Then it is de-energized and not re-energized until the MIN-electrode becomes dry. If the drain function is selected, the output relay energizes as soon as the MAX-electrode becomeswet. 线圈参数 线圈阻抗及特性 线圈的阻抗可以用电阻表测得,阻值是在标准规定 23ºC 测得。 误差范围为 ±10%。对于交流线圈而言,由于自感应原因,线 圈电流和阻值会不匹配。在 230V 时,自感应系数会达到 90H。 当线圈断开时,自感应带来的感应电压会影响开关源。

2) 施加的电压超过最大施加电压时,线圈中的异常升温会缩短绝缘涂层的寿命而发生线圈烧损和层间短路,因此请务必注意。

另外,使用环境温度的范围也请注意不要超过使用范围。

3) 对于这款继电器,如果额定电压(或电流)长时间施加到线圈和接点上,然后关闭并立即打开,则线圈温度和线圈电阻将比平时高。

这意味着操作电压也比平时高,超过了额定值(“热启动”)。

在这种情况下,应采取适当措施,例如降低负载电流和通电时间或限制使用环境温度,防止施加额定操作电压以上的线圈电压等。

4) 线圈长期连续通电时,受线圈自身发热的影响,会促使线圈的绝缘发生劣化。

使用L/R>1ms 的感性负载(L 负载)的情况下,请与感性负载并行采取浪涌吸收措施。

6.2.4 继电器在机电控制系统中,虽然利用接触器作为电气执行元件可以实现最基本的自动控制,但对于稍复杂的情况就无能为力。

在极大多数的机电控制系统中,需要根据系统的各种状态或参数进行判断和逻辑运算,然后根据逻辑运算结果去控制接触器等电气执行元件,实现自动控制的目的。

这就需要能够对系统的各种状态或参数进行判断和逻辑运算的电器元件,这一类电器元件就称为继电器。

继电器实质上是一种传递信号的电器,它是一种根据特定形式的输入信号转变为其触点开合状态的电器元件。

一般来说,继电器由承受机构、中间机构和执行机构三部分组成。

承受机构反映继电器的输入量,并传递给中间机构,与预定的量(整定量)进行比较,当达到整定量时(过量或欠量),中间机构就使执行机构动作,其触点闭合或断开,从而实现某种控制目的。

继电器作为系统的各种状态或参量判断和逻辑运算的电器元件,主要起到信号转换和传递作用,其触点容量较小。

所以,通常接在控制电路中用于反映控制信号,而不能像接触器那样直接接到有一定负荷的主回路中。

这也是继电器与接触器的根本区别。

继电器的种类很多,按它反映信号的种类可分为电流、电压、速度、压力、温度等;按动作原理分为电磁式、感应式、电动式和电子式;按动作时间分为瞬时动作和延时动作。

电磁式继电器有直流和交流之分,它们的重要结构和工作原理与接触器基本相同,它们各自又可分为电流、电压、中间、时间继电器等。

下面介绍几种常用的继电器。

1. 中间继电器中间继电器是用来转换和传递控制信号的元件。

他的输入信号是线圈的通电断电信号,输出信号为触点的动作。

2电流的电网保护2.1在过量(欠量)继电器中,为什么要求其动作特性满足“继电特性”?若不满足,当加入继电器的电量在动作值附近时将可能出现什么情况?答:过量继电器的继电特性类似于电子电路中的“施密特特性“,如图2-1所示。

当加入继电器的动作电量(图中的k I )大于其设定的动作值(图中的op I )时,继电器能够突然动作;继电器一旦动作以后,即是输入的电气量减小至稍小于其动作值,继电器也不会返回,只有当加入继电器的电气量小于其设定的返回值(图中的re I )以后它才突然返回。

无论启动还是返回,继电器的动作都是明确干脆的,它不可能停留在某一个中间位置,这种特性称为“继电特性”。

为了保证继电器可靠工作,其动作特性必须满足继电特性,否则当加入继电器的电气量在动作值附近波动时,继电器将不停地在动作和返回两个状态之间切换,出现“抖动“现象,后续的电路将无法正常工作。

所以返回值一定小于动作值,继电器有一个小于1 的返回系数。

这样就获得了“继电特性”。
