •Note: the engine CANNOT be started with the MASTER switch in theUP position. If the engine won’t start, check the switch is in theMIDDLE position•Multi-Function Display•Transponder•Autopilot•Audio panel•STBY instruments•Pitot Heat•Main battery is disconnected from running engine. Alternatorprovides power.See Section NORMAL PROCEDURES for positioning of the MASTER switch.Fuel Pump SwitchThe Fuel Pump switch also has some advanced logic to it, due to two fuel pumpsbeing present, however, to put it simply, it operates in the following way:1.In the DOWN position, the main fuel pump is in use.2.In the MIDDLE position, the auxiliary fuel pump is in use.3.In the UP position, both fuel pumps will be on.LAND/TAXI SwitchThe LAND/TAXI switch powers the Taxi and Landing lights. It operates in the following logic:1.In the DOWN position, both lights will be OFF.2.In the MIDDLE position, the taxi light will switch on when the landinggear is extended.3.In the UP position, the Landing Light will switch on when the landinggear is extended.Strobe/Nav SwitchThe Strobe/Nav switch powers the Navigation (Red/Green) and Strobe (flashingwhite) lights. It operates in the following logic:1.In the DOWN position, both lights will be OFF.2.In the MIDDLE position, the STROBE light will be on.3.In the UP position, both the strobe and Nav lights will be on.Electrical System DiagramThe BW 635RG’s electrical system is modelled in the following way in Microsoft Flight Simulator.Because the starter system is connected to the BACKUP BUS, this means you cannot start the engine with the MASTER switch in the UP position, due to the BACKUP BUS being disconnected from the circuit once the MAIN BAT BUS is powered.Page 21 of 21User Guide v1.0 –RevisionEngineThe BW 635RG is powered by the Rotax 915iS. The Rotax 915iS is a four-stroke, four-cylinder, fuel-injected, turbocharged aircraft engine with a maximum power output of141 horsepower. The engine utilizes electronic fuel injection (EFI) technology toprovide precise fuel delivery and improved fuel efficiency. It also features a modernliquid-cooling system and a dual electronic ignition system for reliable performance. The Rotax 915iS engine has a maximum operating RPM of 5,200, with a recommended continuous operation range of 5,000 RPM or less.PropellerThe propeller is a 3-blade wood-composite design, which is hydraulically adjustable for operation at various pitch angles, controlled independently of the pilot. The propeller is linked to the engine through an electronically controlled governor, where RPM isadjusted in accordance with the position of the throttle control. This pitch curve cannot be adjusted in flight, however is designed to ensure maximum performance in allphases of flight.FuelBoth wings have fuel tanks, which are fed to the engine via electric fuel pumps. Fuelsystem information is fed via sensors to the Garmin avionics suite and can be viewedon the displays inside the cockpit.AIRPLANE WEIGHTSBasic Empty Weight……………………….…375 KgMaximum Takeoff Weight…………………..600 KgMaximum Fuel Weight………………………...95 Kg Maximum Landing Weight………………….600 Kg TANK USABLE FUEL LEFT WING TANK67.5 litres 17.8 US Gallons RIGHT WING TANK62.5 litres 16.5 US Gallons TOTAL 130 litres34.3 US GallonsFUEL CAPACITY AIRSPEEDS Never Exceed Speed ……….…………….173 KIAS Max Structural Cruising Speed…………..156 KIAS Maneuvering Speed MTOW……………….109 KIAS Initial Climb………………………………………80 KIASBest Angle Climb……………………………….75 KIASBest Rate of Climb……………………………..90 KIASMax Flap Ext 20°……………………..............90 KIASMax Flap Ext 35-45°……………………………70 KIASMax Landing Gear Operation……………….70 KIASMax Landing Gear Extended………………..90 KIASPlanned Cruise TAS………………………….130 KIASFinal Approach Speed………………………..60 KIAS POWERPLANT LIMITATIONSENGINE LIMITS (RPM)Take-off (5 Minutes)………....5800 RPM Max Continuous……………….5500 RPMALTITUDE LIMITSMaximum Operating Altitude………………23 000ftFor Microsoft Flight Simulator Use Only0-12023 Orbx Simulation Systems Pty. The RC-88 wireless wall button 2 / 2 MKD51102The RC-88 wireless wall buttonThe RC-88 is a component of Jablotron’s Oasis 80 alarm system. It is designed to be a remote control for setting/unsetting (arming/disarming) an alarm system, triggering panic alarms or remotely controlling other appliances. The battery-powered wireless button communicates via OASIS radio protocol.InstallationIf it is to be used as a panic button, then it must be installed together with the bottom part of its housing and the tamper contacts must be switched on. TiresIt is best to replace all four tires at the same time. If that is not possible or