MC74AC273, MC74ACT273Octal D Flip−FlopThe MC74AC273/74ACT273 has eight edge-triggered D−type flip−flops with individual D inputs and Q outputs. The common buffered Clock (CP) and Master Reset (MR) inputs load and reset (clear) all flip−flops simultaneously. The register is fully edge-triggered. The state of each D input, one setup time before the LOW−to−HIGH clock transition, is transferred to the corresponding flip−flop’s Q output. All outputs will be forced LOW independently of Clock or Data inputs by a LOW voltage level on the MR input. The device is useful for applications where the true output only is required and the Clock and Master Reset are common to all storage elements.Features•Ideal Buffer for MOS Microprocessor or Memory •Eight Edge-Triggered D Flip−Flops •Buffered Common Clock•Buffered, Asynchronous Master Reset•See MC74AC377 for Clock Enable Version •See MC74AC373 for Transparent Latch Version •See MC74AC374 for 3-State Version •Outputs Source/Sink 24 mA•′ACT273 Has TTL Compatible Inputs •Pb−Free Packages are Available*Pinout: 20−Lead Packages Conductors(Top View)H = HIGH Voltage Level L = LOW Voltage Level X = Immaterial= LOW-to-HIGH Clock Transition*For additional information on our Pb−Free strategy and soldering details, please download the ON Semiconductor Soldering and Mounting Techniques Reference Manual, SOLDERRM/D.See general marking information in the device markingsection on page 6 of this data sheet.DEVICE MARKING INFORMATIONFigure 1. 新生儿血常规正常值参考范围指南
新生儿血常规正常值参考范围指南English Answer:The complete blood count (CBC) is a panel of tests that measures the cells in your baby's blood. It is often part of a newborn's routine checkup. The CBC can help identify infections, anemia, and other blood disorders.Normal Ranges for Newborn CBC Tests:White blood cell count (WBC): 9,000-30,000/mcL.Red blood cell count (RBC): 4.0-6.5 million/mcL.Hemoglobin (Hgb): 14-24 g/dL.Hematocrit (Hct): 40-60%。
Mean corpuscular volume (MCV): 80-100 fL.Mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH): 27-32 pg.Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC): 32-36 g/dL.Red blood cell distribution width (RDW): 11.5-14.5%。
Platelet count: 150,000-450,000/mcL.Deviations from Normal Ranges:High WBC: May indicate an infection.Low WBC: May indicate a weakened immune system.High RBC: May indicate dehydration or a blood clotting disorder.Low RBC: May indicate anemia.High Hgb: May indicate dehydration.Low Hgb: May indicate anemia.High Hct: May indicate dehydration.Low Hct: May indicate anemia.High MCV: May indicate vitamin B12 or folate deficiency.Low MCV: May indicate iron deficiency.High MCH: May indicate vitamin B12 deficiency.Low MCH: May indicate iron deficiency.High MCHC: May indicate spherocytosis.Low MCHC: May indicate thalassemia.High RDW: May indicate iron deficiency or sickle cell anemia.Low RDW: May indicate vitamin B12 or folate deficiency.High platelet count: May indicate an infection or inflammation.Low platelet count: May indicate a bleeding disorderor immune thrombocytopenia.Interpretation of Results:The CBC is a valuable tool for assessing a newborn's health. However, it is important to note that the results should be interpreted in the context of the baby's overall health and other medical tests. The doctor will considerall of these factors when making a diagnosis anddetermining the best course of treatment.中文回答:新生儿血常规正常值参考范围指南。
