——以XXX公司为例

摘要

存货管理，在企业成本管理中占据着重要地位，正常情况下的企业，都会无可避免的存在着存货管理的问题。例如存货数量与市场供需关系不一致，存货多时，市场需求少，造成存货积压，反之，存货少时，市场需求量大，不利于企业增加销售收入。因此，只有全面做好了存货管理，才能使企业向前向上去发展。

本文将以大量关于存货管理的文献参考资料为依据，根据对XXX食品有限公司（以下简称XXX公司）经理、会计以及库管主任的访谈，以XXX公司的存货管理为案例，分析该公司存货管理的现状，然后找到XXX公司在存货管理方面所存在的问题，接着分析问题出现的原因并根据文献提供供先进方法，找出适合XXX公司发展的合理化建议，才使企业在存货管理的方面得以优化，使企业能得到更好的发展。本论文将引入最佳经济批量模型，存货的ABC控制法，为企业量身去定做一套适合企业发展的存货的管理系统，希望对该公司以后关于存货的经济业务以及存货管理的改善提供参考。

Abstract

The inventory of inventories occupy an important position in the enterprise inventory management , the normal operation of enterprises, problems inevitably inventory management. Such as the number of stock market supply and demand with inconsistent stock for a long time , less market demand , resulting in inventory backlog , whereas inventories low, market demand, not conducive to increased sales revenue. Therefore , only the overall cost of doing inventory management , so that enterprises can move forward upward.

This article will take a lot of inventory management on the basis of the literature resources, according to the house of chengde company food co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the chengde company companies) manager, accounting, and warehouse, director of the interview, in chengde company company inventory management as a case, analyzes the present situation of the company's inventory management, and then find the chengde company companies in inventory management problems, then analysis the cause of the problem and provide for the advanced method according to the literature, to find a suitable for chengde company rationalization proposals for the development of the company, make the enterprise be optimized in the inventory management, make the enterprise get better development. This paper will introduce the best economic batch model, inventory ABC control, tailored for the enterprise a set of suitable for the development of the enterprise inventory tube course.
