赛题名称：Talking Avatar
组类：A 本科及以上
赛题简介：介绍整个赛题的思路和整体要求“Talking Avatar”
这是一款简单小巧的手机端娱乐工具。
用户可以拍摄自己的正面照片导入工具，自动生成一个长相和真人一样的玩偶形象。
然后用户可以录一段自己说的话，工具会生成一段视频，内容是玩偶在朗读刚才录的那段话，同时做出相应的口型、表情和肢体动作。
最后用户可以将生成的视频分享给朋友。
参赛者可以任选IOS或Android进行开发。

从真实场景中，适当简化或者提炼出适合比赛的赛题场景
这是几年前风靡一时的手机游戏“会说话的汤姆猫”的升级版，和其他同类软件主要的区别在于这个App使用面部识别技术生成和用户长得一样的Avatar，并且在说话的过程中通过算法生成各种丰富的表情，例如微笑、眨眼、生气等等。
功能性需求 1 用户可以通过拍照或导入照片，由面部识别技术生成Avatar。
2 用户可以更换Avatar的服装造型。
3 复述用户的录音时，Avatar会做出丰富的嘴型、表情和肢体动作。
4 支持输出视频文件。
5 鼓励参赛选手设计其他新颖的功能特性。
非功能性需求 1 系统运行稳定，无明显性能问题。
2 可以使用第三方开源代码或框架，但请在提交的文档中注明。
