产品应用笔记:用BC5016/BC6016构成的纯正弦波逆变器Rev:5060A0601一.逆变器简述在很多场合,正弦波逆变器的作用是肯定的,如野外作业、车载电源、太阳能和风力发电、停电应急等。
虽然,相当部分的交流负载可改由方波逆变器供给电源,例如电阻性的白炽灯泡。
但是,对于电感性负载(如交流电机),方波逆变器就显得有点力不从心。
究其原因,由于方波的高次谐波成分非常丰富,使它的波形前沿和后沿比较陡峭,正向峰值到负向峰值几乎在同时产生,而电感性负载存在静止惯性而使磁化速度跟不上方波到达峰值的速度,这样,对负载和逆变器本身造成剧烈的不稳定影响。
由于方波逆变器与正弦波逆变器均输出真有效值相等的电压,但它们的峰值电压却相差甚远,对于某些电容性负载(如开关电源、电子节能灯),均是先将正弦交流电压有效值整流滤波后,得到1.414U的峰值电压,再供给后续电路使用,而方波交流电压的有效值在整流滤波后,得到的峰值仍为其有效值。
如220V的正弦交流电压值整流滤波后得到311.08V的峰值电压,而220V的方波交流电压整流滤波后仍为220V。
一支普通的节能灯在220V的方波交流电压下燃点其功率约等于在155.6V 的正弦交流电压下燃点的功率。
同时,方波逆变器的负载能力差,仅为额定负载的40-60%,如所带的负载过大,方波电流中包含的高次谐波成分将使流入负载中的容性电流增大,严重时会损坏负载的电源滤波电容。
针对上述缺点,近年来出现了准正弦波(或称改良方波、修正正弦波、模拟正弦波等等)逆变器,其输出波形从正向最大值到负向最大值之间有一个时间间隔,使用效果有所改善,但准正弦波的波形仍然是由折线组成,属于方波范畴,连续性不好。
纯正弦波逆变器的兼容性是最好的,因为正弦波逆变器输出的是同我们日常使用的电网一样的正弦波交流电,多数的负载均按照其特性而设计的。
实现正弦波逆变可通过两种方法:一种是先调制后升压,另一种是先升压后调制。
图1和图2显示了这两种电路拓扑。

逆变器按照输出电压波形的不同,可分为方波逆变器、阶梯波逆变器和正弦波逆变器,其输出波形如图6-14所示。
在太阳能光伏发电系统中,方波和阶梯波逆变器一般都用在小功率场合。
下面就分别对这3种不同输出波形逆变器的优缺点进行介绍。
(1)方波逆变器。
方波逆变器输出的波形是方波,也叫矩形波。
尽管方波逆变器所使用的电路不尽相同,但共同的优点是线路简单(使用的功率开关管数量最少)、价格便宜、维修方便.其设计功率一般在数百瓦到几千瓦之间。
缺点是调压范围窄、噪声较大,方波电压中含有大量高次谐波,带感性负载如电动机等用电器中将产生附加损耗,因此效率低,电磁干扰大。
方波逆变器不能应用于并网发电的场合。
(2)阶梯波逆变器。
阶梯波逆变器也叫修正波逆变器,阶梯波比方波波形有明显改善,波形类似于正弦波,波形中的高次谐波含量少,故可以带包括感性负载在内的各种负载。
用无变压器输出时,整机效率高。
缺点是线路较为复杂。
为把方波修正成阶梯波,需要多个不同的复杂电路,产生多种波形叠加修正而成,这些电路使用的功率开关管也较多,电磁二扰严重。
阶梯波形逆变器不能应用于并网发电的场合。

(3)正弦波逆变器。
正弦波逆变器输出的波形与交流市电的波形相同。
这种逆变器的优,是输出波形好、失真度低,干扰小、噪声低,保护功能齐全,整机性能好,技术含量高。
自点是线路复杂、维修困难、价格较贵。

一、此款逆变器的基本情况(架构,组成)总括的说,这是一款24V逆变器,这款逆变器由三个部分组成,1、前级驱动板;2、后级驱动板;3、功率主板。
1、前级驱动板上主要是由三个小部分组成,一个辅助电源部分,一个部分是PWM驱动,第三个部分是保护部分;2、后级驱动板主要由三个部分组成,一个是SPWM 信号的产生(单片机完成)部分,一个是硬件RC死区时间设置部分;再一个就是IR2110的驱动部分。
3、功率主板主要由四个部分组成,一个是前级升压及整流滤波,第二个是后级H全桥正弦变换部分,第三个是稳压反馈部分;第四个是LC滤波部分二、电路结构及原理分析1、前级驱动板A、辅助电源电路的功能就是将功24V的电池电压降到13-15V左右然后再经过LM7812稳成12V后供给整机电路的控制部分供电,先上图:在这个电路中,BT 输入电压范围可以达到15-36V,而输出稳定在12V.Q1也可以用P 型的MOS 管,适当的选取不同型号的P管可以将电压做到60V左右。

