找工作有几个步骤?如何为面试做好准备?层层递进,步步提问,再以李晓红参加面试为例,学习如何在面试中有好的表现。

以问题为导向,以任务为驱动,创设情境,让学生在做中学,做中练,做中掌握。

【教材分析】本课时系教材《英语基础模块2》第三单元的第一课时,包括Lead-in & Listening and speaking两部分,具体内容为:职业名称、性格、才能等词汇和面试常用语句,要求学生能掌握大部分的职业名称和性格才能的词汇,听懂面试对话,掌握面试常见的基本句式,并运用基本句型进行模拟面试。

【学情分析】本课时的教学对象为外贸专业学生,女生为主,英语基础参差不齐。

个别学生对英语学习有积极性,大半数学生学习较被动对英语学习缺乏自信心和兴趣,男生英语基础很薄弱,很难开口表达。

需要教师的引导和启发。

【教学目标】1.知识目标⑴掌握职业和性格才能的词汇,如:salesperson,actor/actress,secretary, typist, clothesdesigner, kindergarten teacher; creative, confident, outgoing, good at sports, good with hands, can speak good English等(2)掌握面试时的常用语,如:Could you tell me something about yourself? 我所选择的教材是中职教育新课改英语(基础模块)第二册。

本次教学设计是第三单元《Have you ever done a part-time job?》本单元在教材第一册第二单元《I can do it》和第七单元《personalities》的基础上进行了话题深化、语言拓展,并进一步和职业准备挂钩。

2.教学目标。

(1)知识目标:①词汇学习:进一步巩固职业名称和个人性格的词汇。

②句型学习:灵活运用询问及提供面试信息的句型。

(2)能力目标:进行一次应聘的对话交流,谈论自己的性格和才能,同时有礼貌地表达自己的想法。

(3)情感目标:①引导学生认识自我并欣赏他人,在小组活动中学会合作学习,增强自信心。

②明确幼师专业所需掌握的技能。

3.教学重难点。

(1)教学重点:掌握关于应聘面试时的词汇和句型。

(2)教学难点:模拟幼儿园应聘场景并展开相应对话。

二、说教学对象我所教的学生是学前教育专业二年级的学生。

该专业学生的特点是活泼好动,喜欢唱歌跳舞、讲故事做游戏,爱表现。

他们的专业课水平较高,但对文化课程学习的积极性普遍不高,学习上存在畏难心理,英语更是令他们头痛。

三、说教学过程(一课时)1.Part 1:Lead-in——激趣导入(5mins)。

我首先播放一段视频。

Cartoon是最生动的直观教具,非常适合中职学生,这段幽默的动画短片能够迅速地吸引她们的注意力,激发学生兴趣,直观地引出本课话题:interview。

Brainstorm: 根据本课话题引导学生回忆上学期在本地幼儿园顶岗实习时的情景,抛出问题:How did you pass the interview?并以小组讨论的形式列出应聘时会涉及到的方面。

但是,那却是提升成绩最快的方法。学习要带有一定程度的紧张感,坐在前面,自然而然就会紧张起来。没有必要自己费心思集中精神,那种环境就能帮助你做到。虽然看上去好像不太方便,但其实那才是最便于学习的位置。

一、课前准备
任务一:引导学生思考自己的职业规划和应具备的职业形象,畅想自己五年后将会从事的职业,并利用Photoshop软件PS一张自己相应的职业风采照,上传至班级QQ群相册。

任务二:请同学们以小组为单位分工完成以下任务:登入“百度”等网站,搜索十个他们最为熟悉的职业图片,并将搜集的图片发至我的QQ。

要求同学们使用至少3个以上的词汇或短语描述该职业所具备的性格和才能。

(设计意图:①使学生做好充分的课前准备工作;②实现自主合作学习。


二、激趣导入(2分钟)
在课堂上,向同学们展示他们自己五年后的职业风采照。

(设计意图:①加强师生互动;②引导学生通过欣赏自己的职业风采照,认识自我、欣赏他人,并增强自信心;③活跃课堂气氛,让学生在轻松愉快的教学环境下进入新课之旅。


三、新知探究(33分钟)
此环节分解为单词、句型、对话三项任务。

任务一(10分钟)、分两个环节展开单词学习。

第一个环节,小组PK。

将学生搜集的职业图片呈现于课堂,请同学们以小组抢答的方式猜出图片的职业,并尝试描述该职业所具备的性格和才能,在教学过程中,教师纠正发音,确保学生正确掌握单词,迅速进入学习状态。

