Successful people can win the trust of others since they have moral integrity. They would not be

motivated by self-interest to do anything that is likely to hurt others, such as frauds. Mutual trust

paves the way for cooperation, and this means that they work together to achieve goals. Meanwhile, it holds the key to a productive relationship, as people are willing to convey ideas openly. They can accomplish something more efficiently.