necessary, then replace the two front tires or the two rear tires as a pair. Replacing just one tire can seriously affect your car's handling. The ABS works by comparing the speed of the wheels. When replacing tires, use the same size originally supplied with the car. Tire size and construction can affect wheel speed and may cause the system to work in-consistently.If you ever need to replace a wheel, make sure the wheel's specifications match those of the original wheel that came on your car. Replacement wheels are available at your Honda dealer.Wheels and Tires Wheel:(DX)14 x 5 1/2 JJ (LX, EX)15x 6J J (LX-V6, EX-V6)15 x 6 1/2 JJ Tire:(DX)P195/70R14 90S (LX, EX)P195/65R15 89H (LX-V6, EX-V6)P205/65R15 92VSee Tire Information on page 301 for additional information about tire and wheel size designations. See page 302 for information about DOT Tire Quality Grading.MaintenanceTiresWinter DrivingTires that are marked "M + S" or "All Season" on the sidewall have an all-weather tread design. They should be suitable for most winter driving conditions. Tires without these markings are designed for optimum traction in dry conditions. They may not provide adequate performance in winter driving. For the best performance in snowy or icy conditions, you should install snow tires or tire chains. They may be required by local laws under certain conditions.Snow TiresIf you mount snow tires on your Honda, make sure they are radial tires of the same size and load range as the original tires. Mount snow tires on all four wheels to balance your car's handling in all weather conditions. Keep in mind the traction provided by snow tires on dry roads may not be as high as your car'soriginal equipment tires. You should drive cautiously even when the roads are clear. Check with the tire dealer for maximum speed recommenda-tions.Tire ChainsMount snow chains on your vehicle when warranted by driving condi-tions or required by local laws. Make sure the chains are the correct size for your tires. Install them only on the front tires.4-cylinder modelsIf metal chains are used, they must be SAE class "S". Cable-type traction devices can also be used.6-cylinder modelsUse only SAE class "S" cable-type traction devices. When installing chains, follow the manufacturer's instructions and mount them as tightly as you can.Drive slowly with chains installed. If you hear the chains contacting the body or chassis, stop and investigate.Make sure the chains are installed tightly, and that they are not contacting the brake lines orsuspension. Remove the chains as soon as you begin driving on cleared roads.Chains of the wrong size or that are improperly installed can damage your car's brake lines, suspension, body, and wheels. Stop driving if you hear the chains hitting any part of the car.MaintenanceNOTICE。

Depending upon the motor drive system and the Linear Encoder option specified, it provides the required Position Feedback, Commutation data, Reference Mark, Limit switch and Encoder Fault alarm functions.Typical Servo System with Moog Motor:Moog Motor with Linear Scale Option LCXFig 4-1Options LCX provide Integral Motor Position Sensing as part of theLinear Motor System.4.1.Installation Sequence:Use the following sequence when installing a Moog linear motor the Linear Sensor Option. Those steps in bold apply specifically to this Linear Encoder Installation manual.1.Read the applicable motor installation manual and observe all warnings, cautions, and notes in Sections 1 and 2 of that manual.2.Read additionally and observe this manual’s warnings, cautions, and notes(Sections 1 and 2 of this manual).3.Properly mount the motor (Section 5 of the Motor Installation Manual).4.Ensure that no lateral loads or torques are applied to the motor shaftwhich will impair encoder operation (Section 6 of this manual).5.Configure Encoder position signals and Commutation signals to indicatepositive motion consistent with positive Drive effort and positive shaft movement (Section 7 of the Motor Installation Manual).6.Make the Encoder cable connections (Section 7 of this manual)7.Interconnect the motor to the control system (Section 6 of the MotorInstallation Manual).8.Ensure good electrical shielding and grounding throughout the system(Section 6.5 of the Motor Installation Manual).9.Initialize the motor with the control system, limits and controller / Drivesensing and commutation parameters for the Encoder option used) (Section7 of the Motor Installation manual).10.Attach the load in a manner that does not induce or cause binding when themotor is stationary or moving (Section 5.3 of the Motor