350mA LED driver with internal switch DescriptionThe ZXLD1350 is a continuous mode inductive step-down converter, designed for driving single or multiple series connected LEDs efficiently from a voltage source higher than the LED voltage. The device operates from an input supply between 7V and 30V and provides an externally adjustable output current of up to 350mA. Depending upon supply voltage and external components, this can provide up to 8 watts of output power.The ZXLD1350 includes the output switch and a high-side output current sensing circuit, which uses an external resistor to set the nominal average output current.Output current can be adjusted above, or below the set value, by applying an external control signal to the‘ADJ’ pin. The ADJ pin will accept either a DC voltage or a PWM waveform. Depending upon the control frequency, this will provide either a continuous or a gated output current. The PWM filter components are contained within the chip.The PWM filter provides a soft-start feature by controlling the rise of input/output current. 在急性心梗幸存的人群中, 50%以上仍死于致命的室性心律失常。

心梗后室性心律失常的发生机制已得到较深入的研究,而早期治疗和预防心梗后室性心律失常也成为降低心梗患者死亡率的重要措施。

本文就心肌梗死后室性心律失常的发生机制和治疗进展作一综述。

1 心梗后室性心律失常的发生机制1.1 心脏交感神经重构心梗后交感神经发生重构已得到广泛的认同。

研究发现,心梗后心脏交感神经发生损伤,周围神经纤维经过Wallerian变性,梗死区域去神经支配,继而梗死周边区发生神经鞘细胞增殖和轴突再生(神经芽殖),导致梗死周边区交感神经高分布,交感神经密度增加。

在发生心梗的心脏中,去神经支配区域(梗死区)和高神经支配区域(梗死周边区)以及正常神经支配区域的共存可能在交感神经活动中增加心脏的电生理异质性,促进自律性异常和触发活动的发生以及折返的形成,从而导致室性心律失常的发生。

目前认为,心脏交感神经激活时,末梢释放去甲肾上腺素(NE)可与心肌细胞膜上β1受体结合激活钙通道,促进Ca2+内流,导致4期除极加速,心肌细胞自律性增高。

心梗后,梗死周边区交感神经密度增高,交感神经激活时梗死周边区心肌细胞的自律性将明显高于梗死区和正常区域心肌细胞,因而梗死周边区很可能成为一个异位兴奋灶发放冲动,引起心律失常。

交感神经重构可以促进触发活动的发生。

Pinto等研究表明,梗死周边区心肌细胞静息电位水平,0期去极化速度和幅度,动作电位时程和复极离散度以及对儿茶酚胺的反应性明显不同于正常区和梗死区,其原因可能在于三个区域的交感神经密度不同。

高神经支配区域局部交感神经递质——NE浓度增加可以增加IcaL密度,减少复极K+电流密度,使交感神经高密度部位的动作电位延长(主要是复极化时间延长),交感神经刺激时使心肌细胞内Ca2+负荷增加,促进早期后除极(EAD)或延迟后除极(DAD)的发生,引起触发性心律失常。

在手工电弧焊中,利用弧焊电源的大电流产生的热将焊条融化,用于焊接钢材料工件。

逆变式弧焊电源因其体积较小,重量较轻的优良特质,焊疤平整,焊接效果好等特点深受用户喜爱。

本电源充分考虑到弧焊电源复杂的电磁环境,采用高频PWM整流技术和移相全桥技术设计一种船用手工电弧焊电源,能够适应焊接条件下的各种恶劣环境,是一种先进的弧焊电源。

高频整流型逆变弧焊电源包括:高频PWM整流器,移相全桥变换器。

弧焊电源系统组成如图1所示,前级PWM整流器将三相380 V交流输入电源转化为700 V直流。

后级移相全桥变换器将PWM整流器产生的高压直流,转化为50-200 A 低压大电流直流电源,供焊接使用。

控制部分包括输入电压电流采样,母线电压采样,输出电压电流采样。

采用数字化控制方式,主控芯片为DSP型号为TMS320F28335。

传统弧焊电源大都采用不控整流技术,由于不控整流技术本身固有的电流畸变,谐波含量大,滤波成本高,电压不可控等缺点,不能满足对电网注入谐波的要求,而高频PWM整流技术具有谐波特性好,功率因数高,功率密度大等优点[2]。

如图2所示为PWM整流器的拓扑图。

由图2可以得出PWM整流器a、b、c三相传递函数[3]为:PWM整流器的控制为电压电流双闭环控制,并采用SVPWM调制方式,可以达到输入电流(总谐波畸变率)THD小于5%。

方法分别对C57BL/6J青年小鼠(8~12周龄)和老年小鼠(16+月龄)做体表心电图和程序性电刺激,观察其室性心动过速(ventricular tachycardia, VT)的发生情况。

通过小鼠心脏超声检测相关心功能指标,并用光学标测方法测量心室肌电位和Ca2+变化。

结果与青年小鼠相比,老年小鼠的R-R间期延长,电刺激和ISO诱导VT发生率增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

心脏超声提示,与青年小鼠相比,老年小鼠的射血分数(ejection fraction,EF)降低、缩短分数(fractional shortening,FS)降低、左室舒张期末后壁厚度(end-diastolic left ventricular posterior wall thick-ness,LVPWd)增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

组织形态学显示,与青年小鼠相比,老年小鼠心重胫骨长度比值增大、心肌细胞横截面积增大、胶原容积增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。

光学标测结果显示老年小鼠动作电位及钙瞬变时程延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在电刺激及ISO刺激下老年小鼠出现明显的电传导折返,提示老年小鼠心脏电传导异常,易发心律失常。

结论与青年小鼠相比,老年小鼠心脏组织形态改变和心功能下降,尤其是增龄导致的心脏电生理的改变,增加了老年小鼠心律失常的易感性。

READ MODE
The DS1350W executes a read cycle whenever WE (Write Enable) is inactive (high) and CE (Chip Enable) and OE (Output Enable) are active (low). The unique address specified by the 19 address inputs (A0 - A18) defines which of the 524,288 bytes of data is to be accessed. Valid data will be available to the eight data output drivers within tACC (Access Time) after the last address input signal is stable, providing that CE and OE (Output Enable) access times are also satisfied. If OE and CE access times are not satisfied, then data access must be measured from the later occurring signal ( CE or OE ) and the limiting parameter is either tCO for CE or tOE for OE rather than address access.
DESCRIPTION
The DS1350W 3.3V 4096k Nonvolatile SRAM is a 4,194,304-bit, fully static, nonvolatile SRAM organized as 524,288 words by eight bits. Each NV SRAM has a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry which constantly monitors VCC for an out-of-tolerance condition. When such a condition occurs, the lithium energy source is automatically switched on and write protection is unconditionally enabled to prevent data corruption. Additionally, the DS1350W has dedicated circuitry for monitoring the status of VCC and the status of the internal lithium battery. DS1350W devices in the PowerCap Module package are directly surface mountable and are normally paired with a DS9034PC PowerCap to form a complete Nonvolatile SRAM module. The devices can be used in place of 512k x 8 SRAM, EEPROM or Flash components.
