SK-II的SWOT分析

一、背景资料sk-ⅱ是宝洁公司旗下的高端护肤产品系列。

sk-ii原本是一个日本的区域小品牌，被宝洁收购后于1999年进入大陆市场。

sk-ii专利的pitera是根据微生物学﹝生命学、细胞学、细菌学﹞的理论，利用天然酵母发酵后，提炼萃取的珍贵成份，内含健康肤质不可或缺的游离氨基酸、矿物质、有机酸、无机酸等自然成分，具有优异的滋润及特殊保湿功能。

日本宝洁公司继05年sk-ⅱ违禁门事件之后又暴丑闻，2006年9月16日，国家质检总局宣布：“在来自日本宝洁的sk-ⅱ品牌系列化妆品中，检出禁用物质铬和钕。

”检验检疫部门在对一批sk-ⅱ重点净白素肌粉饼进行检验后发现，其钕成分含量高达4.5 mg/kg。

事件发生后，引起国家质检总局的高度重视。

sk-ii产品迅速下架封柜，宝洁承诺退货。

至此sk-ii事件引起国内外多家媒体的关注。

国家质检总局与卫生部发布联合声明称，sk-ii化妆品中所含违禁成分铬和钕系原料带入所致，正常使用含微量铬和钕的化妆品对消费者的健康危害较低。

基于该声明对于sk-ⅱ产品安全性的澄清，宝洁公司决定，将在几周内恢复sk-ⅱ产品在中国内地的销售。

二、 swot分析过程（一）分析环境因素：1．s（优势）：sk-ii，是宝洁公司旗下的高端护肤产品系列，背后有宝洁公司强大的财力物力影响力做后盾。

虽然sk-ii产品现在的发展面临着巨大的考验，但是宝洁公司的市场影响力，以及有效的广告诉求，包括这次宝洁公司对此事件积极的反应，都对sk-ii战胜困难、度过瓶颈阶段提供了重要的保障。

宝洁公司旗下其他产品的销售没有受到影响就是一个有力的证明。

下面做个粗略的归纳：（1）声誉与外部关系：sk-ii进入中国市场已经有七年之久，积累了较好的声誉。

在此事件之前，未出现任何有关投诉案。

甚至在此次事件中，其广告代言人，中国著名影星刘嘉玲接到控告一说也不了了之。

法院审案也表示难度太大。

这都与其强大的社会脉络、良好的外部关系分不开的。

三、工作原理设备的工作原理：风阀按一定的频率将压缩空气压入并排出筛下空气室，使机体内的介质（水）形成脉动运动，而原煤在介质（水）的脉动作用下按比重分层，比重大的矸石分布在底层，比重小的中煤分布在中间，而比重轻的精煤则分布在上层，从而完成原煤的分选工作。

其工作过程：原煤由入料端给入机体第一段，在脉动水流的作用下，矸石分布在底层经排矸装置排出，而中煤、次精煤与精煤分布在上层，并随脉动水流进入机体的第二段（中煤段）。

在此段里，中煤分布在底层经排料装置排出；次精煤分布在中层溢流到第三段并通过排料装置排出；而精煤在上层至第三段末端通过溢流堰溢出跳汰机。

从而原煤被分离成矸石、中煤、次精煤和精煤四种产品。

四、结构简介SKT系列筛下空气室跳汰机主要由机体、电控气动风阀装置、PLC控制系统、自动排料装置等部分组成。

其结构简图见附图1。

1）机体：机体由厚钢板焊接而成，沿跳汰机纵向可分为单段、两段或多段。

每段又分成2个或3个隔室，每个隔室都设有空气室、风阀和筛下顶水管。

工作过程中，水流形成一个单独的U形振荡体，洗水脉动互不干扰，减少能耗，同时也防止在进气期或排气期内洗水撞击，使洗水平稳升降，改善了物料的分选条件。

机体内的筛板采用倒锥形孔筛板，可避免筛孔堵塞。

2）风阀装置：采用数控气动立式滑阀。

跳汰机在工作时通过控制风阀实现进气、膨胀、排气、休止等4个连续过程，完成一个脉动周期。

每一个室需要一个进气阀和一个排气阀共同配合来完成上述四个过程，实现跳汰机的脉动，达到物料分层的目的。

而每一个风阀的开闭是通过数控风阀控制器控制电磁阀的换向，从而控制高压风（0.8Mpa）驱动气缸来完成的。

SKII氨基酸洁面乳这支洁面给我的第一印象还是比较迷的。

我第一次用的时候，不知道为什么，上脸有点刺痛。

气味吧，很熟悉，但又说不上来。

第二次用的时候，刺痛感消失了，我也想起来这是什么味道了——酸的味道。

然后我就看了一下它的成分，确实是添加了一些酸性物质，官方介绍也说，这是一支弱酸性的洁面乳。

这是一支氨基酸洁面。

作为一个夏天混油的人，我是比较偏向用皂基洁面的，很爱ipsa的橘子味洁面，泡沫十分绵密，洗完之后很干净，但又不是很干，油性和混油可以考虑下入手。

(大家不要对皂基太恐惧。

护肤品里的成分相互作用是很复杂的，不要凭借着某一个或某一些物质就来断定一个产品的好坏。

一些大牌护肤和一些平价护肤的成分相似，但使用的工艺不同，配方不同，添加的剂量也不同，出来的产品效果也大不相同。
