外固定支架应用于严重开放性胫腓骨骨折急诊治疗的疗效分析

【摘要】目的：探讨外固定支架应用于严重开放性胫腓骨骨折急诊治疗中的效果，并评价其在临床上的应用价值。

方法：选取2017年1月-2017年12月我院收治的严重开放性胫腓骨骨折的患者68例，将其随机分成两组，每组34例。

对照组患者采用单边外固定治疗，研究组对患者采用外固定支架治疗，患者治疗结束之后，对比两组患者的预后效果和临床效果。

结果：研究组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：to explore the external fixator was applied to effect of emergency treatment of severe open tibiofibula fracture， and evaluate its clinical application value. Selection methods in January 2017 - December 2017， our hospital 68 cases of patients with severe open tibiofibula fractures， it is divided into two groups at random， 34 cases in each group.