Installation Manual).11.Tune the system for desired performance and accuracy (Section 7.4 of theMotor Installation Manual).rmation for Drive or Controller Setup:The motor part number specifies the Linear Encoder Option:CLD4020D06-LCX-T-CVLCX is either LCA, LCB, LCC, LCD or LCE. Linear Encoder options A through E provide different resolutions, signal types, and compatibility. The Interface Control Drawing for the Linear Encoder option contains the relevant specifications.Option Scale Resolution Feedback TypeLCA 5 micron 5080 cts/inch Quadrature IncrementalLCB 1 micron 25400 cts/inch Quadrature IncrementalLCC 0.5 micron 50800 cts/inch Quadrature IncrementalLCD 0.1 micron 254000 cts/inch Quadrature IncrementalLCE 20 micron See Note 1 Sin/CosTable 5-1. Summary of Linear Encoder OptionsNote 1: Resolution of the Sin/Cos encoder depends on the level of interpolation provided by the encoder interface of your control system.Note that all options provide 120 degree, Positive Hall format Commutation Signals per NEMA ICS 16.6. 6.1. Mechanical Mounting Notes:Encoder Alignment:The Linear Encoder Option provides Position Feedback, Commutation data, Indexing and Home switch functions required to control the Motor. With the encoder option, encoder and Hall device “heads” are mounted together on one end of the motor shaft. The heads move with the shaft and read positional and commutation data from separate, stationary tracks mounted to the encoder rail.Fig 6-1Side loads and Torques may impair encoder alignment.Linear bearings within the encoder rail physically align the heads and shaft with the stationary tracks. These bearings also prevent shaft rotation. Do not allow loads to apply torque or lateral loads to the shaft during installation or use. Do not apply lateral loads to the Encoder Rail housing. Excessive Torque or Lateral Loads will cause binding or reduce the life of the bearings within the encoder rail and result in misalignment of the encoder.Encoder heads are aligned at the factory before shipping and should not be adjusted by the user.6.2.Dual-Face Mounting:Dual-Face Mounting can only be utilized without an integral Moog position sensor. For information on Dual-Face Mounting please refer to the appropriate Moog user’s manual.6.3.End-Stops:Two End Stops are provided on the Moog Motor. The internal End Stop is not to be removed by the user.Fig 6-2LCX Option provides an internal End Stop.6.4. Notes:! !WARNING: Do not remove the Linear Position Sensor Coverplates or otherwise disassemble the Linear Position Sensor. Do not operate the Moog Linear Motor with Linear Position Sensor option when the Linear Position Sensor cover plates are removed. Hands, fingers or clothing may be pinched or caught in the moving parts.!7. Encoder cables are available from Moog in standard configurationscompatible with major Drive manufacturers. A pigtail version is also available which allows custom wiring to suit other Drives.Encoder Cable Connections:If you are using one of the Drives for which a standard cable is available, plug the Circular connector end of the cable into the Encoder connector on the Motor and the other end into the Drive. The position and commutation connections should at this point be properly wired. Motor End Typical Sensor Cable Drive EndEncoder Connector Drive and Temp Sense connectorsFigure 7-1Modular Cables connect the Drive / Amplifier with the Linear Motor.7.1.Selecting the Linear Encoder Modular Cables:Modular Cables.Wiring can be greatly simplified if a Drive or Amplifier isused for which a Moog standard cable already exists. See Moog product literature to select a cable on the basis of Drive model and required cable length.7.2.Wiring the Linear Encoder to the Drive with the Pigtail Cable:If you cannot use a modular cable, connect the drive using the following “pigtail” cable:FSC-EC-XXwhere XX = 02, 10 or 25, corresponds to cable length in feet.Figure 7-2Pigtail Cable provides termination to most compatible Drives.7.2.1. Pigtail Lead Terminations:The FSC-LC-XX cable is a 30 Conductor cable per AWM 2464. The Drive End is terminated in colored leads of 24 Gauge. When stripped, these can beterminated to Terminal Blocks, pins or sockets as required by the Drive connectors.7.2.2. Pigtail cable signal descriptions:In addition to sensor power, five general types of signals are accessed by the Linear Encoder connector: Position, Hall, Fault / Signal Quality, Reference Mark and Index. Additional, auxiliary pins are reserved for future use.Identify and wire the Encoder Power and signals for Position, Commutation, Encoder Fault, Reference