非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与冠心病的相关性研究
【摘要】目的探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non HDL C)与冠心病的关
系。

方法对连续372例冠脉造影患者的血脂及冠脉造影结果回顾性分析。

冠脉造影阴性114例为对照组,冠脉造影阳性258例为冠心病组,冠心病组根据冠脉病变支数分为单支病变组(104例)和双支及三支病变组(154例),对以上各组的血
脂及non HDL C结果进行比较。

结果①与冠脉造影阴性组比较,冠脉造
影阳性组non HDL C水平明显增高。

②在冠脉造影阳性组,non HDL
C水平随病变支数增加而上升。

结论non HDL C与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变关系密切,控制non HDL C在冠心病的防治中有重要意义。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the relation between non high density lipoprotein cholesterol (non HDL C) and coronary heart disease Methods Totally 372 cases who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) were divided into CHD group who was positive in CAG (n=258) and controlled group who was negative in CAG (n=114), comparing for the blood lipid and non HDL C between two groups CHD group were divided into single branch group and two or three branch group, comparing for the blood lipid and non HDL C between two
groups Results ①Comparing to the controlled group, the level of non HDL
C in CH
D group increased with statistical significance(P<005)Comparing to the single branch group, the levels of non HDL C in two or three branch group increased with statistical significance(P<005)Conclusion Serum non HDL
C is related to the severity of coronary artery lesions It is important to control the level of non HDL C in order to treat and prevent coronary heart disease.

年来,非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non high density lipoprotein cholesterol,non
HDL C)渐渐受到了临床的关注。

骨质形成阶段,断裂后的上皮根鞘细胞部分被埋入新生牙骨质中,部分形成上皮剩余;而在无细胞牙骨质形成阶段,上皮根鞘细胞除形成上皮剩余外,很少被埋入。
