各省、直辖市、自治区医药管理局:
由乌克兰英捷尔法勒公司生产的亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶已于1997年12月在我国办理了进口医疗器械产品注册,注册号为国药器监(进)字97第1252号。
该产品系外科整形用品,用于体内软组织填充,对产品质量及医生的操作方法均有严格的要求,否则将会影响到使用者的健康与安全。
虽然在注册审查中已对该产品的质量及安全性指标进行过严格的检测,在注册证上也已注明只能由经过培训的医生在合法的医疗机构使用,但该产品在我国上市以后,我司陆续接到一些用户的反映,诉说使用该产品后对身体造成了不良影响。
据了解,社会上一些美容单位,为了盈利,从不同渠道进口了“水凝胶”产品,给患者使用,许多产品的来源及医生的资格都未经认定。
在这种情况下,为了维护人民群众的利益,我司决定于近期组织有关专家对该产品及其临床应用和监督管理问
题再次进行论证。
论证之前,国内各经销单位及医疗单位暂停销售和使用该产品,待论证后我司再通知是否允许该产品继续在我国销售使用。
请你们在接到本通知后,立即通知本辖区内的有关经营和医疗单位,并监督执行。

IC50:血小板的 IC50 为 2.84 μM. 可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)是一氧化氮(NO)激活的关键信号传导酶.受损的生物利用度和对内 源性 NO 的响应参与心脑血管等疾病的发病机制.CFM 1571 是一氧化氮受体的活化剂,一氧化 氮受体是一种可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶.
体外实验:CFM 1571 可以活化可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶,强效抑制血小板凝集.CFM 1571 也表现出 类似于苄达明(benzydamine)的酶活性.CFM 1571 对 NOS 异构体的作用也进行了研究,对 iNOS 和 nNOS 具有最小的抑制作用,分别为 25%和 17%.此外,CFM 1571 对研究的其它酶无显著活 性[1]. 在体实验:大鼠的药代动力学研究表明,化合物 CFM 1571 具有温和的口服生物利用度(12%). 另外 CFM 1571 具有优异的选择性,对磷酸二酯酶或一氧化氮合酶无显著抑制作用[1]. 临床试验:截至目前,CFM 1571 尚处于临床前开发阶段.