Mark and Index functions per Figure 7-4 and the following signal descriptions.Drive Connector Motor Connector Drive Connector Motor ConnectorFigure 7-3Pinouts and Wire Colors for the FSC-EC-XX Cable / LCX Encoder option.7.2.2.1.Encoder and Hall Sensor Power:The Position Sensor requires DC Power at 5.0 V +/- 5% at the Encoder Cable leads providing at least 100 mA DC. The Encoder power supply is applied to +5V and GND at pins 1 and 2 respectively. The Hall sensor head is powered separately from the Encoder and requires DC Power at 5.0 V +/- 5% at the Encoder Cable leads, providing at least 20 mA DC. The Hall sensor power supply is applied to +5V and GND at pins 17 and 18 respectively. If both Hall sensor and Encoder are used, connect both grounds and +5V pins.7.2.2.2.Digital Quadrature Incremental Signals A and B:Encoder options LCA, LCB, LCC and LCD provide Differential Mode Digital Quadrature Incremental Encoder data lines A+, A-, B+ and B-. These 0 to 5V (TTL level) signals connect to both single ended and Differential mode “A quad B” inputs and are electrically compatible with the industry standard RS-422 transmissionprotocol using the 26LS31 Buffer IC per Figure 7-4.Figure 7-4Digital Quadrature and Analog Quadrature (Sin/Cos) signals.7.2.2.3.Sin/Cos signals using Option LCE:Encoder option LCE provides Differential Mode Quadrature Sin/Cos Incremental Encoder data lines V1+, V1-, V2+ and V2-. These 0.3 – 1.2Vpp signals connect to both single ended and industry standard Differential mode “Sin/Cos”inputs per Figure 7-4.7.2.2.4.Encoder Misalignment Fault Alarm E:Encoder options LCA, LCB, LCC and LCD provide a HIGH state on TTL level Differential alarm outputs E when the optical encoder signal falls below 45% nominal range.7.2.2.5.Signal Quality / Alignment signal X:Signal Quality pin X is provided only for encoder setup and alignment, and is not generally required by the Motor User. See the Installation manual for theRenishaw series RGH Encoder Heads for more information.7.2.2.6.Reference Mark (Z, Vo) and Limit Switch (Vq) signals:A Differential Mode TTL Level (0-5V) voltage signal, active “HIGH”provides an accurate absolute position reference to designate the rated Mid stroke shaft position. (The Reference Mark is designated “Z” in options LCA, LCB, LCC and LCD and “Vo” in option LCE).Figure 7-5Electrical ports for Reference Mark and Limit Switch signalsA Limit Switch signal Vq is pulled low by a single ended Open Collector TTLLevel (0 to 5V) signal when the shaft is within 0.25 inches (10 mm) of either End – of – Rated Stroke shaft position as shown in Figure 7-6.Figure 7-6Reference Mark Limit Switch Location. The Reference Mark is Synchronous with both Digital and Analog Quadrature signal phase.Repeatability of the Reference mark is limited in Digital and Analog sensors by one quadrature Line Count or by +0 / -18 degrees of Sin/Cos signal phaserespectively.Figure 7-7Reference Mark Signal is synchronous with Quadrature Encoder Signals. The Limit Switch signal Vq is asynchronous with respect to the Quadrature Encoder signal phase. Repeatability of the Limit Switch positions is +0 / -0.1 mm (.004 inches).mutation (Hall Sensor) Connections:0 to 5V (TTL level) Differential mode Hall sensor signals are electricallycompatible with the industry standard RS-422 transmission protocol using the26LS31 Buffer IC. These signals are compatible with Drive Hall sensor inputsequipped with or without pull up resistors.Figure 7-8Hall Sensor Outputs.7.2.2.8. Inner and Outer Shields:Inner and Outer shields mitigate the effects of electrical noise on the encoder signal. In typical installations the inner shield is connected to encoder and / or Hall input signal Ground, and the outer shield to the Drive / Controller chassis.Figure 7-9Inner and Outer Shield connections.Grounding and Shielding of the Drive cables are also important for safety and for proper sensor electrical noise immunity. For more detail in system Grounding and Shielding, please see the Moog Linear Motor User’s Manual.7.2.2.9.Voltage Sense wires Vref+ and Vref-:In Option LCE, Vref+ and Vref- provide remote voltage sensing for regulation of the Encoder Power Supply to compensate for Encoder Power Supply voltage drop in long encoder cables. If remote sensing is not provided in the Drive, Vref+ and Vref- can be used as additional (paralleled) encoder power conductors by connecting Vref- and Vref+ to Ground and +5V respectively..Appendix-A: (Revision History)ECO # Revision Change Date _0112 A Initial Release April 1, 2003B Moog Update March 17, 2009UM-102 21 of 21 Revision B。