该环节抢答最快且正确率最高的小组为赢家。

(设计意图:①检查学生的课前准备工作;②引导学生掌握部分职业名称; ③加强关于描述个人性格和才能的词汇及短语的学习。

)第二个环节,数字故事记单词。

(设计意图:①再次巩固词汇;②将知识技能教育和情感教育很好的融合在一起,培养学生的艺术素养;③改变以往课堂上让学生死记硬背的教学方法,帮助学生在欢乐轻松的氛围中完成单词学习。

)任务二(8分钟)、句型学习。

请学生通过手机中的海词词典查询interviewer和interviewee的发音、释义和例句。

接着,播放一段我课前制作的微课视频,通过视频,一起了解interviewer和interviewee的用法,并梳理出在interview中,招聘者询问信息时所用句型以及应聘者介绍个人经历、才能等信息时所用句型,并请学生跟读句子。

(设计意图:使学生提前预知对话的语言要点。


任务三(15分钟)、对话是本课学习的重点。

按照由易到难的认知规律完成两个任务。

1.听对话音频,选出李晓红应聘的优势。

2.给学生呈现音频文档供学生参考,让学生分角色边听边说,反复练习。

为了让学生避免枯燥的教读与跟读,为了让学生更加乐于参与对话练习,让学生借助自己手机的录音软件,以小组对话的方式制作音频文件,记录交流过程,便于学生回顾对话和相互评价。

此环节每组选出最佳作品,向大家展示。

(设计意图:①突破重点,达到强化句型听说的目的;②为目标言语的灵活运用奠定基础。


四、情景应用(45分钟)
1.观看实景面试视频(3分钟)。

2. 分小组讨论面试礼仪,写出成功求职面试的技巧,教师进行补充(5分钟)。

3.播放《成功求职面试指南》(2分钟)。

(设计意图:①使学生能够对英语求职面试有个更为直观的印象;
②学生们可以对应聘者应有的语音、语调、声音大小有个初步的了解,还可以模仿应聘者的微笑;③让学生牢记今后求职时要注意衣着得体及言谈举止等方面的礼仪。


4.模拟面试(35分钟)
PPT呈现一则五个知名公司招聘经理的广告,要求学生以小组为单位进行任务分工,安排一名招聘者,四名应聘者及一名手机录像者拍摄面试的微视频,且课后将本组选出的最佳应聘者的微视频上传至班级QQ群,供大家欣赏学习。

此环节采用砸金蛋的游戏方式,每组派一名学生,玩游戏砸金蛋,砸中的金蛋会弹出相应的招聘公司。

那么,此小组将完成该公司的模拟面试。

在模拟面试中,教师巡视小组活动,对学生进行的英语表达做出全程的监督和及时的指导。

(设计意图:突破教学中的难点,以帮助学生完成知识的拓展迁移。


五、课堂评价(4分钟)
(设计意图:通过学生自评、小组互评和贯穿整个教学活动的教师评价的三维评价方式,促进学生的学习和对活动的自我反思。


六、作业布置(5分钟)
要求学生课后登入锐学网,选择其中的求职版块进行有计划、有规律的复习。

(设计意图:①软件中有诸多功能,如:FLASH动画视频、看词选义、听音选词、听写、中英互译、人机对话、跟读等,这些功能很好的补充了教材中有限的学习内容,加强了学生的句型复习,提高了学生的听说能力。

②学生可以通过系统提供的成绩报告,及时了解自己的学习情况。

③该信息化手段弥补了课堂上教师无法分身,无法对学生逐一进行辅导的局限性。

【教学反思】
收获:本节课我以学生的兴趣为出发点,充分利用信息化手段,采用任务驱动法和情境教学法,较为成功的完成了教学目标,给学生提供了一堂有趣、高效、自主学习的英语课;教师与学生、学生与学生之间达到了真正的互动。

努力的方向:在今后的课堂,小组活动时应有意识地给部分较羞怯的学生更多的鼓励,让自主探究更具实效性和意义。
