成型时有如下特点: 1. 流动性好,填充压力低,气槽为0.015mm. 2. 成型温度在240℃~270℃之间,滞留时间过长或加热温度高会引 起分 解。 3. 为获得较高的结晶度和尺寸稳定性,模温在90℃~100℃之间为宜 4. 成型前应充分干燥。 SPS是等规聚苯乙烯,固而有较高的结晶性,在极端高湿及温度变 化 的影响下,可能会吸湿,须在80℃下干燥2小时,一般成型时工艺设定 如下: 1. 成型温度270℃~330℃ 2. 模温 70℃~150℃ 3. 粘度随剪切速度增大而降低,料垫设在3-4mm左右。 4. 回料比例控制在25%。
