他们不再惧怕新教材，反而更愿意学习更多的新知识。
本单元主要要求掌握自己家庭成员的构成和他们的年龄﹑职业﹑爱好方面的信息情况，在此基础上询问他人的情况并能在班级中汇报。
在学习的同时加强人文知识了解，了解Australia的基本情况，并能用自己的语言阐述。
学生在以前的学习中习得了家庭成员的英语单词，岁数﹑一些职业和爱好的表达法，在前面两课时的学习将较轻松。