单相纯正正弦波逆变控制芯片TDS2285以下为用改芯片打造的24V-2000W机器最后来张空载波形:这么看波形倒是很好,不过要是有带载2kw的波形就更好了2KW的要看什么负载,其实波形的失真与否输出和芯片关系不大,主要是滤波器的设置我们可以用到,我们公司有一款产品正是需1000W的类似产品,不知道你是卖芯片还是卖这个产品,你这个图很复杂吧,用了那么多运放,另外想问一下你这个成本是多少,太贵了就不行了,现在成本控制的比较厉害,另外想问一下,这个在带2000W时的波形变形厉害不,效率有多少对于象我这样不懂单片机编程的爱好者来说,要设计一个SPWM电路,首先肯定会想到用纯硬件方案,我在去年就花了大约半年时间来研究纯硬件SPWM的驱动电路,做出了很多版本的实验板,但没有一块是令人满意的。
总结一下整个过程,我觉得要做出一款性能指标比较好的纯硬件电路,有以下三难:一是:设计一个性能稳定,波形良好的基准源有点难。
一般常用的文氏电桥振荡器,虽然电路简单、起振容易,但有一个很头痛的问题,就是输出的幅度有温漂,且波形的失真度也较高,一般在 1.7-2.5%之间。
我也试过用函数块8038的振荡器,8038虽然输出比较稳定,但要把它的失真度做小,外围元器件也不算少了,更何况要几十元一个的高昂价格;二是:要设计一个速度快且线性很好的调制器也不容易,我曾试过用3525做调制器的,也试过用LM339做调制器,总觉得不是电路复杂就是指标不高;三是:设计一个大反馈稳压电路难。
纯硬件方案中,做稳压反馈,一般是用误差放大器,如果放大器的增益过低,则稳压控制范围就不够大,稳压效果很差,如果放大器增益高了,又很容易自激;更有甚者,信号通过各级LC电路后,多多少少会有相移,所以在电路中还要做各种补偿。
所以,要做出一款性能指标都不错的纯硬件SPWM驱动,需要有很强的电路设计能力,很好的电路基础知识,钟工就有一款很不错的纯硬件驱动,/topic/180615。

4000W正弦波逆变器带动家用电磁炉使用操作
本文讲解电磁炉的功率功能以及正弦波逆变器的使用功率功能很多长途司机在开长途货车的时候都会使用家用电器,如:电磁炉煮面、冰箱冷冻饮料、空调乘凉等。
但很多司机买到并不理想的逆变器,使用时不但不稳定又对电器产生一定的损坏,本文以电磁炉为例,介绍一下适合电磁炉使用的逆变器。
电磁炉的工种原理以及输出功率与峰值功率电磁炉是采用磁场感应涡流原理,由于它采用的是电磁感应原理加热,减少了热量传递的中间环节,因而其热效率可达80%至92%。
以1600w功率的电磁炉计,烧两升水,仅需7分钟,与煤气灶的火力相当。
用它蒸、煮、炖、涮样样全行,即使炒菜也完全可以。
在北京,有许多家庭还没有使用管道燃气,但自从用上电磁炉之后,液化气罐反而成了备用厨具。
电磁炉完全可以取代煤气灶,而不像电火锅、微波炉那样,仅是煤气灶的补充。
这是它最大的优势所在。
按功率分为电磁炉小功率电磁炉(800W以下)、常用功率电磁炉(1000W-2500W)、大功率电磁炉(3KW-35KW)。
本文就以小功率电磁炉和常用功率电磁炉为标准,来说明在多大范围内的电磁炉使用多大功率的正弦波逆变器。
电磁炉输出功率800W<1000W≤2500W它们的峰值倍数在2-5倍左右,咱们就以4倍为标准系数,那最高峰值功率就是3200W<4000W≤10000W(理论)。
可在实践中,用一台4000W 正弦波逆变器在带动2500W电磁炉正常使用是完全没有问题的。
正弦波逆变器的使用功率之前的文章中讲过博优牌正弦波逆变器的功率是标准的2倍,所以4000W正弦波逆变器的峰值功率是8000W。
可是为何能带动输出功率2500W峰值功率10000W(理论)的电磁炉呢?因为在理论的角度上来说电磁炉的峰值倍数是4倍,,可在实践中的使用让我们知道了电磁炉的是可以按3倍来计算,所以2500W的电磁炉的峰值功率是不超过8000W的。
不过在2000W以下的电磁炉,也是可以用3000W纯正弦波逆变器。
可是保守的来说4000W正弦波逆变器更稳定的带动小功率电磁炉和常用电磁炉,使到正常的运行。

步骤一:连接电源。
连接导线前请先将逆变器开关处于OFF状态。
必须使用蓄电池、太阳能发电系统、直流稳压电源等,连接电源前确认机器的输入标称直流电压是否与电源直流电压相符合,避免过高电压输入机器。
红接线柱连接蓄电池正极,黑接线柱连接蓄电池负极(参照8.9.10接线示意图)。
请正确连接到蓄电池,避免正负接反,否则有损坏逆变器的风险。
连接导线避免过小过长,请使用厂家分配的标准导线,否则有电流过大热量聚集造成燃烧的危险。
步骤二:连接负载。
接好电源后,打开开关,检查逆变器的工作状态,有条件的使用万用表检测交流输出端电压。
检测正常后关机,再连接负载。
必须保证负载不存在超过逆变器额定功率和短路的问题,连接非线性负载时(感性/容性,比如电机、电磁炉等)要计算好峰值功率不得超过逆变器的峰值输出功率,否则有启动负载失败和损坏逆变器的危险。
步骤三:开机运行。
再次确认连接无误后,开机运行。

同时,由于太阳能光伏并网发电可以不要蓄电池,且维护简单,而节省投资是光伏发电的发展趋势。
这些都必须采用交流供电方式,因此逆变器在PVS中的应用也就越来越重要了。
逆变器是将直流电变换为交流电的电力变换装置,逆变技术在电力电子技术中已较为成熟。
