The conflict between the legal drama and the TV drama is clear, fast-paced, and informative. The script and the story line are often first-rate difficult. The jury system is the core of this American movie. The black and white movie "12 Angry Man" can be said to have a very profound analysis of the American jury system. This film, Runaway Jury, released in 2003, also saluted to the classic movie.

法律剧与电视剧的冲突是清晰的、快节奏的、信息丰富的。脚本和故事线往往是非常困难。陪审团制度是这部美国电影的核心。黑白电影《十二怒汉》可以说是对美国陪审制度的一个非常深刻的分析。这部电影《失控的陪审团》于2003发布，也是向经典电影致敬。

Rohr, the attorney of the plaintiff, contributed an excellent argument in the toilet with Fitch, an information collector on the side of the accused and jury controller beneath water. Fitch is like a chess player who has controlled mass of information of each juror, battling with the prosecutor, a poor widow and his six-year-old son. Fitch made decisions on the condition of money. He ran a huge information center as to help him to win the cases so the wealthy manufacturers came to him to insure to win this case. That’s why Fitch agreed to the condition of 1500 million given by Marlee finally. He cared about his feather. He lived on illegally digging the secrets of jurors and jury tampering down. Once he has lost, all he loses.

Nick Easter, used some tricks to be the 9th juror of this case, actually was in order to revenge on Fitch on a campus gunshot case in his old school. Marlee is his companion. Nick is smart, and he did bump the juror skewed to Fitch after Fitch’s person broke into his house. As Rohr said, Nick and Marlee, they are something. They could have personally decided the verdict but justice won naturally at last.

Jury is another conflict center. An extreme anti-gunner made some trouble in the court through which we could guess how hard it was to enter a jury and how important role a juror

played in a civil case under jury verdict. Jurors are ordinary people, they did not even know law and rules at all and some of them were indifferent about the case for a complex flow and low pay to be a juror at beginning. However, when they were isolated, everyone showed a serious attitude to this case and complete their compulsory work as a juror. The jury ran away under no one’s control, thus justice and real opinions sustained.

When coming to the demerits, I believe the movie emphasized too much on the very beginning of the story, say, the background of the gun-shot case. The beginning has given a shock to everyone who viewed the film but rather covered the essentiality of the end of the story. We are pleased with the old-fashioned justice winning ending when we see Fitch desperately seating in the pub and the heroes hugging one another though this naive fantasy could hardly happen in the real world. Much ideal consciousness is added to this ending and I suppose the main team who created story may have a strong wish or at least a tendency to a non-gun nation. Though in a pessimistic perspective, the money and power of the defendant could be far more overwhelming over the plaintiff and this is also why the case could be regarded as a miracle.

说到缺点，我认为这部电影太强调故事的开始，比如说枪击案的背景。开头对每个看过这部电影的人都是一个打击，但却掩盖了故事结尾的重要性。当我们看到费奇拼命地坐在酒吧里，看到男主角们互相拥抱，尽管这种天真的幻想在现实世界中几乎不可能发生，我们对旧式的正义胜利的结局感到高兴。在这个结局中加入了很多理想意识，我想创作这个故事的主要团队可能有一个强烈的愿望，或者至少倾向于非枪支国家。虽然从悲观的角度来看，被告的财力和权力可能远远超过原告，这也是为什么这个案件可以被视为奇迹的原因。
