一、课程性质
1、课程性质:《航空服务英语训练》课程旨在培养学生的航空服务工作领域的英语听力和口语表达能力,提高学生英语的沟通和表达水平。

《航空服务实用英语训练》课程主要通过系统的训练,使学生在贴近实际工作的情景中,准确地掌握和使用民航英语口语的各种表达功能,通过语言的大量实践,从而达到能够准确和熟练地运用民航服务英语进行交际目的。

本课程强调航空服务知识的专业性和航空服务专业英语的听力和口语运用能力。

二、课程设计思路
1、以职业活动为导向,围绕职业功能与综合职业能力。

通过空中乘务职业岗位或岗位群所需要的职业能力分析,确定岗位所需知识、技能、态度,进而组织课程内容,使学生能够掌握航空服务专业词汇和常用专业句型,提高民航专业英语的应用能力,从而达到能够准确和熟练地运用航空服务英语进行交际目的。

实现高职教育特色的“专业知识、岗位技能、职业素质”的培养目标,体现了“三以一化”(以能力为本位、以职业功能为主线、以项目为结点、模块化)的专业课程改革思想。

2、采用项目教学、任务驱动等可操作性强的教学方式。

课程按照空乘人员工作岗位及实践活动的工作需要而设置工作任务,在任务驱动中充分发挥学生的
主体作用,强调学生的自我技能实践。

并以工作岗位对航空服务人员所提出的要求通过相应的英语水平等级测试。

3、创建以能力评价为目标,实现目标的学习领域:航空服务英语听力训练和航空服务英语口语训练。

把课业评价“嵌入”到整个教学过程,建立过程性考核评价体系。

通过课业评价改革,增强学生学习兴趣,极大地发挥学生学习的主动性和积极性。

三、课程目标
1、能力目标
(1)具备一定的英语听力能力,掌握一定的英语听力技巧,能够在日常活动和涉外交际的活动中进行简单的交流的能力;
(2)具备运用航空服务英语口语在具体工作领域中为完成各项任务而进行有效英语交际的能力;
(3)具备以英语为媒介,以专业化和口语化为主要特色,系统而全面地展示民航服务流程的各主要环节(包括航班信息咨询、机票预订与销售、出入机场的地面运输方式、值机服务与行李收运、安检、登机、舱内餐饮与娱乐服务、客舱安全、免税商品销售、非正常航班处理等)中所需要的专业基础知识及常见场景处理方式的英语表达与沟通的能力。

2、知识目标
(1)了解掌握一定的听力技巧和方法
(2)引导学生辨听易混淆的音素、单词、结构,选择关键词句,归纳大意,推测内容,释意复述,短时记忆,听写技能,
(3)掌握基本的日常交际用语的表达,主要包括个中日常交际场合的词汇和常用表达句式的运用;
(4)掌握航空服务英语的专业语言知识,主要包括其专业词汇、术语、惯用表达法
(5)掌握航空服务工作情境中的英语的表达与沟通技巧,主要包括地面航空服务和客舱航空服务中各个环节活动的英语口语的表达技巧

(1)培养学生普通话整体运用的能力;
(2)培养较强的沟通交流能力,在学习和训练中善于用标准的英语语言进行表达和沟通。

(3)培养应急应变能力,在各种场合使用普通话进行交流时能够敏捷应变,靠自身力量来解决并获得成功的能力。

(1)以《航空服务英语训练》为标准,导向安排教学;
(2)以模拟航空服务英语工作过程实施教学,采用项目教学法、分组练习、现场示范实施教学任务。

2、教材使用建议
教材使用国防工业出版社出版《航空服务英语》。

3、教学评价建议
(1)教学评价以过程和终结并重的方针;
(2)以学生参加课程结束的考试成绩作为教学评价的其中一个重要指标。

4、课程考核办法
(1)建立过程考核与终结考核相结合的评价体系,过程考核以学生课堂表现为评分标准,终结考核以学生参加课程考试成绩为评分标准;
(2)评价指标涉及各项任务中的知识、专业能力、核心能力、职业素养等多个方面,评价体系指标要具备可操作性、可量化性。
