摘要

随着国民经济的不断发展与人民生活水平的提高，物流行业的发展成为了一个新的经济市场。物流中心作为物流发展的重要助推力，在物流行业中起着非常大的作用，物流中心的作用主要是对货物的信息化与标准化的管理，从货物的运输、储存、装卸、搬运、配送、加工、配送、订单处理和信息处理的统一管理，最大限度的降低企业的成本。因此对于现代物流中心的合理化建设是物流企业首要考虑的任务。企业对物流中心选址的合理定位可以在更大程度上提高物流效率，降低物流成本，增加利润，从而提高企业的竞争力。从物流中心选址考虑不同类型的影响因素，提出了物流中心选址的经济因素和综合因素的方案。以德邦物流中心为例介绍了德邦物流中心在现代物流系统中的重要作用，论述了物流中心的定义、功能、分类以及物流中心选址的目标、原则和影响因素，并对其进行了分析。

Abstract

With the continuous development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the development of the logistics industry has become a new economic market. The logistics center plays an important role in the logistics development, and it plays a very important role in the logistics industry. The function of the logistics center is mainly to manage the information and standardization of the goods, from the transportation, storage, handling, handling, delivery, processing, distribution, order and information processing of the goods. The limit reduces the cost of the enterprise. Therefore, the rationalization of modern logistics centers is the primary task for logistics enterprises. The reasonable location of the logistics center location can improve the logistics efficiency in a greater degree, reduce the logistics cost, increase the profit, and thus improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. Considering the different types of influencing factors from the location of logistics centers, the economic and comprehensive factors of logistics center location are proposed. Taking the German logistics center as an example, this paper introduces the important role of the German state logistics center in the modern logistics system, and discusses the definition, function, classification of the logistics center, the target, principle and influencing factors of the location of the logistics center, and analyses it.
