学校的学生发展指导制度是心理健康教育的升级重构,是“精彩自己”的外在显化。
2015年,学校获评江苏省中小学心理健康教育特色学校。
【摘要】江苏省邗江中学注重学校、家庭和社区资源,实现心理健康教育的三大转变:由消极被动的心理诊断向学生积极主动成长转变,由心理健康教师单兵作战向家长、班主任和教师全员心理健康教育转变,由点对点单向工作向点线面结合立体全方位的心理服务体系转变。
学生发展指导制度是心理健康教育的升级重构,是“精彩自己”的外在显化。

一、学生发展指导投入充分1.先进的硬件设施。
2014年,学校在心育中心的基础上建立了学生发展指导中心。
中心设有心理云平台管理中心、接待室兼图书阅览区、心理素质训练室、学习能力指导站、减压催眠放松室、情绪疏导训练室、团体辅导兼训练室、认知调节室、家庭室(亲子沟通室)、导师室,配备了沙盘器材(团体型)、智能身心反馈训练系统、Psy-Cloud智能心理云平台、生涯规划测评系统、智能多维互动呐喊宣泄系统、智能多维互动击打宣泄系统、智能反馈团体无线减压系统、团体活动训练专用器具包、表达性艺术心理辅导工具包、智能多维互动积极心理训练系统、智能多维互动认知调节训练系统。
2.专业的师资队伍。
学校现有3名专职心理健康教师、5名兼职心理健康教师。
同时,外请专家对全体教师进行心理健康教育基本知识和技能培训。
